Mo-W heteronuclear bimetallic composite carrier catalyst as well as preparation method and application thereof

By utilizing the synergistic effect of the charge gradient between the Al2O3-SiO2 support and the Mo-W heteronuclear bimetallic composite catalyst, the problems of limited mass transfer and insufficient efficiency of single metals in traditional catalysts were solved, and high conversion and high selectivity of aromatic hydrocarbon reactions were achieved.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of petrifaction and discloses a Mo-W heteronuclear bimetallic composite carrier catalyst as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The Mo-W heteronuclear bimetallic composite carrier catalyst comprises an Al2O3-SiO2 composite carrier with a three-dimensional ordered macroporous structure, and Mo-W heteronuclear bimetallic which is uniformly dispersed and loaded on the composite carrier in situ, wherein Mo and W are respectively combined with the surface of the composite carrier through Mo-O-Si and W-O-Al to form charge gradient polarization sites, the valence state of Mo is + 4 to + 6, and the valence state of W is + 4 to + 6. The catalyst provided by the invention has a good mass transfer effect, can give consideration to both acidic site density and metal dispersibility, and has high conversion rate, high selectivity and strong carbon deposition resistance when being applied to toluene disproportionation, aromatic hydrocarbon transalkylation, heavy aromatic hydrocarbon lightening and other reactions.
