The terms "first", "second", etc. in the specification and claims of this application or the above-mentioned drawings are used to distinguish different objects, rather than to describe a specific order or a primary and secondary relationship.
[0048] Reference to "embodiments" in this application means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in conjunction with the embodiments may be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The appearance of the phrase in various locations in the specification does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment, nor is it an independent or alternative embodiment that is mutually exclusive with other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described in this application may be combined with other embodiments.
[0049] In the description of this application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the terms "installed", "connected", "connected", and "attached" should be understood in a broad sense, for example, it can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it can be a direct connection, or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, or it can be the internal communication of two elements. For ordinary technicians in this field, the specific meanings of the above terms in this application can be understood according to specific circumstances.
[0050] The term "and / or" in this application is only a description of the association relationship of associated objects, indicating that there can be three relationships. For example, A and / or B can represent: A exists alone, A and B exist at the same time, and B exists alone. In addition, the character " / " in this application generally indicates that the associated objects before and after are in an "or" relationship.
[0051] The term "multiple" as used in the present application refers to more than two (including two). Similarly, the term "multiple groups" refers to more than two groups (including two groups), and the term "multiple sheets" refers to more than two sheets (including two sheets).
[0052] In the embodiment of the present application, the soft-pack battery cell may be a secondary battery. A secondary battery refers to a battery cell that can be continuously used by activating the active material by charging after the battery cell is discharged.
[0053] The soft-pack battery cell can be a lithium-ion battery, a sodium-ion battery, a sodium-lithium-ion battery, a lithium metal battery, a sodium metal battery, a lithium-sulfur battery, a magnesium-ion battery, a nickel-hydrogen battery, a nickel-cadmium battery, a lead-acid battery, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0054] The soft-pack battery cell includes a packaging film, an electrode assembly and an electrolyte, and the packaging film is used to contain the electrode assembly and the electrolyte. The electrode assembly is composed of a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet and a separator. The soft-pack battery cell mainly relies on the movement of metal ions between the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet to work. The positive electrode sheet includes a positive electrode collector and a positive electrode active material layer. The positive electrode collector includes a positive electrode collector body and a positive electrode ear. The positive electrode active material layer is coated on the surface of the positive electrode collector body. The positive electrode ear is not coated with the positive electrode active material layer and protrudes from the positive electrode collector body. Taking lithium-ion batteries as an example, the material of the positive electrode collector can be aluminum, and the positive electrode active material can be lithium cobalt oxide, lithium iron phosphate, ternary lithium or lithium manganese oxide. The negative electrode sheet includes a negative electrode collector and a negative electrode active material layer. The negative electrode collector includes a negative electrode collector body and a negative electrode ear. The negative electrode active material layer is coated on the surface of the negative electrode collector body. The negative electrode ear is not coated with the negative electrode active material layer and protrudes from the negative electrode collector body. The negative electrode current collector may be made of copper, and the negative electrode active material may be carbon or silicon, etc. In order to ensure that a large current is passed without melting, the number of positive electrode tabs is multiple and stacked together, and the number of negative electrode tabs is multiple and stacked together.
[0055] The material of the isolation film may be PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene), etc. In addition, the electrode assembly may be a winding structure or a stacked structure, but the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
[0056] The technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present application are applicable to various electrical devices using soft-pack battery cells, such as mobile phones, portable devices, laptop computers, electric vehicles, electric toys, electric tools, vehicles, ships and spacecraft, for example, spacecraft include airplanes, rockets, space shuttles and spacecraft, etc. Battery cells are used to store or provide electrical energy.
[0057] The inventors found that the current prior art mainly cools or heats the soft-pack battery cells by increasing external heat exchange conditions. Since the temperature distribution and transfer of the electrode assembly inside the soft-pack battery cell are completely dependent on the inherent heat transfer characteristics of the electrode assembly itself, there is a strong heat exchange relationship between the electrode assembly near the heat exchange interface because the packaging film includes a metal material and has a high heat transfer rate. The physical properties of the electrode assembly's own material determine that the heat transfer rate inside the electrode assembly is low, which will cause a large temperature gradient between the temperature of the electrode assembly near the heat exchange interface and the temperature far from the heat exchange interface. For example, in the bottom cooling solution, the main heat source of the soft-pack battery cell is in the center of the internal electrode assembly and the upper part close to the pole, but the main cooling surface is at the bottom of the packaging film. Therefore, in the actual working process, there will be a large temperature gradient between the top and middle of the electrode assembly and the bottom of the electrode assembly, which may have a serious impact on the performance and service life of the soft-pack battery cell.
[0058] Based on the above considerations, in order to solve the problem that the temperature inside the soft-pack battery cell far from the heat exchange interface is too high, affecting the charge and discharge performance and safety of the soft-pack battery cell, the inventor has designed a soft-pack battery cell after in-depth research, including: a packaging film, an electrode assembly and a heat conductor. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the packaging film; at least part of the heat conductor is inserted into the electrode assembly, and at least part of the heat conductor is located outside the electrode assembly and exchanges heat with the packaging film.
[0059] In a soft-pack battery cell of this structure, by arranging the heat conductor to be at least partially inserted into the electrode assembly and at least partially located outside the electrode assembly and exchanging heat with the packaging film, this structure can quickly transfer the internal heat of the electrode assembly to the outside, increase the cooling efficiency of the electrode assembly away from the heat exchange interface, and reduce the temperature gradient between various positions inside the soft-pack battery cell, thereby effectively improving the uniformity of the internal temperature of the soft-pack battery cell, thereby optimizing the performance of the soft-pack battery cell and extending the service life of the soft-pack battery cell.
[0060] The battery device mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may include one or more soft-pack battery cell assemblies for providing voltage and capacity. The battery cell assembly may include multiple soft-pack battery cells, which are connected in series, in parallel, or in mixed connection through a busbar component.
[0061] In some embodiments, a battery cell assembly is generally formed by arranging a plurality of soft-pack battery cells.
[0062] As an example, the battery cell assembly may be a battery module, which is formed by arranging and fixing a plurality of soft-pack battery cells into an independent module. As an example, the battery module may be formed by bundling a plurality of soft-pack battery cells with a cable tie.
[0063] In some embodiments, the battery device may be a battery pack, which includes a case and one or more battery cell assemblies, wherein the battery cell assemblies are accommodated in the case.
[0064] As an example, the battery cell assembly may be a battery module, and the battery cell assembly may be accommodated in the box by fixing the battery module in the box.
[0065] As an example, the battery cell assembly may also be housed in the box by directly fixing a plurality of soft-pack battery cells to the box.
[0066] As an example, the box may include a first box and a second box. The first box and the second box are buckled together to form a closed space inside the box to accommodate the battery cell assembly. The closed here means covered or closed, which can be sealed or unsealed. The first box can be a top cover or a bottom plate.
[0067] As an example, the box body may include a top cover, a frame and a bottom plate. The top cover and the bottom plate are respectively connected to the frame, so that a closed space is formed inside the box body to accommodate the battery cell assembly.
[0068] In some embodiments, the box body can be used as a part of the chassis structure of the vehicle. For example, part of the box body can become at least a part of the floor of the vehicle, or part of the box body can become at least a part of the cross beam and longitudinal beam of the vehicle.
[0069] The battery device involved in the embodiments of the present application can be used in an energy storage device, such as an energy storage container or an energy storage cabinet.
[0070] The embodiment of the present application provides an electric device using a soft-pack battery cell or a battery device as a power source, and the electric device may be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet, a laptop computer, an electric toy, an electric tool, a battery car, an electric car, a ship, and a spacecraft, etc. Among them, the electric toy may include a fixed or mobile electric toy, such as a game console, an electric car toy, an electric ship toy, and an electric airplane toy, etc., and the spacecraft may include an airplane, a rocket, a space shuttle, and a spacecraft, etc.
[0071] For the convenience of description, the following embodiments are described by taking a vehicle 1000 as an example of an electrical device according to an embodiment of the present application.
[0072] Please refer to Figure 1 , Figure 1A schematic diagram of the structure of a vehicle 1000 provided for some embodiments of the present application. The vehicle 1000 may be a fuel vehicle, a gas vehicle or a new energy vehicle, and the new energy vehicle may be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid vehicle or an extended-range vehicle, etc. A battery device 100 is provided inside the vehicle, and the battery device 100 may be provided at the bottom, head or tail of the vehicle. The battery device 100 may be used to power the vehicle, for example, the battery device 100 may be used as an operating power source for the vehicle. The vehicle may also include a controller 200 and a motor 300, and the controller 200 is used to control the battery device 100 to power the motor 300, for example, for starting, navigating and operating power requirements of the vehicle during driving.
[0073] In some embodiments of the present application, the battery device 100 can be used not only as an operating power source for the vehicle, but also as a driving power source for the vehicle, replacing or partially replacing fuel or natural gas to provide driving power for the vehicle.
[0074] Please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 2 The structural exploded diagram of the battery device 100 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The battery device 100 includes a box body 10 and a plurality of soft-pack battery cells 20, and the soft-pack battery cells 20 are used to be accommodated in the box body 10. Among them, the box body 10 is used to provide an assembly space for the soft-pack battery cells 20, and the box body 10 can adopt a variety of structures. In some embodiments, the box body 10 may include a first box body 11 and a second box body 12, and the first box body 11 and the second box body 12 cover each other, and the first box body 11 and the second box body 12 jointly define an assembly space for accommodating the soft-pack battery cells 20. The second box body 12 can be a hollow structure with one end open, and the first box body 11 can be a plate-like structure. The first box body 11 covers the open side of the second box body 12, so that the first box body 11 and the second box body 12 jointly define an assembly space; the first box body 11 and the second box body 12 can also be hollow structures with one side open, and the open side of the first box body 11 covers the open side of the second box body 12.
[0075] In the battery device 100, multiple soft-pack battery cells 20 can be connected in series, in parallel, or in mixed connection. Mixed connection means that multiple soft-pack battery cells 20 are connected in series and in parallel. Multiple soft-pack battery cells 20 can be directly connected in series, in parallel, or in mixed connection, and then the whole formed by multiple soft-pack battery cells 20 is accommodated in the box 10; of course, the battery device 100 can also be a battery module formed by multiple soft-pack battery cells 20 connected in series, in parallel, or in mixed connection, and multiple battery modules are then connected in series, in parallel, or in mixed connection to form a whole, and accommodated in the box 10. The battery device 100 may also include other structures. For example, the battery device 100 may also include a busbar component for realizing electrical connection between multiple soft-pack battery cells 20.
[0076] Please refer to Figure 2 The battery device 100 includes multiple rows of soft-pack battery cells 20, which are arranged along a first direction, and each row of soft-pack battery cells 20 includes multiple soft-pack battery cells 20 arranged along a second direction. The first direction and the second direction are respectively the length direction of the box body 10 and the width direction of the box body 10, and the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
[0077] If there is no special instructions, Figure 3 , Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, the length direction of the packaging film in the present application is the X direction in the figure, the thickness direction of the packaging film in the present application is the Y direction in the figure, and the height direction of the packaging film in the present application is the Z direction in the figure.
[0078] According to some embodiments of the present application, see Figure 6-Figure 9 As shown, the present application provides a soft-pack battery cell 20. The soft-pack battery cell 20 includes: a packaging film 21, an electrode assembly 22 and a heat conductor 23. The electrode assembly 22 is received in the packaging film 21; at least part of the heat conductor 23 is inserted into the electrode assembly 22, and at least part of the heat conductor 23 is located outside the electrode assembly 22 and exchanges heat with the packaging film 21.
[0079] The packaging film 21 is used to wrap and package the electrode assembly 22. The packaging film 21 can protect the internal electrode assembly 22 from being affected by the external environment as little as possible, and can also serve as an important medium for heat exchange between the heat exchange plate and the internal electrode assembly 22.
[0080] In this embodiment, reference Figure 6 , and further refer to Figure 7 The packaging film 21 can be formed by hot-pressing and packaging two pieces of aluminum-plastic films 211.
[0081] In other embodiments, the packaging film 21 may also be formed by folding a whole piece of aluminum-plastic film 211 and then hot-pressing and packaging it.
[0082] The electrode assembly 22 is composed of a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet and a separator. As the core part of the soft-pack battery cell 20, the electrode assembly 22 is responsible for the storage and release of electric energy.
[0083] The heat conductor 23 is used to efficiently conduct the internal center heat of the electrode assembly 22 to the packaging film 21 , and then conduct it to the heat exchange plate through the packaging film 21 .
[0084] The heat conducting member 23 may be made of a material with high thermal conductivity, such as graphite, graphene, aluminum or copper, etc., which is not limited here.
[0085] Understandably, see Figure 6-Figure 9As shown, the heat conductor 23 is at least partially inserted into the electrode assembly 22, directly contacts the pole piece and the diaphragm, and effectively collects the heat generated inside the electrode assembly 22; at the same time, at least another part of the heat conductor 23 extends to the outside of the electrode assembly 22, and directly or indirectly contacts the packaging film 21 to achieve heat transfer to the outside. The design of the heat conductor 23 enables the heat generated inside the electrode assembly 22 to be quickly transferred to the outside through the heat conductor 23, and heat exchange is carried out with the heat exchange plate through the packaging film 21, which significantly improves the heat conduction efficiency. At the same time, through the effective intervention of the heat conductor 23, the temperature gradient between different positions inside the soft-pack battery cell 20 is reduced, making the overall temperature distribution of the soft-pack battery cell 20 more uniform, which helps to improve the performance stability and cycle life of the soft-pack battery cell 20. In addition, the improvement of temperature uniformity reduces the performance degradation and safety hazards caused by local overheating, making the soft-pack battery cell 20 more efficient and safer during the charging and discharging process. In addition, efficient thermal management also reduces material aging caused by thermal stress and extends the overall service life of the soft-pack battery cell 20. In the actual production and processing process, the forming process of the electrode assembly 22 and the assembly process of the heat conductive member 23 can be carried out simultaneously. Specifically, the heat conductive member 23 can be placed at the corresponding position during the winding or lamination process of the positive electrode sheet, the negative electrode sheet and the separator. In this way, when the electrode assembly 22 is formed, at least part of the heat conductive member 23 can also be inserted into the electrode assembly 22. Therefore, compared with the solution of inserting the heat conductive member 23 after the electrode assembly 22 is formed, the above method can effectively reduce the risk of curling and damage of the electrode sheet caused by the later insertion of the heat conductive member 23, and improve the production qualification rate of the soft-pack battery cell 20 as much as possible.
[0086] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application can quickly transfer the internal heat of the electrode assembly 22 to the outside through the design of the above-mentioned heat conductive member 23, thereby increasing the cooling efficiency of the electrode assembly 22 away from the heat exchange interface, and at the same time reducing the temperature gradient between various positions inside the soft-pack battery cell 20, thereby effectively improving the uniformity of the internal temperature of the soft-pack battery cell 20, and helping to improve the efficiency and safety of the soft-pack battery cell 20 during the charging and discharging process, thereby optimizing the performance of the soft-pack battery cell 20 and extending the service life of the soft-pack battery cell 20.
[0087] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 8 , and further refer to Fig. 9 The heat conducting member 23 includes a first heat conducting section 231 and an extension section 232 which are connected by bending. The first heat conducting section 231 is inserted into the electrode assembly 22, and at least a portion of the extension section 232 is attached to the outer wall surface of at least one side of the electrode assembly 22, and at least a portion of the extension section 232 is attached to the packaging film 21.
[0088] The first heat-conducting section 231 is suitable for being directly inserted into the interior of the electrode assembly 22 to effectively contact the electrode sheet and the diaphragm, thereby collecting the heat generated by the soft-pack battery cell 20 during the charging and discharging process.
[0089] The specific shape of the first heat conducting segment 231 can be customized according to the internal structure and size of the electrode assembly 22 to maintain good adaptability and thermal contact.
[0090] For example, in some embodiments, see Figure 6-Figure 9 As shown, the first heat conducting segment 231 is in the shape of a square plate.
[0091] The extension section 232 is suitable for being attached to the outer wall surface of the electrode assembly 22 and in close contact with the packaging film 21, so as to further transfer the heat collected by the first heat conducting section 231 to the packaging film 21, and finally perform heat exchange with the heat exchange plate through the packaging film 21.
[0092] The specific shape of the extension section 232 can be customized according to the shape and size of the electrode assembly 22 to provide a sufficient heat conduction area.
[0093] For example, in some embodiments, see Figure 6-Figure 9 As shown, the extension section 232 is in an L-shaped plate shape.
[0094] For example, in some other embodiments, the extension section 232 is in the shape of a square plate.
[0095] The first heat-conducting section 231 and the extending section 232 are connected by a bend. This design not only maintains the integrity and continuity of the heat-conducting member 23 , but also allows the heat-conducting member 23 to be flexibly arranged between the inside and outside of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0096] The first heat conducting section 231 and the extension section 232 may be an integrated structure, and the bending connection may be achieved by stamping, bending or other processing techniques, so that the connection has sufficient strength and heat conduction performance.
[0097] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application has the structure in which the heat conductive member 23 is set to include a first heat conductive segment 231 and an extension segment 232. The first heat conductive segment 231 is directly inserted into the electrode assembly 22, so that the heat generated inside the electrode assembly 22 can be more effectively collected and quickly transferred to the packaging film 21 through the extension segment 232, so as to achieve rapid heat extraction. The extension segment 232 is attached to the outer wall surface of the electrode assembly 22, which not only helps to evenly distribute the internal heat to the entire soft-pack battery cell 20, but also reduces the temperature gradient between different positions inside the soft-pack battery cell 20, thereby improving the uniformity of the overall temperature of the soft-pack battery cell 20. At the same time, the design of the bent connection enables the heat conductive member 23 to be compactly arranged around the electrode assembly 22, without significantly increasing the volume or weight of the soft-pack battery cell 20, which is conducive to maintaining the lightness and energy density of the soft-pack battery cell 20.
[0098] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to Fig. 9 A plurality of heat-conducting members 23 are provided, and at least a portion of the first heat-conducting segments 231 of the heat-conducting members 23 are separated by a portion of the pole pieces of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0099] Here, multiple means two or more.
[0100] For example, in some embodiments, reference Fig. 9 Two heat-conducting members 23 are provided, and the first heat-conducting sections 231 of the two heat-conducting members 23 are separated by part of the pole pieces of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0101] For example, in some other embodiments, six heat-conducting members 23 are provided, among which the first heat-conducting segments 231 of four heat-conducting members 23 are separated by partial pole pieces of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0102] For example, in some other embodiments, four heat-conducting members 23 are provided, and the first heat-conducting segments 231 of any two adjacent heat-conducting members 23 are separated by a part of the electrode sheet of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0103] It is understandable that, when multiple heat-conducting members 23 are provided, the first heat-conducting sections 231 of at least some of the adjacent two heat-conducting members 23 are not directly adjacent, but are separated by some pole pieces inside the electrode assembly 22. On the one hand, the provision of multiple heat-conducting members 23 increases the heat conduction path, so that heat can be transferred from the inside of the soft-pack battery cell 20 to the external heat exchange plate more quickly, thereby improving the heat conduction efficiency; on the other hand, through the separation of the pole pieces, some or all of the heat-conducting members 23 can independently collect the heat in their respective areas, which can more evenly distribute the heat inside the electrode assembly 22, further reduce the temperature gradient, and thus maximize the uniformity of the temperature of the soft-pack battery cell 20. In addition, in actual design, the number and layout of the heat-conducting members 23 can be flexibly adjusted according to the specific size, shape and performance requirements of the soft-pack battery cell 20 to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
[0104] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application is designed to have a layout in which the first heat-conducting sections 231 of at least part of the heat-conducting members 23 are separated by part of the pole pieces of the electrode assembly 22, so that part or all of the heat-conducting members 23 can independently collect heat from their respective areas, and can more evenly distribute the heat inside the electrode assembly 22, further reducing the temperature gradient, thereby maximizing the uniformity of the temperature of the soft-pack battery cell 20. At the same time, the provision of multiple heat-conducting members 23 directly increases the heat conduction path, so that heat can be transferred from the inside of the soft-pack battery cell 20 to the external heat exchange plate more quickly, further improving the heat conduction efficiency.
[0105] According to some embodiments of the present application, see Figure 6-Figure 9 As shown, the extension section 232 is disposed on the side of the electrode assembly 22 where the electrode ear 225 is not disposed.
[0106] Understandably, see Figure 6-Figure 9 As shown, the tab 225 is a key component for connecting the soft-pack battery cell 20 with an external circuit. By arranging the extension section 232 on the side where the tab 225 is not provided, the heat-conducting member 23 can be prevented from interfering with or damaging the function of the tab 225 during the heat conduction process, and the electrical connection of the soft-pack battery cell 20 can be kept stable and reliable. At the same time, by arranging the extension section 232 on the side where the tab 225 is not provided, the heat conduction path can be designed more flexibly. Such a layout helps to maximize the use of the space between the packaging film 21 and the electrode assembly 22, improve the heat conduction efficiency, and thus improve the overall performance and energy density of the soft-pack battery cell 20.
[0107] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application is provided with the above-mentioned extension section 232 on the side of the electrode assembly 22 where the pole ear 225 is not provided, thereby reducing the interference between the pole ear 225 and the heat conductor 23, and can effectively avoid the situation where the heat conductor 23 interferes with or damages the function of the pole ear 225, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the electrical connection of the soft-pack battery cell 20. At the same time, the heat conduction path can be designed more flexibly, which helps to maximize the use of the space between the packaging film 21 and the electrode assembly 22, thereby improving the overall performance and energy density of the soft-pack battery cell 20.
[0108] According to some embodiments of the present application, the extension section 232 includes a second heat-conducting section 2321 that is bent and connected to the first heat-conducting section 231 , and the second heat-conducting section 2321 is attached to the outer wall surface of the electrode assembly 22 and the inner wall surface of the packaging film 21 .
[0109] In this embodiment, the first heat-conducting segment 231 and the second heat-conducting segment 2321 can be bent at a right angle, and the entire heat-conducting member 23 can be L-shaped. The first heat-conducting segment 231 can be inserted into the electrode assembly 22, and the second heat-conducting segment 2321 can be clamped between the outer wall surface of one side of the electrode assembly 22 and the inner wall surface of the packaging film 21. Therefore, the first heat-conducting segment 231 and the second heat-conducting segment 2321 can form a continuous heat-conducting path, thereby helping the heat inside the electrode assembly 22 to be quickly transferred to the packaging film 21.
[0110] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application realizes rapid heat transfer from the first heat-conducting segment 231 to the second heat-conducting segment 2321 through the setting of the above-mentioned second heat-conducting segment 2321, thereby realizing efficient conduction of heat from the inside of the electrode assembly 22 to the packaging film 21. At the same time, by designing the heat-conducting member 23 as a two-stage structure, the overall structure of the heat-conducting member 23 is simplified as much as possible while fully matching the shape of the electrode assembly 22 in the insertion area, thereby reducing the weight and volume of the heat-conducting member 23, thereby realizing the overall miniaturization and lightweight of the soft-pack battery cell 20.
[0111] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 8 , and further refer to Fig. 9 The extension section 232 also includes a third heat-conducting section 2322. The first heat-conducting section 231, the second heat-conducting section 2321 and the third heat-conducting section 2322 are bent and connected in sequence. The first heat-conducting section 231 and the third heat-conducting section 2322 are folded in the same direction relative to the second heat-conducting section 2321. The second heat-conducting section 2321 is attached to the outer wall surface of the electrode assembly 22 and the inner wall surface of the packaging film 21, wherein the third heat-conducting section 2322 is inserted into the electrode assembly 22; or, the third heat-conducting section 2322 is attached to the outer wall surface of the electrode assembly 22 and the inner wall surface of the packaging film 21.
[0112] In this embodiment, reference Figure 8 , and further refer to Fig. 9 The first heat-conducting segment 231 and the second heat-conducting segment 2321 can be bent at a right angle, and the second heat-conducting segment 2321 and the third heat-conducting segment 2322 can be bent at a right angle. The entire heat-conducting member 23 can be U-shaped, and the first heat-conducting segment 231 can be inserted into the electrode assembly 22, the second heat-conducting segment 2321 can be clamped between the outer wall surface of one side of the electrode assembly 22 and the inner wall surface of the packaging film 21, and the third heat-conducting segment 2322 can be clamped between the outer wall surface of one side of the electrode assembly 22 and the inner wall surface of the packaging film 21. Therefore, the first heat-conducting segment 231, the second heat-conducting segment 2321 and the third heat-conducting segment 2322 can form a continuous heat-conducting path, which can not only quickly guide the heat inside the electrode assembly 22 to the packaging film 21, but also quickly guide the two outer side walls of the electrode assembly 22 to the packaging film 21, thereby greatly increasing the heat exchange area and further reducing the temperature difference at various locations of the electrode assembly 22.
[0113] In other embodiments, the first heat-conducting segment 231 can be inserted into the electrode assembly 22, the second heat-conducting segment 2321 can be clamped between the outer wall surface of one side of the electrode assembly 22 and the inner wall surface of the packaging film 21, the third heat-conducting segment 2322 can be inserted into the electrode assembly 22, and the first heat-conducting segment 231 and the second heat-conducting segment 2321 can be separated by a partial electrode sheet of the electrode assembly 22.
[0114] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application significantly increases the contact area between the heat conductive member 23 and the electrode assembly 22 and the packaging film 21 by setting the extension section 232 to include the second heat conductive section 2321 and the third heat conductive section 2322, which helps to transfer heat to the packaging film 21 more quickly and ultimately to the external heat exchange plate, while further reducing the temperature difference at various locations of the electrode assembly 22, thereby maximizing the overall temperature uniformity of the soft-pack battery cell 20.
[0115] According to some embodiments of the present application, see Figure 4 , Figure 6 and Figure 8 As shown, the electrode assembly 22 is of a wound type or a laminated type, and the extension section 232 extends from the side of the electrode assembly 22 opposite to the electrode ear 225 .
[0116] In this embodiment, see Figure 4 , Figure 6 and Figure 8 As shown, the electrode assembly 22 is of a wound type, and the electrode tab 225 can be led out from the top surface of the electrode assembly 22 , so the extension section 232 can extend from the bottom surface of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0117] In other embodiments, the electrode assembly 22 is of a wound type, and the electrode tab 225 can be led out from the bottom of the electrode assembly 22 , so that the extension section 232 can extend from the top of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0118] In some other embodiments, the electrode assembly 22 is of a laminated type, and the electrode tab 225 can be led out from the top surface of the electrode assembly 22 , so the extension section 232 can extend from the bottom surface of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0119] In some further embodiments, the electrode assembly 22 is of a laminated type, and the electrode tab 225 may be led out from the bottom of the electrode assembly 22 , so that the extension section 232 may extend from the top surface of the electrode assembly 22 .
[0120] In actual implementation, the heat conductive member 23 can be inserted into the wound electrode assembly 22 in the following manner: one or more target positions in the electrode assembly 22 can be pre-set before winding, and in the process of winding the positive electrode sheet, the negative electrode sheet, the separator and other materials into the electrode assembly 22, the relevant operator can place the corresponding heat conductive member 23 at the target position before winding to the target position, and then continue winding, so as to wrap and fix the portion of the heat conductive member 23 set at the target position. The heat conductive member 23 can be inserted into the laminated electrode assembly 22 in the following manner: one or more target positions in the electrode assembly 22 can be pre-set before lamination, and in the process of laminating the positive electrode sheet, the negative electrode sheet, the separator and other materials to form the electrode assembly 22, the relevant operator can place the corresponding heat conductive member 23 at the target position when laminating to the target position, and then continue laminating, so that the portion of the heat conductive member 23 set at the target position is covered by the sheet and the adjacent separator.
[0121] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application is designed to minimize the interference of the heat conductor 23 with the pole ear 225 through the layout design of the above-mentioned extension section 232 extending from the side of the electrode assembly 22 opposite to the pole ear 225, thereby maintaining the stability and reliability of the electrical connection of the soft-pack battery cell 20, so that the soft-pack battery cell 20 can accommodate more electrode materials and electrolytes while maintaining a compact structure, thereby improving the energy density and endurance of the soft-pack battery cell 20.
[0122] According to some embodiments of the present application, two heat-conducting members 23 are provided, and the two heat-conducting members 23 are distributed along the thickness direction Y of the packaging film 21. The first heat-conducting sections 231 of the two heat-conducting members 23 are both inserted into the electrode assembly 22 and fit each other, and the extending sections 232 of the two heat-conducting members 23 are respectively fit to different areas of the bottom wall of the electrode assembly 22.

Specifically, the first heat-conducting segments 231 of the two heat-conducting members 23 are mutually attached and inserted into the electrode assembly 22, and the top surface of the first heat-conducting segments 231 of the two heat-conducting members 23 does not exceed the bottom surface of the tab 225 at the highest; the second heat-conducting segments 2321 of the two heat-conducting members 23 are clamped between the bottom wall of the electrode assembly 22 and the packaging film 21, and the second heat-conducting segments 2321 of the two heat-conducting members 23 are respectively attached to different areas of the bottom wall of the electrode assembly 22. The sizes of the first heat-conducting segment 231 and the second heat-conducting segment 2321 are designed in accordance with the principle of not interfering with the tab 225 and other components.
[0124] The soft-pack battery cell 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application is designed to have the two heat-conducting parts 23 in contact with each other inserted on the same side into the electrode assembly 22.
