Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a national standard physical fitness assessment and nutritional intervention method, specifically a national standard physical fitness assessment and nutritional intervention method based on multidimensional data collection using a four-diagnostic instrument, belonging to the interdisciplinary field of traditional Chinese medicine health assessment and artificial intelligence. Background Technology
[0002] Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution theory is a core component of the TCM concept of "preventive treatment," enabling early disease prevention and personalized health management through accurate identification of individual constitution types. The State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China jointly released the recommended national standard GB / T46939-2025, "Classification and Determination of TCM Constitution." With the release of this national standard, the demand for TCM constitution assessment in primary healthcare institutions, health management centers, physical examination centers, and rehabilitation and wellness institutions has increased dramatically.
[0003] In the existing technology, 1) the TCM disease prevention management system and method based on the TCM four diagnostic instruments disclosed in CN109833028A obtains the patient's identity information through the ID card reader of the TCM four diagnostic instruments, controls the fundus camera to take fundus photos, detects pulse wave signals and extracts pulse characteristic parameters through the pulse diagnosis instrument, collects consultation information from the doctor's terminal, and then sends the above information to the doctor's terminal for the doctor to identify the patient's constitution in combination with the consultation information to obtain a TCM constitution report. Although this solution introduces the four diagnostic instruments, its constitution identification process still highly relies on the doctor's subjective judgment and lacks a standardized automatic judgment mechanism. Moreover, its consultation information is a free consultation between the doctor and the patient, and does not adopt a standardized questionnaire system. The repeatability and regularity of the evaluation results are questionable. 1) Insufficient standardization; 2) The TCM four diagnostic information collection and integration system and method disclosed in CN109872806A collects tongue and facial images through a camera, detects pulse pressure signals at three positions (cun, guan, chi) on the inner side of the user's left and right wrists through pressure sensors, collects consultation information from the doctor's terminal, and integrates the above information into a TCM four diagnostic report. Although this scheme achieves the collection and integration of four diagnostic information, its constitution assessment still needs to be completed manually by the doctor and lacks a structured judgment algorithm based on national standards. In addition, the scheme does not involve the collection of standardized constitution questionnaires, nor does it provide personalized conditioning plan output. Its report content is limited to the listing and display of four diagnostic information and fails to achieve a fully intelligent closed loop from data collection to executable conditioning plan.
[0004] Based on the above description of existing technologies, in general, existing TCM constitution assessment technologies generally have the following prominent problems: 1) Insufficient standardization of the assessment process: Existing physical fitness assessments mostly rely on paper questionnaires or simple electronic questionnaires, lacking systematic integration with standard diagnostic equipment (tongue diagnosis instrument, pulse diagnosis instrument). The assessment results depend on the subjectivity of the answers, and the data collection dimensions are singular, making it difficult to form an objective and comprehensive physical fitness assessment. 2) Insufficient depth of application of assessment results: Most systems only output constitution type labels and fail to provide actionable personalized conditioning plans by combining objective data from tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis. After obtaining the constitution conclusion, users do not know "what to do next". 3) Lack of user self-service and doctor collaboration process: In real-world scenarios such as health management centers and physical examination centers, the assessment process is usually led by doctors. However, the existing system lacks a complete collaborative workflow of "user self-service registration → doctor selects user → start assessment → multi-device collaborative data collection", which leads to low efficiency in on-site operations. 4) Insufficient compliance with national standards: After the release of the new national standard in 2025, there is still a lack of systematic assessment schemes designed in strict accordance with the questionnaire system of GB / T46939-2025 (27 questions, 9 physical fitness sub-items for scoring, and conversion score judgment). Most systems use the old version of the academic society standard from 2009, which deviates from the national standard. Summary of the Invention
[0005] The purpose of this invention is to provide a national standard physical fitness assessment and nutritional intervention method based on multi-dimensional data collection using a four-diagnostic instrument to solve at least one of the above-mentioned technical problems. This method strictly adheres to the national standard GB / T46939-2025, integrates the objective data collection of the four-diagnostic instrument with the comprehensive analysis capabilities of a TCM big data model, and achieves a closed-loop process from user self-regulation, doctor-led assessment, multi-dimensional data collection, national standard physical fitness determination, AI comprehensive analysis, and personalized conditioning reports.
[0006] The present invention achieves the above objectives through the following technical solution: a national standard physical fitness assessment and nutritional intervention method based on multidimensional data collection by a four-diagnostic instrument, comprising a four-layer collaborative architecture system consisting of a user self-service terminal, a doctor's work terminal, hardware of the four-diagnostic instrument, and a large TCM model; The national standard physical fitness assessment and nutritional intervention method includes the following steps: Step 1: User self-service registration and doctor collaboration process: The four-layer collaborative architecture system generates a QR code. Users scan the code with their mobile devices to enter the self-service registration page, fill in their basic personal information and confirm the registration. After receiving the user information, the four-layer collaborative architecture system creates a user record and places the user at the top of the user list on the doctor's workbench. The doctor selects the target user from the user list through the web workbench and clicks to start the assessment. Step 2: Multi-dimensional data collection: Collect multi-dimensional data from users, including basic physical signs data, objective data from the four diagnostic instruments, data from the GB / T46939-2025 standard questionnaire, and supplementary information from users. Step 3: National Standard Constitution Determination and AI Comprehensive Analysis: The four-layer collaborative architecture system obtains the raw score and converted score of each constitution type based on the questionnaire data of GB / T46939-2025 standard, and determines the user's main constitution type and mixed constitution based on the converted score; then, the collected personal basic information and multi-dimensional data are packaged as input parameters, and the TCM big data model is called to perform a comprehensive analysis of all dimensions to generate structured comprehensive analysis results; Step 4: Generation of Structured Health Report: The comprehensive analysis results of the TCM big data model are integrated with the national standard judgment results and the original data of the four diagnostic instruments to generate a structured health report.
[0007] As a further aspect of the present invention: in step one, the basic personal information includes, but is not limited to, name, gender, place of residence, date of birth, and mobile phone number.
[0008] As a further aspect of the present invention: in step two, the basic vital signs data include the user's height and weight, and the four-layer collaborative architecture system automatically calculates the BMI value; The user's supplementary information includes current medical history, medications currently taken, allergy history, and desired improvements; desired improvements include one or more of the following: weight loss, beauty enhancement, stomach health, and improved sleep.
[0009] As a further aspect of the present invention: in step two, the objective data of the four diagnostic instruments include pulse diagnosis data and tongue diagnosis data; Among them, the pulse diagnosis instrument data is collected by a standardized pulse diagnosis instrument from six parts of the user's left and right hands, including the left hand cun pulse, left hand guan pulse, left hand chi pulse, right hand cun pulse, right hand guan pulse, and right hand chi pulse. The pulse rate, pulse rhythm variability and pulse diagnosis conclusion are recorded for each part. The tongue diagnosis instrument collects multi-dimensional feature data of the user's tongue image through a standardized tongue diagnosis instrument, including tongue shape, tongue spirit, tongue color, coating texture, coating color, and tongue surface features.
[0010] As a further aspect of the present invention: In step two, the questionnaire data of GB / T46939-2025 includes 27 constitution identification questions, which correspond to 9 constitution types: balanced constitution (4 questions), qi deficiency constitution (3 questions), yang deficiency constitution (3 questions), yin deficiency constitution (3 questions), phlegm-dampness constitution (3 questions), damp-heat constitution (4 questions), blood stasis constitution (3 questions), qi stagnation constitution (3 questions), and special constitution (4 questions). Furthermore, each question uses a 5-point rating system: 1 = none / never at all, 2 = rarely / somewhat, 3 = sometimes / somewhat, 4 = often / quite often, 5 = always / very much.
[0011] As a further aspect of the present invention: in step three, the quality determination of the national standard body specifically includes: The four-layer collaborative architecture system calculates physical fitness based on the user's responses to 27 questionnaires, strictly following the assessment method specified in Chapter 5 of GB / T46939-2025. Raw score = the sum of the scores for each item corresponding to each body type; Conversion score = [(Original score - number of entries) / (number of entries × 4)] × 100; According to the conversion score criteria: when the conversion score of a balanced constitution is ≥60 and the conversion scores of the other 8 unbalanced constitutions are all <30, it is judged as "balanced constitution"; when the conversion score of an unbalanced constitution is ≥40, it is judged as "this constitution"; when the conversion score is 30~39, it is judged as "tends to be this constitution". The comprehensive analysis of the TCM model across multiple dimensions specifically includes: The four-layer collaborative architecture system packages the following multi-dimensional data as input parameters and calls the TCM big data model for comprehensive analysis: User basic information: gender, age (calculated based on date of birth), place of residence; Basic physical characteristics: height, weight, BMI; Pulse diagnosis data: pulse rate, pulse rhythm variability, and pulse pattern conclusions of the six positions (cun, guan, chi) on both hands; Tongue diagnosis data: tongue shape, tongue appearance, tongue color, coating texture, coating color, presence or absence of cracks / prickles / teeth marks / ecchymosis; Questionnaire data: Detailed answers to each of the 27 questions, as well as the raw and converted scores for each physical constitution; National standard assessment results: main body constitution types and concurrent body constitutions; Additional information: present medical history, current medications, allergy history, and desired improvements.
[0012] As a further aspect of the present invention: in step four, the structured health report includes the following modules: A core overview of physical fitness assessment, including major physical fitness types and mixed physical fitness, core definitions, key characteristics, and a visual representation of the conversion scores for 9 types of physical fitness. The results of TCM tongue diagnosis include tongue photos and instrument data collected for each detection dimension; The results of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis include pulse findings, pulse rate, pulse rhythm variability, and pulse shape analysis data for the six pulse positions of both hands. Health risk analysis, including multi-site health risk assessment based on body constitution and tongue and pulse data, and labeling risk levels; Personalized treatment plans; Weekly recipe recommendations; Health risk and wellness advice, including key risk warnings and warning signs.
[0013] As a further aspect of this invention, the personalized conditioning program includes a six-dimensional conditioning system: seasonal conditioning, including seasonal conditioning focuses and dietary recommendations for spring, summer, autumn and winter; dietary therapy conditioning, including recommended ingredients, foods to avoid, and suggested recipes; daily life conditioning, including suggestions for environmental control, sleep management, work and rest habits, and emotional regulation; exercise conditioning, including recommended types of exercise, timing and intensity of exercise, and precautions; meridian conditioning, including the location and operation methods of core acupoints; and tea conditioning, including the formula, composition, efficacy, and usage of medicinal and edible tea substitutes.
[0014] As a further aspect of the present invention: the weekly meal plan recommendation includes a complete meal plan for 7 days x 3 meals, with each meal marked with an ingredient list, nutrient ratio and conditioning instructions; the nutrient ratio includes the grams and energy percentages of carbohydrates, protein and fat; the conditioning instructions explain the conditioning logic of the selected ingredients and the user's constitution, and the daily average nutrient total is appended at the end.
[0015] As a further aspect of the present invention: the four-layer collaborative architecture system specifically includes: The user entry layer allows users to scan a QR code / mini-program to enter the system and fill in their basic personal information. The doctor's work platform enables user list management, user selection for assessment, activation of data collection from the four diagnostic instruments, triggering of AI analysis, and viewing and confirmation of reports through the web workbench. The data acquisition layer collects data from the pulse diagnosis instrument and tongue diagnosis instrument through the hardware interface of the four diagnostic instruments. The data processing layer uses the national standard judgment engine to perform quantitative judgment based on the scoring algorithm and constitution judgment rules of GB / T46939-2025, and performs comprehensive analysis in all dimensions through the TCM big model service. The report output layer generates structured health reports via PDF / print services.
[0016] The beneficial effects of this invention are: (1) Compliance with national standards and authority: This invention is the first domestic physical health assessment method designed in strict accordance with the latest national standard GB / T46939-2025 "Classification and Judgment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution". It adopts the 27-question questionnaire system, 5-level scoring system and conversion score judgment algorithm specified in the standard to ensure the standardization, compliance and authority of the assessment results. It provides a technical solution for the standardized promotion of TCM constitution assessment in grassroots medical care, health management and other scenarios. The latest national standard is fully embedded into the system process, realizing full-chain national standard compliance from questionnaire items, scoring algorithm to judgment rules, filling the technical gap of systematic implementation plan after the release of the new national standard.
[0017] (2) Deep integration of subjective questionnaires and objective instrument data: This invention breaks through the limitations of traditional physical fitness assessment that relies solely on questionnaire self-assessment or doctor's subjective judgment. It incorporates the objective detection results of pulse diagnosis instrument (pulse data of six parts of the left and right hands) and tongue diagnosis instrument (7 types of tongue image feature data) into the analysis dimension, so that the physical fitness assessment is not only based on the user's subjective feelings, but also supported by objective instrument data, which significantly improves the comprehensiveness and credibility of the assessment. It not only integrates the objective data of tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis, but also incorporates the user's current medical history, medications in use, allergy history, and expected improvement into the analysis dimension, constructing a more comprehensive three-dimensional input system than simple "questionnaire + tongue image" or "questionnaire + pulse image".
[0018] (3) The value leap from “body constitution type label” to “executable conditioning plan”: Unlike the superficial application that only outputs the body constitution type determination, this invention generates a complete health report that includes a six-dimensional conditioning system (season / dietary therapy / daily life / exercise / meridians / tea drinks) and a weekly menu (including nutrient calculation) accurate to three meals a day through the comprehensive analysis of the TCM big model. This allows users to not only “know what their body constitution is”, but also “what to eat every day and how to condition themselves”, thus realizing a closed loop from assessment to action guidance. By utilizing the comprehensive analysis capabilities of the TCM big model, the body constitution determination results are transformed into a structured health report that includes a six-dimensional conditioning system and a nutrient calculation accurate to each meal, thus realizing a seamless transformation from body constitution assessment to a daily executable plan.
[0019] (4) Efficient collaboration between user self-service and doctor-led: The designed workflow of “scan code to create a file → select a doctor → start the assessment” realizes the organic connection between user self-service and doctor professional leadership. Users can complete the information entry by themselves while waiting, and doctors can switch patients and start the assessment with one click. This reduces the service process that takes 15-20 minutes per person in the traditional model to 5-8 minutes, greatly improving the service throughput of health management institutions and solving the contradiction between the lack of professional review in the pure self-service model and the low efficiency of the pure doctor model.
[0020] (5) Precise generation of personalized conditioning plans: It integrates seven categories of personalized information, including the user's place of residence (determines the focus of seasonal conditioning), date of birth / age (determines the intensity of conditioning), BMI (determines exercise and diet recommendations), current medical history and medications (excluding contraindications), allergy history (avoiding allergens), and expected improvement aspects (aligning with personalized goals), to ensure that the generated conditioning plan is highly targeted and safe. Detailed Implementation
[0022] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0023] Example 1, as Figure 1 As shown, this embodiment provides a national standard physical fitness assessment and nutritional intervention method based on multi-dimensional data collection from a four-diagnostic instrument, including a four-layer collaborative architecture system consisting of a user self-service terminal, a doctor's work terminal, four-diagnostic instrument hardware, and a traditional Chinese medicine big data model. This four-layer collaborative architecture system includes: The user entry layer allows users to scan a QR code / mini-program to enter the four-layer collaborative architecture system and fill in their basic personal information.
[0024] The national standard physical fitness assessment and nutritional intervention method specifically includes the following steps: First, the process of users creating their own medical records and collaborating with doctors.
[0025] 1) The four-layer collaborative architecture system generates a QR code containing the organization's identifier and the user's entry address. Users can scan the code with their mobile devices (phones) to access the self-service filing page (mini-program or H5 page). 2) Users fill in their basic personal information on the self-service file creation page. The basic personal information includes required fields such as name, gender, place of residence, date of birth, and mobile phone number. After completing the information, users confirm the file creation. 3) After receiving user information, the four-layer collaborative architecture system creates a user record and places the user at the top of the user list on the doctor's workbench; 4) Doctors select target users from the user list through the Web workbench and click to start the assessment.
[0026] The innovation of this step lies in the seamless integration of user self-service registration and doctor-led assessment. After the user completes the information entry, there is no need to wait for a number to be called or for manual registration. The doctor can immediately see the new user and start the assessment process with one click, which greatly shortens the waiting time for users in scenarios such as health management centers and physical examination centers.
[0027] Second, multi-dimensional data collection.
[0028] like Figure 2 As shown, the multi-dimensional data includes basic physical signs data, objective data from the four diagnostic instruments, data from the GB / T46939-2025 standard questionnaire, and supplementary information from users.
[0029] 1) Collection of basic vital signs data
[0030] Users enter their height (cm) and weight (kg), and the system automatically calculates their BMI value through a four-layer collaborative architecture, which serves as the basis for subsequent health risk analysis and conditioning plans.
[0031] 2) Objective data collection from the four diagnostic instruments
[0032] Objective data collection for the four diagnostic instruments includes pulse diagnosis data collection and tongue diagnosis data collection. Pulse diagnosis data collection involves using a standardized pulse diagnosis instrument to collect pulse data from six locations on the user's left and right hands, including the left hand's cun, guan, and chi pulses, and the right hand's cun, guan, and chi pulses. For each location, pulse rate, pulse rhythm variability, and pulse diagnosis conclusions (e.g., normal pulse, wiry pulse, full pulse, etc.) are recorded. Tongue diagnosis data collection involves using a standardized tongue diagnosis instrument to collect multi-dimensional characteristic data of the user's tongue, including tongue shape, tongue spirit, tongue color, tongue coating texture, tongue coating color, and tongue surface characteristics, as shown in Table 1.
[0033] Table 1 shows the data collected by the tongue diagnostic instrument.
[0034] 3) Data collection for the GB / T46939-2025 standard questionnaire
[0035] The four-layer collaborative architecture system strictly follows the questionnaire items specified in Appendix A of the national standard GB / T46939-2025 "Classification and Determination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution" and presents users with a total of 27 constitution identification questions (excluding gender-restricted answer items).
[0036] The GB / T46939-2025 standard questionnaire data includes 27 constitution identification questions, corresponding to 9 constitution types: balanced constitution (4 questions), qi deficiency constitution (3 questions), yang deficiency constitution (3 questions), yin deficiency constitution (3 questions), phlegm-dampness constitution (3 questions), damp-heat constitution (4 questions), blood stasis constitution (3 questions), qi stagnation constitution (3 questions), and special constitution (4 questions). Each question uses a 5-point rating system, i.e., 1 = none / never at all, 2 = rarely / somewhat, 3 = sometimes / somewhat, 4 = often / quite, 5 = always / very, as shown in Table 2.
[0037] Table 2 shows the 27 questions from the GB / T46939-2025 standard questionnaire.
[0038] 4) Collection of supplementary user information
[0039] After completing the collection of three core data items—basic vital signs data, data from the four diagnostic instruments, and standard questionnaires—the four-layer collaborative architecture system guides users to supplement the following personalized information: current medical history (current health problems), medications currently in use (list of medications being used), allergy history (drug / food / environmental allergens), and desired areas for improvement (such as weight loss, beauty enhancement, stomach health, improved sleep, etc., multiple-selection fields). This information serves as an important reference dimension for the comprehensive analysis of the TCM big data model, enhancing the personalization of the treatment plan.
[0040] Third, national standard physical fitness assessment and AI comprehensive analysis.
[0041] like Figure 3 As shown, the four-layer collaborative architecture system calculates body constitution based on the questionnaire data from the GB / T46939-2025 standard, according to the determination method specified in Chapter 5 of GB / T46939-2025. It obtains the original score and conversion score for each body constitution type, and determines the user's main body constitution type and concurrent body constitution based on the conversion score. Subsequently, it packages the collected personal basic information and multi-dimensional data as input parameters, calls the TCM big data model to perform a comprehensive analysis of all dimensions, and generates a structured comprehensive analysis result.
[0042] The quality assessment of national standard bodies specifically includes: The four-layer collaborative architecture system calculates physical fitness based on the user's responses to 27 questionnaires, strictly following the assessment method specified in Chapter 5 of GB / T46939-2025. The comprehensive analysis of the TCM model across multiple dimensions specifically includes: The four-layer collaborative architecture system packages the following multi-dimensional data as input parameters and calls the TCM big data model for comprehensive analysis: User basic information: gender, age (calculated based on date of birth), place of residence; Basic physical characteristics: height, weight, BMI; Pulse diagnosis data: pulse rate, pulse rhythm variability, and pulse pattern conclusions of the six positions (cun, guan, chi) on both hands; Tongue diagnosis data: tongue shape, tongue appearance, tongue color, tongue coating texture, tongue coating color, and tongue surface characteristics; Questionnaire data: Detailed answers to each of the 27 questions, as well as the raw and converted scores for each physical constitution; National standard assessment results: main body constitution types and concurrent body constitutions; Additional information: present medical history, current medications, allergy history, and desired improvements.
[0043] Based on the aforementioned multi-dimensional inputs, the TCM comprehensive model generates structured and comprehensive analysis results following a logical chain of "constitution overview → tongue and pulse diagnosis interpretation → health risk assessment → personalized conditioning plan → weekly diet recommendation." In its generation process, the TCM comprehensive model integrates professional knowledge from multiple fields, including TCM constitution theory, knowledge of food and medicine sharing the same origin, and seasonal health preservation principles.
[0044] Fourth, the generation of structured health reports.
[0045] The comprehensive analysis results of the TCM big data model are integrated with the national standard judgment results and the original data of the four diagnostic instruments to generate a structured health report.
[0046] The structured health report includes the following modules: A core overview of physical fitness assessment, including major physical fitness types and mixed physical fitness, core definitions, key characteristics, and a visual representation of the conversion scores for 9 types of physical fitness. Health risk analysis, including multi-site health risk assessment based on body constitution and tongue and pulse data, and labeling risk levels; Personalized treatment plans; Weekly recipe recommendations; Health risk and wellness advice includes core risk warnings, targeted wellness and conditioning plans (dietary principles, lifestyle recommendations, emotional and stress management, and traditional Chinese medicine adjunctive therapies), special precautions for different seasons and body types, and abnormal signals to be alerted to.
[0047] The personalized conditioning program includes a six-dimensional conditioning system: seasonal conditioning, including seasonal conditioning focuses and dietary recommendations for spring, summer, autumn, and winter; food therapy conditioning, including recommended ingredients, foods to avoid, and suggested recipes; daily life conditioning, including environmental control, sleep management, work and rest habits, and emotional regulation suggestions; exercise conditioning, including recommended exercise types, timing and intensity, and precautions; meridian conditioning, including the location and operation methods of core acupoints; and tea conditioning, including the formula, composition, efficacy, and usage of medicinal and edible tea substitutes. The weekly meal plan includes a complete 7-day x 3-meal (breakfast / lunch / dinner) meal plan, with each meal listing the ingredients, nutrient ratios, and conditioning instructions. The nutrient ratios include the grams and energy percentages of carbohydrates, protein, and fat, and the conditioning instructions explain the conditioning logic corresponding to the user's constitution, with a daily nutrient summary appended at the end.
[0048] Through the above steps, a complete data flow is obtained, which follows this path: QR code scanning → User self-service profile creation (name / gender / residence / birthday / mobile number) → User list pinned to the top → Doctor selects user → Enter assessment page → Enter height and weight → Pulse diagnosis instrument collects six pulse images → Tongue diagnosis instrument collects multi-dimensional tongue images → GB / T46939-2025 standard questionnaire (27 questions / 5-level scoring) → User supplements information (current medical history / current medications / allergy history / expected improvement) → National standard judgment engine calculates raw score / converted score / constitution conclusion → Comprehensive analysis of all dimensions by the TCM big model → Generation of structured health report → Report preview and download (PDF format).
[0049] Example 2: This example uses a female user with "Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness constitution" as an example.
[0050] 1. Application Scenarios
[0051] A health management center offers a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution assessment service. A user, Ms. Li, a 35-year-old office worker, who spends long hours sitting at her desk, has experienced fatigue, heaviness in her body, and a soft abdomen for the past six months. She hopes to understand her health condition and obtain a personalized conditioning plan through the constitution assessment. Traditional manual constitution assessments require a doctor to conduct a detailed consultation and fill out forms, taking approximately 15-20 minutes per person, and only output a constitution label, lacking actionable conditioning guidance. Using the method of this invention, the user creates a self-regulatory file by scanning a QR code with their mobile phone, the doctor initiates the assessment with one click, the four diagnostic instruments automatically collect tongue and pulse data, the system completes the constitution determination according to the national standard GB / T46939-2025, and the TCM big data model generates a complete health report including a six-dimensional conditioning plan and a weekly diet plan. The entire process takes approximately 8 minutes.
[0052] 2. Implementation Steps
[0053] 2.1 QR code generation and user self-service profile creation
[0054] Step 1: The doctor clicks "Generate Physical Fitness Assessment QR Code" on the web workbench. The system calls the backend interface to generate a mini-program code containing the institution's identifier and the user's entry address. The doctor's workbench displays the QR code image and a waiting status.
[0055] Step Two: User Li scans the QR code using WeChat on their mobile phone to enter the physical fitness assessment and registration page of the mini-program. The system simultaneously updates the QR code status to "used," and the doctor's workbench displays in real time that the user has scanned the code.
[0056] Step 3: Users fill in their basic personal information on the self-service profile creation page, as shown in Table 3.
[0057] Table 3 contains basic personal information.
[0058] After the user confirms that the information is correct, they click "Confirm File Creation". The system receives the user information, creates a user record in the background database, and places the user at the top of the user list in the doctor's workbench.
[0059] 2.2 Doctors select users and launch the assessment
[0060] The doctor saw the newly created user "Li" at the top of the Web workbench user list, clicked the "Start Assessment" button, and the system entered the physical fitness assessment main page to prepare for multi-dimensional data collection.
[0061] 2.3 Basic Vital Signs Data Collection
[0062] Users enter their height and weight, and the system automatically calculates their BMI value, as shown in Table 4.
[0063] Table 4 shows the collection of basic vital signs data.
[0064] 2.4 Objective Data Acquisition by Pulse Diagnosis Instrument
[0065] The doctor guides the user to place their left and right hands sequentially on the standardized pulse diagnostic instrument's probe for testing. The collected pulse waveform data is transmitted to the backend system in real time. The system automatically analyzes and outputs the pulse rate, pulse rhythm variability, and pulse conclusions for the six pulse positions, as shown in Table 5.
[0066] Table 5 shows the objective data collection results of the pulse diagnosis instrument.
[0067] The system formats the six pulse data into standard text: "Left hand: Cun: floating, Guan: wiry, Chi: deep; Right hand: Cun: floating, Guan: slippery, Chi: deep", and stores it in the pulse diagnosis data field of the evaluation report.
[0068] 2.5 Objective Data Acquisition by Tongue Diagnosis Instrument
[0069] The doctor guides the user to stick out their tongue, and the tongue diagnostic instrument takes a picture of the tongue and extracts multi-dimensional tongue features through image analysis algorithms. At the same time, the system analyzes the structured feature data returned by the tongue diagnostic instrument, as shown in Table 6.
[0070] Table 6 shows the objective data collection results of the tongue diagnostic instrument.
[0071] The system formats the tongue diagnosis data into standard text: "Tongue spirit: low spirit; Tongue color: pale white; Coating texture: greasy; Coating color: white; Tongue shape: large and swollen, with teeth marks; Cracks: none; Teeth marks: present; Pinicles: none; Ecchymosis: none", and stores it in the tongue diagnosis data field of the evaluation report.
[0072] 2.6 GB / T46939-2025 Standard Questionnaire Data Collection
[0073] The system strictly follows the questionnaire items specified in Appendix A of the national standard GB / T46939-2025 "Classification and Determination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution," presenting users with a total of 27 constitution identification questions covering 9 constitution types. Each question uses a 5-level rating system (1=Never / Not at all, 2=Rarely / Somewhat, 3=Sometimes / Somewhat, 4=Frequently / Quite, 5=Always / Very), marked with "..." The items marked "" need to be scored in reverse order (1→5, 2→4, 3→3, 4→2, 5→1) before being included in the calculation. User Li's answer results and scores are as follows (representative questions for each physical type are listed), as shown in Table 7.
[0074] Table 7 shows user Li's answer and score.
[0075] 2.7 National Standard Physical Fitness Assessment
[0076] The system calculates physical fitness based on the user's answers to 27 questionnaires, strictly following the determination method specified in Chapter 5 of GB / T46939-2025.
[0077] (1) Calculation of raw score: Raw score = the sum of the scores of the corresponding items for each body type (see the “Raw Score” column in the table above).
[0078] (2) Calculation of conversion score: Conversion score = [(original score - number of items) / (number of items × 4)] × 100, as shown in Table 8.
[0079] Table 8 shows the calculation of conversion scores for each body constitution.
[0080] (3) Physical condition assessment: Physical condition assessment is conducted according to the conversion score assessment criteria.
[0081] The score for the balanced constitution transformation was 37.5 (<60 points), which does not meet the criteria for a balanced constitution, so the balanced constitution is excluded. Among the unbalanced constitutions, the phlegm-dampness constitution had the highest transformation score (83.3 points, ≥40 points, judged as "yes"), followed by the qi deficiency constitution (58.3 points, ≥40 points, judged as "yes"), the yang deficiency constitution had a transformation score of 58.3 points (≥40 points, judged as "yes"), and the qi stagnation constitution had a transformation score of 41.7 points (≥40 points, judged as "yes").
[0082] Assessment results: The primary constitution is "phlegm-dampness constitution" (highest conversion score 83.3), with a secondary constitution of "qi deficiency constitution" (conversion score 58.3). Final constitution conclusion: Phlegm-dampness constitution combined with qi deficiency constitution.
[0083] 2.8 Collection of Supplementary User Information

[0095] Example 3: This example uses a male user with "Yang deficiency constitution" as an example.
[0096] 1. Application Scenarios
[0097] A community health service center offered a winter TCM constitution assessment service. The user, Mr. Zhang, a 52-year-old retired worker, suffered from chronic coldness, particularly in winter, accompanied by lower back and knee pain, and frequent urination at night. He hoped to understand his constitution and receive advice on winter health maintenance through the assessment. Using the method of this invention, after the user scanned a code to create a file, the doctor initiated the assessment, the four diagnostic instruments collected data on his tongue and pulse, and the system made a judgment based on national standards and generated a health maintenance report.
[0098] 2. Implementation Steps
[0099] 2.1 User self-service record creation and doctor-initiated assessment
[0100] User Zhang scanned the QR code for the physical fitness assessment posted at the center and filled in basic information on the mini-program: Name: Zhang, Gender: Male, Date of Birth: 1974-01-20, Residence: Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Mobile Phone Number: 135 1234. After confirming the registration, the doctor selects "Zhang" from the user list on the workbench and clicks "Start Assessment" to enter the physical fitness assessment main page.
[0101] 2.2 Basic physical signs and data collection from the four diagnostic instruments
[0102] The user entered a height of 170cm and a weight of 75kg, and the system automatically calculated the BMI to be 26.0 (overweight).
[0103] The pulse diagnosis instrument collected pulse data from six points, as shown in Table 13.
[0104] Table 13 shows the pulse data collected by the pulse diagnosis instrument from six pulse points.

[0107] 2.3 GB / T46939-2025 Standard Questionnaire and National Standard Judgment
[0108] Users completed 27 standard questionnaires. The system calculated the conversion scores for each physical fitness level according to the scoring method specified in Chapter 5 of GB / T46939-2025, as shown in Table 15.
[0109] Table 15 shows the key results.
[0110] Assessment results: The primary constitution is Yang deficiency (conversion score 91.7), with a secondary constitution of Qi deficiency (conversion score 50.0). Final constitution conclusion: Yang deficiency combined with Qi deficiency.
[0111] 2.4 Collection of Supplementary User Information
[0112] User supplementary information collection is shown in Table 16.
[0113] Table 16 lists the supplementary information collected from users.
[0114] 2.5 Comprehensive Analysis and Report Generation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Large-Scale Model
[0115] The system packages and sends user data across all dimensions (basic information, basic physical signs, pulse diagnosis data, tongue diagnosis data, questionnaire data, national standard assessment results, and supplementary information) to the TCM big data model. The big data model combines pulse characteristics (deep, slow, and weak pulse in all six positions, with a pulse rate of 62 beats / min, indicating insufficient Yang Qi), tongue characteristics (pale, thin tongue with a thin white coating, indicating deficiency of both Qi and Blood, and insufficient Yang Qi), and national standard assessment results (Yang deficiency constitution combined with Qi deficiency constitution), and generates structured analysis results according to the logical chain of "constitution overview → tongue and pulse diagnosis interpretation → health risk positioning → personalized conditioning plan → weekly diet recommendation".
[0116] Key points of the conditioning plan generated by the large model: Seasonal Nourishment: In winter, focus on warming the body and dispelling cold. It is recommended to go to bed early and get up late, and pay attention to keeping warm, especially the waist and feet. Dietary Nourishment: Recommended warming foods include mutton, leeks, walnuts, and ginger. Avoid raw, cold, and cooling foods. Exercise Nourishment: Recommended gentle exercises such as jogging and standing meditation. Avoid excessive sweating that can damage the body's Yang energy. Meridian Nourishment: Moxibustion on acupoints such as Guanyuan, Mingmen, and Shenshu. Tea Nourishment: Warming formulas such as ginger and red date tea and longan and goji berry tea. The weekly diet is based on the principle of warming and tonifying the spleen and kidneys, with a daily recommended calorie intake of approximately 2000 kcal and a carbohydrate / protein / fat ratio of 55% / 20% / 25%.
[0117] Once the report is generated, it is automatically rendered into a PDF format, which is then delivered to the user after the doctor's confirmation.
[0118] 3. Implementation Results
[0119] As shown in Table 17.
[0120] Table 17 shows the implementation results.
[0121] The system uses a QR code as the entry point. Users scan the code with their mobile devices to access a self-service registration page, fill in their basic personal information, and submit it. The system automatically creates a user record and places it at the top of the doctor's workbench user list. Doctors then select the target user from the list via the web workbench and click to start the assessment, thus completing the collaborative connection between user self-registration and doctor-led assessment. Upon entering the physical fitness assessment page, the system sequentially collects basic vital signs data, collects pulse data from the six pulse positions (cun, guan, chi) on both hands using a standardized pulse diagnostic instrument and records the pulse rate and pulse conclusion for each position, collects tongue shape, spirit, color, coating texture, and tongue characteristics such as cracks, prickles, teeth marks, and ecchymosis using a standardized tongue diagnostic instrument, presents the user with 27 five-level physical fitness identification questions as specified in the GB / T46939-2025 standard and collects the answers, and also collects the user's current medical history. Supplementary information includes the patient's history of drug allergies and desired improvements. The system then calculates scores for each constitution type based on the answers to 27 questions, using the national standard's raw and converted score algorithms. It determines the primary and secondary constitutions based on the converted score threshold. All collected data is then packaged and used as input parameters to call upon a comprehensive TCM model, following a logical chain of constitution overview, tongue and pulse diagnosis interpretation, health risk positioning, personalized conditioning plans, and weekly meal recommendations. Finally, the system integrates the national standard assessment results, the original data from the four diagnostic instruments, and the model's analysis results to generate a structured health report containing a core overview of constitution assessment, tongue and pulse diagnosis conclusions, health risk analysis, a six-dimensional conditioning system, and a 7-day x 3-meal weekly meal plan. This forms a complete data flow loop from QR code registration, multi-dimensional data collection, national standard assessment, AI analysis, to report output.
