A ground repairing method for old cell reconstruction

Abstract

This invention discloses a ground repair method for the renovation of old residential areas, applicable to the treatment of cracks in underground garage floors and concrete floors in old residential areas. The method includes: dividing the ground to be repaired into sections of a predetermined length, and repairing each section sequentially; chiseling away the damaged area, extending beyond the edge of the damaged area and reaching below the base surface to form a repair zone; cleaning the repair zone to remove loose particles and debris; removing standing water and allowing the repair zone to dry until it is moist, free of standing water and loose particles; preparing a repair mixture by mixing quick-setting repair material with water according to a specified ratio; pouring the repair mixture into the repair zone, spreading it evenly, and smoothing it; maintaining moisture in the smoothed repair zone, with the curing method and duration determined according to climatic conditions; and opening the area to traffic after a waiting period determined based on climatic conditions. This invention enables repairs to be completed with a shorter single-section interruption time, higher bonding strength between new and old surfaces, and strength development coordinated with climate.
