Abstract

Immersion type evaporative cooling mode is adopted in transformer. Evaporative- cooling medium is injected to oil tank. Being generated by energy consumption, heating of windings and magnet core of transformer, quantity of heat is transferred to the evaporative-cooling medium in the oil tank. Thus, temperature of the medium is raised. When the temperature reaches to saturation temperature corresponding to inner pressure, the evaporative-cooling medium in the oil tank is vaporized, so that circulation is formed: vaporized medium generates phase change to absorb heat, and condenser cools vaporized medium to change it back to liquid. Comparing with transformer, the oil immersion type transformer removes out oil conservator to make structure simple; possesses high current density to reduce material needed. Advantages are: non-flammable, low temperature rise, safe and reliable, light and miniaturization.

Description

technical field

[0001] The invention relates to a transformer, in particular to an evaporative cooling traction transformer. Background technique

[0002] According to different cooling methods, transformers can usually be divided into several categories such as oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, and sulfur hexafluoride gas-insulated transformers. The cooling medium of oil-immersed transformers is transformer oil (or high-temperature-resistant oil), which has the advantage of high electrical strength, but when the temperature exceeds the ignition point and encounters an open flame, there is a danger of burning. Therefore, oil-immersed transformers are not suitable for use in fire prevention For demanding special occasions. Dry-type transformers can only be said to be non-combustible transformers, not non-combustible transformers. The maximum operating temperature is 185 degrees. When the temperature exceeds the critical value, a fire will occur in case of ope...

Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0028] One of the specific embodiments of the present invention, the structure of the evaporative cooling traction transformer using a vertical condenser, a core-type body, and a core-type air-core reactor is as follows figure 1 As shown, the transformer adopts a core-type body, and the oil tank 10 is filled with evaporative cooling medium, and its structure is the same as that of a conventional high-voltage oil-immersed power transformer. The winding 30 and the iron core 40 are soaked in the evaporative cooling medium of the transformer. The side of the transformer oil tank 10 is connected with the high voltage bushing 50 and the low voltage bushing 60 . The upper end of the gas collecting pipe 80 is connected with the cooling space of the condenser 70, the lower end of the gas collecting pipe 80 is connected with the transformer oil tank, the...
