By precisely designing the particle size distribution of each solid particle, the invention achieves a high degree of matching between the overall particle size distribution curve and a pre-defined piecewise mathematical model (b=7), realizing multi-scale close packing from micrometer to centimeter scales and forming a highly continuous particle size distribution structure. At a water-cement ratio of 0.40, the resulting concrete mixture exhibits a slump >210mm, a spread >550mm, a 28-day compressive strength >45 MPa, a splitting tensile strength >4.8 MPa, and a 7-day adiabatic temperature rise <38℃. This concrete material possesses outstanding advantages such as low heat of hydration, excellent crack resistance, high mechanical strength, and good workability, making it particularly suitable for mass concrete projects with stringent requirements for temperature control and crack resistance.
