An artificial sample of argillaceous silt deposit containing natural gas hydrate and a preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

This invention discloses an artificial sample of silty mudstone sediments containing natural gas hydrates, its preparation method, and its application, belonging to the field of natural gas hydrate technology. Based on the in-situ information of the sample, this invention prepares an artificial silty mudstone sediment sample that matches the in-situ information characteristics of the sample; it calculates the required volume of natural gas and water, along with a thermodynamic promoter, based on the hydrate saturation of the sample to prepare a water-natural gas mixture; it introduces the water-natural gas mixture into the artificial silty mudstone sediment sample, applies pressure to the system to simulate the formation pressure of the hydrate reservoir, and then lowers the temperature of the system to generate natural gas hydrates, ultimately obtaining an artificial silty mudstone sediment sample containing natural gas hydrates. This invention prepares silty mudstone sediments that incorporate in-situ information, and the preparation method effectively improves the preparation speed and uniformity of hydrate-containing sediments, realizing the artificial preparation of silty mudstone natural gas hydrate sediments based on in-situ information.
