A multi-level high and low watering automatic control method and system for a watering cart

Abstract

The application provides a multi-level high-low watering automatic control system and method for a watering truck, relates to the technical field of intelligent control of environmental sanitation equipment, and aims to solve the problems of fixed spraying height, rough water distribution and many blind areas of operation of a traditional watering truck. The system comprises a multi-stage lifting spray arm, environmental perception, central control, hydraulic drive and an AI decision module. The multi-stage lifting spray arm comprises a three-stage telescopic carbon fiber spray arm and a pressure self-adaptive nozzle array. The method realizes 0.5-6m three-dimensional spraying by dividing spraying levels, calculating water demand coefficients, generating control instructions, adjusting the hydraulic system and multi-vehicle collaborative operation. The application adopts laser radar and visual fusion perception and deep reinforcement learning decision making, saves water by more than 38%, improves operation efficiency by 2.3 times, can accurately adapt to road dust suppression, shrub and tree irrigation scenes, and has high stability and intelligent level.
