According to the torsion control tool, a user sets preset safe torque through the control screen, when the static torque sensor senses that the torque is within the safe torque range, the butt joint block is completely inserted into the butt joint groove at the moment, the indicator light is turned on to be a green indicator light, a hexagonal rod can be used for being connected with an inner hexagonal bolt, and locking operation of the bolt is conducted; when the torque sensed by the static torque sensor is larger than the maximum value of the safety torque, the indicator light is turned on, the red indicator light starts the motor to drive the screw rod to rotate, so that the movable plate in threaded connection is driven to ascend along the sliding rod, and at the moment, the butt joint block is separated from the butt joint groove of the hexagonal rod; and the hexagonal rod is not limited, so that the bolt cannot be locked.
