Test system for servo valve testing

Abstract

The application provides a test system for servo valve test, belonging to the technical field of hydraulic servo system test, and comprising an AC power input filter circuit, a DC power output and filter circuit, a current regulating circuit, an electrical zero adjusting circuit, a gain adjusting circuit, a power amplification circuit, an oscillation circuit and an interface display circuit. After being filtered by the AC power, the DC power circuit converts the AC power into multiple direct current for supplying power to each module. The current regulating and electrical zero adjusting circuits generate setting signals and compensation signals respectively, and after being mixed and amplified by the gain adjusting circuit, the setting signals and the compensation signals drive the power amplification circuit to output controllable current for driving the servo valve. The oscillation circuit generates adjustable excitation signals to overcome the static friction of the valve core. The interface display circuit realizes real-time current display, direction switching and external monitoring. The application has the advantages of high test precision, small size, convenient operation, stable and reliable system, and is suitable for static and dynamic performance test of electro-hydraulic servo valves.
