Abstract

This invention discloses a method and system for asset operation and revenue securitization of shared robots, belonging to the field of robot operation and financial integration technology. It includes constructing a digital twin asset archive for robots, establishing digital identities, and storing full-dimensional asset information; receiving demands for both employment and leasing modes, and achieving intelligent matching through a supply-demand matching model; initiating intelligent scheduling for both modes based on the matching results; completing revenue splitting and settlement according to a dynamic revenue-sharing model for both modes; aggregating qualified robot revenue rights into a basic asset pool through a composite valuation model, and tokenizing and encapsulating the revenue rights after risk stratification; building a token trading model to provide primary issuance and secondary transfer services, and automatically distributing token dividends based on real-time operating revenue. This invention improves robot resource utilization and supply-demand matching accuracy, realizes standardized securitization of revenue rights, and opens up a channel connecting the robot industry and the capital market.
