Abstract

The caliper assembly comprises a cylinder body and a ball screw mechanism, the ball screw mechanism comprises a lead screw rotationally arranged in the cylinder body, a nut and a steel ball, the nut and the steel ball are arranged in the cylinder body in a sliding mode, and a limiting structure is arranged between the lead screw and the nut. The limiting structure comprises a first convex part arranged on the nut and a second convex part arranged on the lead screw; the nut is provided with a nut side wall and an end cover, the first protruding part is arranged on the end cover and protrudes inwards from the inner side end face of the end cover, and an annular groove is formed between the nut side wall and the first protruding part in the radial direction. A first center hole is formed in the head of the lead screw, the second protruding part is arranged on the inner side face of the side wall of the head of the lead screw and does not protrude out of the end face of the head of the lead screw, the side wall of the head of the lead screw is located in the annular groove, and the first protruding part is located on the circumferential rotation path of the second protruding part. According to the caliper assembly, the return position of the nut can be limited through the limiting structure under the condition that the axial length is not increased.
