A medical image processing method for surgical navigation systems includes: acquiring a three-dimensional reconstructed model of a target organ, the three-dimensional reconstructed model being generated based on medical image data of the target organ; the three-dimensional reconstructed model being segmented into multiple tissue structures; acquiring the relative pose relationship between the target instrument and the target organ; determining the explicit and implicit parameters of one or more tissue structures in the three-dimensional reconstructed model based on the relative pose relationship; and displaying the three-dimensional reconstructed model of the target organ based on the determined explicit and implicit parameters of one or more tissue structures in the three-dimensional reconstructed model. This method enables the three-dimensional reconstructed model to have a more adaptable visualization effect under different relative pose relationships, improves the accuracy of users' observation and analysis of the tissue structure relationships of the target organ, helps reduce intraoperative risks, and guides doctors to achieve more efficient and precise surgery.
