A prefabricated box girder structure convenient to construct and a construction method thereof

Abstract

This application relates to a convenient precast box girder structure and its construction method, belonging to the field of precast box girder construction technology. It includes a precast box girder body comprising a top plate, a web plate, and a bottom plate. A web plate is provided on one side of the top plate, and a bottom plate is provided on the side of the web plate away from the top plate. Stepped tongue-and-groove joints are provided at the edges of both the top and bottom plates. The top plate, web plate, and bottom plate are all connected by welding. Positioning and guiding components are provided on both sides of the precast box girder body, and modular connectors are provided on one side of each positioning and guiding component. This application uses the positioning and guiding components to automatically and initially position adjacent precast box girder bodies laterally perpendicular to the bridge direction during hoisting. The modular connectors are used to achieve rapid and accurate connection of adjacent box girders at the web plate position, reducing the amount of on-site formwork, rebar tying, and concrete pouring work, and improving construction efficiency.
