Carbon dioxide fractionation purification device and method for fractionation purification thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a carbon dioxide fractional purification device and a method for fractional purification thereof. The carbon dioxide fractional purification device comprises a raw gas pipeline, a high-pressure oxygen pipeline, a mixed heat exchange system, and a multi-stage catalytic system. The mixed heat exchange system comprises a first static mixer and a gas heat exchanger in communication with the raw gas pipeline and the high-pressure oxygen pipeline. The gas heat exchanger is in communication with the first static mixer. The catalytic reaction assembly comprises a first catalytic reactor, a second static mixer, a second catalytic reactor, and a cooler assembly. The gas inlet end of the first catalytic reactor is in communication with the gas heat exchanger. The first catalytic reactor, the second static mixer, the gas heat exchanger, the second catalytic reactor, and the cooler assembly are sequentially connected. The fractional catalysis is carried out through the oxygen-poor primary reaction and the oxygen-supplement secondary reaction, so that the temperature rise is controllable, the safety of the device operation is improved, the combustible impurities are efficiently removed, and the purity of the recovered carbon dioxide meets the food-grade standard.
