Abstract

The application discloses a refining slagging agent for gear steel and a preparation method thereof, and a use method thereof, and comprises the following steps: S1, converter smelting: adding silicon-manganese alloy for alloying when tapping the converter, then adding active lime for slagging, after tapping is completed, sending the ladle to a post-blown argon station of the furnace, feeding in aluminum wire and blowing argon; S2, LF refining: after the refining slagging agent for gear steel is added into the LF station, electric heating is conducted, then high-alkalinity refining slag is added for slagging, the furnace is kept in a slightly positive pressure, and submerged arc heating is adopted, and meanwhile, argon is bottom-blown. The refining slagging agent for gear steel and the high-alkalinity refining slag are adopted for slagging, the diffusion deoxidation capacity and the inclusion adsorption effect of the refining slag system are strengthened, the production of high-cleanliness gear steel is realized, the addition of fluorite is avoided, the slagging is accelerated, the erosion of fluorite to the refractory material is reduced, and the high-cleanliness gear steel is realized.
