Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of solar photovoltaic module manufacturing, and in particular to a solar photovoltaic module. Background Art
[0002] In the prior art, the cell strings in solar photovoltaic modules (such as shingled photovoltaic modules) are usually stacked in sequence to obtain a plurality of cell pieces, wherein the cell pieces are usually obtained by cutting the whole cell piece. At present, with the needs of scientific and technological development, people are eager to improve the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules. Common improvement measures are generally to optimize the circuit structure of photovoltaic modules (such as adjusting the series-parallel relationship between the cell strings) or to optimize the structure of the cell itself. Although these improvement measures can improve the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules to a certain extent, the improvement of power generation efficiency is relatively limited, and there are also problems such as long R&D cycle and high R&D cost. Utility Model Content
[0003] The purpose of this application is to provide a solar photovoltaic module that can effectively improve the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module and at the same time has the advantages of short R&D cycle and low R&D cost.
[0004] The embodiment of the present application is implemented as follows:
[0005] An embodiment of the present application provides a solar photovoltaic module, including multiple cell strings, each cell string includes multiple cell pieces whose edges are stacked in sequence and electrically connected, the cell pieces are obtained by cutting the whole cell sheet, and in the extension direction of the cell string, for two adjacent cell pieces, the non-cut edge of the previous cell piece is located above the cut edge of the next cell piece, and the non-cut edge of the previous cell piece is located on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module.
[0006] In the above technical solution, in the extension direction of the battery string, for two adjacent battery sheets, the non-cutting edge of the previous battery sheet is arranged above the cutting edge of the latter battery sheet, and the non-cutting edge is arranged on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module. According to this specific stacking method, the cutting edge with lower solar energy utilization rate can be hidden on the back of the photovoltaic module, thereby reducing to a certain extent the adverse effects of the existence of the cutting edge on the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module, thereby improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module; at the same time, since there is no need to adjust the structure of the battery sheet itself and the circuit structure of the photovoltaic module, the solar photovoltaic module with this structure also has the advantages of short R&D cycle and low R&D cost.
[0007] In some optional embodiments, in a single battery string, multiple battery chips each have a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge, and in the extension direction of the battery string, for any two adjacent battery chips, the non-cutting edge of the previous battery chip is located above the cutting edge of the next battery chip.
[0008] In the above technical solution, multiple cell slices in the same cell string all have a cutting edge and a corresponding non-cutting edge, that is, multiple cell slices all come from a specific slicing method of cutting in half. On this basis, for any two adjacent cell slices, the non-cutting edge of the previous cell slice is set above the cutting edge of the next cell slice, so that the cutting edges of all cell slices in the entire photovoltaic module (except the first slice) are located on the back of the photovoltaic module, that is, all the non-cutting edges of the cell slices are involved in solar photovoltaic power generation, so that the corresponding photovoltaic module has a higher power generation efficiency.
[0009] In some optional embodiments, in a single battery string, the battery sheet has a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge or the battery sheet has two cutting edges, and in the extension direction of the battery string, at least one of the first sheet and the last sheet of the battery string has a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge.
[0010] In the above technical solution, multiple battery slices in the same battery string have two different forms: one cutting edge and two cutting edges, that is, the corresponding multiple battery slices come from slicing methods such as one-cut three, one-cut four or one-cut five. For these specific slicing methods, in the same battery slice, except for the battery slices cut from both ends of the whole slice, which have one cutting edge and one non-cutting edge, the battery slices cut from other positions have two cutting edges and no non-cutting edges. On this basis, in the extension direction of the battery string, the first and last pieces of the battery string are set to have at least one cutting edge and one non-cutting edge, which can reduce the number of cutting edges located on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0011] In some optional embodiments, in the extension direction of the battery string, the first sheet and the last sheet of the battery string both have a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge.
[0012] In the above technical scheme, based on the incoming battery slices obtained by slicing methods such as one cut into three, one cut into four or one cut into five, the first and last slices of the battery string are arranged in the form of having one cutting edge and one non-cutting edge in the extension direction of the battery string, that is, the battery slices with two cutting edges and no non-cutting edges are arranged in the internal area of the corresponding battery string, which can further reduce the number of cutting edges located on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0013] In some optional embodiments, each battery string includes a plurality of battery cell units whose edges are stacked in sequence and electrically connected, and each battery cell unit includes N battery chips whose edges are stacked in sequence and electrically connected, wherein N is a positive integer ≥ 3, and in at least some of the battery cell units, the first chip and the last chip each have a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge, and the N-2 battery chips located between the first chip and the last chip each have two cutting edges.
[0014] In the above technical solution, usually, when there is no problem of cell damage (that is, all the cell pieces cut from a whole cell can be used normally), the multiple cell pieces cut from the same whole cell will be combined into a cell unit. Correspondingly, the number of cell pieces in each cell unit corresponds to the cutting method (for example, when the cutting method is all N, the number of cell pieces in each cell unit is N). Then, by stacking multiple cell units in sequence, a battery string can be obtained. On this basis, for the cell piece cutting method of all N, some cell units are set to a specific form in which the first and last pieces have a cutting edge, and the N-2 cell pieces in the middle have two cutting edges without non-cutting edges. This can reduce the number of cutting edges on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0015] In some optional embodiments, each battery cell unit includes three battery cells whose edges are stacked in sequence and electrically connected. In at least some battery cell units, the first cell and the last cell each have a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge, and the battery cell located between the first cell and the last cell has two cutting edges.
[0016] In the above technical scheme, specifically, for the incoming battery cells that are cut in three pieces, some battery cell units are set to a specific form in which the first and last pieces each have a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge, and the battery cell in the middle has two cutting edges and no non-cutting edge. This can reduce the number of cutting edges on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0017] In some optional embodiments, in each battery cell unit, the first cell and the last cell each have a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge, and the small battery cell located between the first cell and the last cell has two cutting edges.
[0018] In the above technical solution, the incoming battery cells are cut into three pieces, and all battery cell units are arranged so that the first and last pieces have a cutting edge and a non-cutting edge, and the battery cell in the middle has two cutting edges and no non-cutting edge. This stacking method can further reduce the number of cutting edges on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0019] In some optional embodiments, the type of solar photovoltaic module is a single-glass module or a double-glass module.
[0020] In the above technical solutions, there are many specific applicable types of solar photovoltaic components, and more feasible implementation plans can be provided, thereby facilitating the promotion and application of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application.
[0021] In some optional implementations, in each battery string, in the extension direction of the battery string, the size of the overlapping area between any two adjacent battery pieces is 0.1-1 mm.
[0022] In the above technical solution, the overlapping area of any two adjacent battery chips is limited to a specific range, which can better balance the manufacturing cost and power generation efficiency (generally, the smaller the overlapping area, the higher the manufacturing cost, but if the overlapping area is too large, the reduced light-receiving area will lead to lower power generation efficiency).
[0023] In some optional embodiments, in the extension direction of the battery string, any two adjacent battery cells are electrically connected through welding strips; in the extension direction of the battery string, the welding strips include overlapping area welding strips located in the overlapping area and non-overlapping area welding strips located outside the overlapping area, the thickness of the overlapping area welding strips is less than the thickness of the non-overlapping area welding strips, and the width of the overlapping area welding strips is greater than the width of the non-overlapping area welding strips.
[0024] In the above technical solution, any two adjacent battery chips are electrically connected through welding strips, which has the advantages of relatively firm connection, good conductivity and convenience for industrial manufacturing. In addition, the thickness of the welding strip in the overlapping area is set to be smaller than the thickness of the welding strip in the non-overlapping area, and the width of the welding strip in the overlapping area is set to be larger than the width of the welding strip in the non-overlapping area, that is, the welding strip in the overlapping area is thinned and widened, which helps to improve conductivity and at the same time, can also improve the mechanical strength after connection. [0039] In the description of this application, it should also be noted that, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the terms "set", "install", "connect", and "connect" should be understood in a broad sense, for example, it can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it can be a direct connection, or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, or it can be the internal communication of two elements. For ordinary technicians in this field, the specific meanings of the above terms in this application can be understood according to specific circumstances.
[0040] Since the existing improvement measures for improving the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules have certain defects, the inventors have found that small battery pieces are usually obtained by cutting. Accordingly, each small battery piece has at least one cutting edge, which means that there are a large number of cutting edges in the solar photovoltaic module at the same time. However, due to the damage of the cutting edges, it is difficult to effectively utilize solar energy for power generation. If the adverse effects of the cutting edges on the power generation efficiency can be reduced as much as possible, the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module can be improved without adjusting the structure of the battery piece itself and the circuit structure of the photovoltaic module. At the same time, it also has the advantages of short R&D cycle and low R&D cost.
[0041] A solar photovoltaic module of the present application is described in detail below.
[0042] See also Figure 1 to Figure 3 The embodiment of the present application provides a solar photovoltaic module 10, including a plurality of battery strings 100, each battery string 100 includes a plurality of battery pieces 110 whose edges are sequentially stacked and electrically connected, the battery pieces 110 are obtained by cutting the whole battery sheet, and in the extension direction a of the battery string, for two adjacent battery pieces 110, the non-cut edge 111 of the previous battery piece 110 is located above the cut edge 112 of the next battery piece 110, and the non-cut edge 111 of the previous battery piece 110 is located on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module; at the same time, since there is no need to adjust the structure of the battery sheet itself and the circuit structure of the photovoltaic module, the solar photovoltaic module 10 of this structure also has the advantages of short R&D cycle and low R&D cost.
[0043] In order to better understand the technical solution, the meanings of cutting edges and non-cutting edges are supplemented here.
[0044] Taking non-destructive cutting as an example, the general process is: using a laser beam to irradiate the battery cell, so that the irradiated area melts and quickly cools down to achieve the cutting effect, thereby obtaining a plurality of cut battery cells 110. Among them, the cutting edge 112 refers to the damaged side formed after the battery cell is in direct contact with the laser beam during the whole cell cutting process. Correspondingly, the non-cutting edge 111 refers to the side that will not be in direct contact with the laser beam, generally referring to the side edges corresponding to the two ends of the whole cell.
[0045] In the present application, in the extension direction a of the battery string, for two adjacent battery chips 110, the non-cutting edge 111 of the previous battery chip 110 is arranged above the cutting edge 112 of the latter battery chip 110, and the non-cutting edge 111 is arranged on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module. According to this specific stacking method, the cutting edge 112 with a lower solar energy utilization rate can be hidden on the back of the photovoltaic module, thereby reducing to a certain extent the adverse effects of the existence of the cutting edge 112 on the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module, thereby improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0046] It should be noted that the specific type of the solar photovoltaic module 10 is not limited, for example, it can be a single-glass module, a double-glass module or a flexible photovoltaic module. In other words, there are many specific applicable types of the solar photovoltaic module 10, and more feasible implementation schemes can be provided, so as to facilitate the promotion and application of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application. The embodiments of the present application all take the solar photovoltaic module 10 as a single-glass module as an example.
[0047] In order to better understand the technical solution, a structural diagram of a single-glass component is provided here for auxiliary explanation.
[0048] See also Figure 4 As an example, the solar photovoltaic module 10 includes a back sheet 11, a back adhesive film 12, a power generation unit 13, a front adhesive film 14 and a glass 15 which are stacked in sequence, wherein the power generation unit 13 is formed by a plurality of battery strings 100 connected in series and / or in parallel, and the light-receiving side of the solar photovoltaic module 10 is the glass 15 side.
[0049] It should be noted that the specific connection method between the multiple battery strings 100 is not limited and can be adaptively adjusted according to actual needs.
[0050] It should be noted that the type of battery cell is not limited, for example, it can be TOPCon, HJT, BC or PERC.
[0051] It should be noted that since there are many ways to slice battery cells, such as cutting into two, cutting into three, cutting into four, and cutting into five, the sizes and shapes of the battery cells 110 obtained by different slicing methods are slightly different. Considering the power generation efficiency after stacking, they can be classified and explained. Specifically, according to the number of cutting edges 112 and non-cutting edges 111 of the battery cells 110 after slicing, they can be divided into two types: cutting into two and not cutting into two.
[0052] See also Figure 5 As an example, in a single battery string 100, multiple battery chips 110 each have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111. In the extension direction a of the battery string, for any two adjacent battery chips 110, the non-cutting edge 111 of the previous battery chip 110 is located above the cutting edge 112 of the next battery chip 110.
[0053] In this embodiment, the multiple battery chips 110 in the same battery string 100 all have a cutting edge 112 and a corresponding non-cutting edge 111, that is, the multiple battery chips 110 all come from a specific slicing method of cutting in half. On this basis, for any two adjacent battery chips 110, the non-cutting edge 111 of the previous battery chip 110 is set above the cutting edge 112 of the next battery chip 110, so that the cutting edges 112 of all battery chips 110 in the entire photovoltaic module (except the first chip) are located on the back of the photovoltaic module, that is, all the non-cutting edges 111 of the battery chips 110 participate in solar photovoltaic power generation, so that the corresponding photovoltaic module has a higher power generation efficiency.
[0054] See also Figure 6 As an example, in a single battery string 100, the battery sheet 110 has a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111 or the battery sheet 110 has two cutting edges 112, and in the extension direction a of the battery string, at least one of the first sheet and the last sheet of the battery string 100 has a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111.
[0055] It should be noted that "the battery chip 110 has a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111" and "the battery chip 110 has two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge" represent two different forms of the battery chip 110 after the battery cell is cut. In the cutting form of more than two cuts, the battery chip 110 exists in these two forms at the same time.
[0056] In this embodiment, the multiple battery chips 110 in the same battery string 100 have two different forms of one cutting edge 112 and two cutting edges 112, that is, the corresponding multiple battery chips 110 come from the slicing methods such as one-cut three, one-cut four or one-cut five. For these specific slicing methods, in the same battery chip, except for the battery chips 110 cut from both ends of the whole chip, which have one cutting edge 112 and one non-cutting edge 111, the battery chips 110 cut from other positions have two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge 111. On this basis, in the extension direction a of the battery string, the first and last chips of the battery string 100 are set to have at least one of one cutting edge 112 and one non-cutting edge 111, which can reduce the number of cutting edges 112 located on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0057] See also Figure 6 As an example, in the extension direction a of the battery string, the first piece and the last piece of the battery string 100 both have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111 .
[0058] In this embodiment, based on the incoming cell pieces 110 obtained by slicing in three, four or five ways, the first and last pieces of the cell string 100 are arranged in the extension direction a of the cell string in the form of a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111, that is, the cell pieces 110 with two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge 111 are arranged in the inner area of the corresponding cell string 100, which can further reduce the number of cutting edges 112 located on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0059] It should be noted that, under normal circumstances, when there is no problem of battery cell cutting damage (that is, all battery cells 110 cut from a whole battery cell can be used normally), the N battery cells 110 cut from the same whole battery cell will be combined into a battery cell unit, and accordingly, the number of battery cells 110 in each battery cell unit corresponds to the cutting method (for example, when the cutting method is N cuts, the number of battery cells 110 in each battery cell unit is N), and then, by stacking the edges of multiple battery cell units in sequence, a battery string 100 can be obtained, wherein the specific number of battery cell units is not limited and can be adjusted according to the length requirements of the battery string 100.
[0060] As an example, each battery string 100 includes a plurality of battery cell units whose edges are stacked in sequence and electrically connected, and each battery cell unit includes N battery chips 110 whose edges are stacked in sequence and electrically connected, wherein N is a positive integer ≥ 3, and in at least some of the battery cell units, the first chip and the last chip each have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111, and the N-2 battery chips 110 located between the first chip and the last chip each have two cutting edges 112.
[0061] In this embodiment, for the incoming battery cells 110 in a cutting method of N cuts, some battery cell units are set to a specific form in which the first and last cells each have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111, and the N-2 battery cells 110 in the middle each have two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge 111. This can reduce the number of cutting edges on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0062] See also Figure 7 As an example, each battery cell unit (not shown in the figure) includes three battery cells 110 whose edges are stacked in sequence and electrically connected. In at least some of the battery cell units, the first cell and the last cell each have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111, and the battery cell 110 located between the first cell and the last cell has two cutting edges 112.
[0063] It should be noted that "in at least some battery cell units, the first and last battery cells each have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111, and the battery cell 110 between the first and last battery cells has two cutting edges 112". This is to take into account the extreme problem of battery cell damage that may occur during cutting, making it impossible to ensure that the three battery cells 110 in each battery cell unit are from the same whole battery cell.
[0064] In this embodiment, the incoming battery cell pieces 110 are cut in three pieces, and some battery cell units are set to have a first piece and a last piece each having a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111. The battery cell piece 110 in the middle has a specific form of two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge 111. This can reduce the number of cutting edges 112 on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0065] See also Figure 7 As an example, in each battery cell unit, the first cell and the last cell have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111 , and the battery cell 110 located between the first cell and the last cell has two cutting edges 112 .
[0066] It should be noted that "in each battery cell unit, the first and last cells have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111, and the small battery cell 110 located between the first and last cells has two cutting edges 112". This is to take into account the ideal state in which there is no battery cell damage during cutting, so that the three small battery cells 110 in each battery cell unit are from the same whole battery cell.
[0067] In this embodiment, the incoming battery cell pieces 110 are cut into three pieces, and all battery cell units are arranged so that the first piece and the last piece each have a cutting edge 112 and a non-cutting edge 111. The battery cell piece 110 located in the middle has two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge 111. This stacking method can further reduce the number of cutting edges 112 located on the light-receiving side of the photovoltaic module, thereby more effectively improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module.
[0068] The incoming battery slices 110 are cut in four-for-one fashion. Compared with the three-for-one fashion, in each battery cell unit, the battery slice 110 with two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge 111 located between the first and last slices is changed from one slice to two slices.
[0069] For the incoming battery cell 110, the cutting method of cutting into five pieces is used. Compared with cutting into three pieces, in each battery cell unit, the battery cell 110 with two cutting edges 112 and no non-cutting edge 111 located between the first and last pieces is changed from one piece to three pieces.
[0070] It should be noted that, in the extension direction a of the battery string, the size of the overlapping area between two adjacent battery pieces 110 is not limited and can be adjusted according to actual needs.
[0071] As an example, in each battery string 100, in the extension direction a of the battery string, the size of the overlapping area of any two adjacent battery pieces 110 is 0.1-1 mm, for example but not limited to any point value of 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm and 1 mm, or a range value between any two of them.
[0072] In this embodiment, the overlapping area of any two adjacent battery chips 110 is limited to a specific range, which can better balance the manufacturing cost and power generation efficiency (generally, the smaller the overlapping area, the higher the manufacturing cost, but if the overlapping area is too large, the reduced light-receiving area will lead to lower power generation efficiency).
[0073] It should be noted that, in the extension direction a of the battery string, the electrical connection method between two adjacent battery chips 110 is not limited, for example, it can be connected by a welding strip 120 or by a conductive adhesive.
[0074] See also Figure 8 As an example, in the extension direction a of the battery string, any two adjacent battery chips 110 are electrically connected via the welding ribbon 120 .
[0075] In this embodiment, any two adjacent battery chips 110 are electrically connected via the welding strip 120 , which has the advantages of relatively firm connection, good conductivity and convenience for industrial manufacturing.
[0076] It should be noted that the welding strip 120 corresponding to the overlapping area and the welding strip 120 in the non-overlapping area can be integrally formed (for example, a complete round wire welding strip 120), and the welding strip 120 corresponding to the overlapping area can also be adjusted according to specific needs.
[0077] See also Figure 8 As an example, in the extension direction a of the battery string, the welding strip 120 includes an overlapping area welding strip 121 located in the overlapping area and a non-overlapping area welding strip 122 located outside the overlapping area, the thickness of the overlapping area welding strip 121 is less than the thickness of the non-overlapping area welding strip 122, and the width of the overlapping area welding strip 121 is greater than the width of the non-overlapping area welding strip 122.
[0078] In this embodiment, the thickness of the overlapping area weld strip 121 is set to be smaller than the thickness of the non-overlapping area weld strip 122, and the width of the overlapping area weld strip 121 is set to be larger than the width of the non-overlapping area weld strip 122, that is, the overlapping area weld strip 121 is thinned and widened, which helps to improve conductivity and, at the same time, improve the mechanical strength after connection.
[0079] It should be noted that the specific size, material and shape of the welding strip 120 corresponding to each area are not limited and can be adjusted according to actual needs.
[0080] As an example, the thickness of the overlap zone welding strip 121 is 70-110 μm, for example but not limited to any one of 70 μm, 80 μm, 90 μm, 100 μm and 110 μm or a range between any two of the thicknesses.
[0081] As an example, the non-overlapping area welding strip 122 is a round wire welding strip 120, and the diameter of the non-overlapping area welding strip 122 is 0.18-0.22 mm, for example but not limited to any point value of 0.18 mm, 0.19 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.21 mm and 0.22 mm or a range value between any two of the diameters.
[0082] It should be noted that any structural or functional unit not specifically described or limited in the solar photovoltaic assembly 10 may be configured according to conventional selections in the art.
[0083] The above description is only the preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. For those skilled in the art, the present application may have various modifications and variations.
