Abstract

This invention discloses an all-composite material interface-reinforced circular honeycomb structure and its integrated preparation method, belonging to the field of honeycomb structure design and preparation technology. The method of this invention adopts a process of fully bonding and hot-pressing prepreg with multiple independent molds. The entire design process is focused on the prepreg, which can achieve bonding between prepregs during the curing process without the use of additional adhesives. This effectively improves the problems of residual thermal deformation and inconsistent molding quality that are prone to occur in the preparation of all-composite honeycomb structures. By flexibly adjusting the number of inner molds in the core layer during the design stage, the target size can be accurately matched, thereby significantly reducing the performance loss caused by subsequent machining. The prepared honeycomb structure has excellent out-of-plane compressive modulus and strength, while exhibiting good dimensional designability and molding consistency, and the interfacial bonding strength between the cores is significantly improved.
