Abstract

The invention discloses a cyclone dust removal device for wettable powder processing, and relates to the technical field of powder processing, the cyclone dust removal device comprises a circular barrel and an air inlet volute arranged on the outer side of the circular barrel, a conical barrel is arranged at the bottom of the circular barrel, the cyclone dust removal device further comprises a discharge pipe fitting, the discharge pipe fitting is connected with the top of the circular barrel in an inserted mode, and a dust collection pipe is elastically connected in the discharge pipe fitting in a sleeved mode. A dust discharging lantern ring is installed at the bottom of the dust collecting pipe, a dust separation backflow cavity and a spiral guide part which are communicated with each other are installed between the circular barrel and the discharging pipe fitting, the spiral guide part is coaxially installed in the discharging pipe fitting, the bottom of the spiral guide part extends into the dust collecting pipe and the impeller assembly, the spiral guide part is rotatably installed on the outer wall of the discharging pipe fitting, and the dust separation backflow cavity is located above the impeller assembly; the impeller bottom face of the impeller assembly abuts against the dust collecting pipe in a matched mode to vibrate off dust. The dust separation backflow cavity and the dust collecting pipe which are communicated with each other are matched to form a double-path dust backflow structure, efficient flow division and recycling of dust are achieved through cooperation with the dust discharging lantern ring, and escape of fine dust is reduced.
