Oilstone powder pressing mechanism

Abstract

The oilstone powder pressing mechanism comprises a hopper, a material base, a pressure assembly, a jacking assembly and a pushing assembly, and a material groove is formed in the material base; in the working process, the hopper inputs powder into the material groove, after the material groove receives the powder with the preset amount, the pressure assembly presses the powder into an oilstone base material, the jacking assembly jacks the oilstone base material away from the material groove, and therefore the pushing assembly pushes the oilstone base material away from the jacking assembly and pushes the oilstone base material to a downstream station; after the material groove is vacant, the jacking assembly is recycled, the hopper can feed materials to the material groove again, and therefore a new round of oilstone base material preparation is started; by means of the oilstone powder pressing mechanism, oilstone base materials can be efficiently, safely, reliably and continuously prepared.
