Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of hub spinning, and discloses a spinning die for producing off-road vehicle hubs, which comprises a machine box, a box door is arranged on the front side of the machine box, and the rear side of the machine box is tightly combined with an air suction pipe; further comprising a sealing mechanism arranged on the inner side of the machine box for preventing dust from affecting the transmission of the bidirectional threaded rod; a vibrating mechanism for preventing dust from being blocked is arranged in the interior of the suction box, and a detachable door for cleaning dust is arranged on the side surface of the suction box. The spinning die for producing off-road vehicle hubs effectively prevents the metal dust generated in the spinning process from adhering and accumulating on the surface of the bidirectional threaded rod through the multi-layer shielding and sealing structure, avoids problems such as thread jamming and accelerated wear, and realizes high-frequency small-amplitude vibration of the filter plate through the driving of the electric telescopic rod, so that the metal dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter plate can be shaken off automatically, and the air suction efficiency is prevented from being reduced due to dust blocking the filter screen.
