Abstract

This invention discloses a melamine melt tube base fabric impregnation and coating equipment and production process, relating to the field of melamine melt tube production technology. It comprises a pre-impregnation coating module, a fine impregnation coating module, and a deviation correction and traction module arranged sequentially along the base fabric's travel direction. The pre-impregnation coating module includes an unwinding unit and an impregnation coating tank unit. The impregnation coating tank unit includes an internal impregnation coating unit. Above the internal impregnation coating unit is an active extrusion unit, and below the active extrusion unit is an impregnation coating tray for collecting residual adhesive. Above the impregnation coating tray is an oven heating unit for preliminary drying of the base fabric adhesive. In use, the motor drive mechanism, upper calendering roller, lower fixed roller, pneumatic adjustment mechanism, and gap control unit of the active extrusion unit, in conjunction with the inclined return structure of the impregnation coating tray, guide excess adhesive back to the material tank lifting vehicle, achieving adhesive recycling.
