[0063] [air conditioner]

[0064] In some embodiments of the present application, an air conditioner is provided that performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation to cool or heat an indoor space.

[0065] A low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant enters the compressor, which compresses the refrigerant gas into a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.

[0066] The expansion valve expands the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant formed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a refrigeration effect by exchanging heat with a material to be cooled using the latent heat of evaporation of the refrigerant. Throughout the cycle, the air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space.

[0067] The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to the part of the refrigeration cycle that includes the compressor and the outdoor heat exchanger, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes the indoor heat exchanger, and the expansion valve can be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.

[0068] The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger function as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger functions as a condenser, the air conditioner functions as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger functions as an evaporator, the air conditioner functions as a cooler in a cooling mode.

[0069] [Outdoor unit]

[0070] In some embodiments of the present application, Figure 1 is a structural diagram of an outdoor unit, Figure 2 is a structural diagram of an outdoor unit with an external grille 20 omitted, Figure 3It is an exploded view of an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit comprises a machine shell 10, and the machine shell 10 is provided with an air outlet 110 and an air return. For example, the front side of the machine shell 10 is provided with the air outlet 110, and the rear side of the machine shell 10 is provided with the air return.

[0071] The outdoor unit comprises a partition plate, which divides the inner cavity of the outdoor unit into a first inner cavity and a second inner cavity. The air return, the air outlet 110 and the first inner cavity are in communication. The second inner cavity is provided with a compressor and an electrical box.

[0072] The outdoor unit further comprises a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is arranged in the first inner cavity of the machine shell 10, and is configured to exchange heat with the air flowing through.

[0073] The outdoor unit further comprises a fan 30. The fan 30 is arranged in the first inner cavity of the machine shell 10, and is configured to provide air flow power.

[0074] Under the action of the fan 30, external air flows into the machine shell 10 through the air return, exchanges heat with the heat exchanger, and then is discharged from the air outlet 110.

[0075] The machine shell 10 comprises a front panel 100. The front panel 100 is provided with the air outlet 110, and covers the front side of the first inner cavity.

[0076] The machine shell 10 further comprises a maintenance plate 200. The maintenance plate 200 covers the front side of the second inner cavity. The maintenance plate 200 is detachable, so as to maintain the compressor, the electrical box and other components in the second inner cavity.

[0077] The front panel 100 and the maintenance plate 200 jointly constitute the front plate of the machine shell 10.

[0078] [Grating]

[0079] The outdoor unit further comprises a grating 20, which is configured to cover the front panel 100 and the maintenance plate 200. The grating 20 is provided with a ventilation gap for gas flow, and the ventilation gap is in communication with the air outlet 110.

[0080] In other words, the grating 20 not only covers the air outlet 110, but also covers the entire front plate of the machine shell 10, that is, the grating 20 covers the entire front view of the outdoor unit, and the grating 20 constitutes the main visual surface of the outdoor unit, breaks the image of the outdoor unit with "large air hole" in the conventional technology, forms the differentiated design of the product, and provides a brand new visual effect for the user.

[0081] There is a joint between the front panel 100 and the maintenance plate 200, which is referred to as a second joint 42. The second joint 42 is visually obvious and affects the visual effect of the entire machine. Water is easy to seep at the second joint 42, and external water seeps into the interior of the machine through the second joint 42, which reduces the reliability of the product.

[0082] Since the grid 20 covers the entire front surface of the outdoor unit, that is, the grid 20 covers the second joint 42, the risk of water seepage at the second joint 42 is reduced.

[0083] In some embodiments of the present application, the grid 20 is made of PP material, which is easy to process and low in cost.

[0084] In some embodiments of the present application, the grid 20 is detachably arranged on the front panel 100 and the maintenance panel 200. The grid 20 is detachable so as not to affect the disassembly of the internal front panel 100 and the maintenance panel 200, and is convenient for internal maintenance of the machine.

[0085] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 2 , the cabinet 10 further comprises a top plate 12, and the first joint 41 is arranged between the front panel 100 and the top plate 12 and between the maintenance panel 200 and the top plate 12.

[0086] Referring to Figure 6 , the grid 20 comprises a top turning edge portion 21 arranged at the top of the grid 20. The top turning edge portion 21 extends towards the cabinet 10, for example, horizontally. The top turning edge portion 21 is configured to cover the first joint 41.

[0087] Covering the top first joint 41 by the top turning edge portion 21 helps to reduce the risk of rain seepage at the first joint 41 and improve the visual consistency of the front subjective surface of the outdoor unit.

[0088] In some embodiments of the present application, the grid 20 comprises a rib 25 located on the side of the grid 20 away from the cabinet 10. The grid 20 is provided with an opening (not indicated) corresponding to the air outlet 110, and the rib 25 covers at least the opening. The rib 25 meets the test requirements, and at the same time, the rib 25 also plays a role of the appearance decoration surface of the grid 20.

[0089] [First sub-grid]

[0090] In some embodiments of the present application, the grid 20 comprises a first sub-grid 300. Figure 10 A structure diagram of the first sub-grid 300 viewed from the air outlet side, Figure 12 A structure diagram of the first sub-grid 300 viewed from the air inlet side.

[0091] Referring to Figure 3 , the first sub-grid 300 is arranged on the front panel 100, and the first sub-grid 300 is configured to cover the front panel 100. The first sub-grid 300 is provided with a ventilation gap, and the air flowing out of the air outlet 110 is discharged through the ventilation gap.

[0092] The front panel 100 is of a rectangular structure, and correspondingly, the first sub-grating 300 is also of a rectangular structure. The first sub-grating 300 covers the entire front panel 100, and the front panel 100 is not exposed. The first sub-grating 300 constitutes a part of the front view of the outdoor unit.

[0093] The first sub-grating 300 is arranged on the front panel 100 instead of being arranged at the air outlet 110, the distance between the first sub-grating 300 and the internal fan 30 is increased, and the ribs on the first sub-grating 300 extend in the air outlet direction for a certain distance, so as to achieve the effect that the fan 30 is not visible from the front of the machine.

[0094] Since the ribs on the first sub-grating 300 extend in the air outlet direction for a certain distance, they have a good flow guiding effect on the air outlet, which helps to increase the air supply distance.

[0095] The ventilation area of the first sub-grating 300 is larger than the area of the air outlet 110, so that the air flowing out of the air outlet 110 can flow out of the first sub-grating 300 with a larger ventilation area, which helps to increase the air volume.

[0096] In some embodiments of the present application, with reference to Figure 10 and Figure 12 The first sub-grating 300 includes a frame 310, which constitutes a four- corner frame structure of the first sub-grating 300. The frame 310 is configured to be connected with the front panel 100 to achieve fixed installation of the first sub-grating 300 on the front panel 100. The frame 310 surrounds an opening, which is in communication with the air outlet 110.

[0097] The first sub-grating 300 further includes a plurality of ribs 25, which are connected with the frame 310. The plurality of ribs 25 are configured to cover the opening, and ventilation gaps are formed between adjacent two ribs 25.

[0098] In other words, the area of the opening is larger than the area of the air outlet 110, so as to help increase the air volume. The frame 310 constitutes the frame structure of the first sub-grating 300, and the ribs 25 are formed on the frame 310. On the basis of forming the ventilation gaps, the plurality of ribs 25 also play a decorative role for the appearance of the grating 20.

[0099] In some embodiments of the present application, the ribs 25 include a plurality of first ribs 320 arranged at intervals and a plurality of second ribs 330 arranged at intervals. The first ribs 320 are referred to as first horizontal ribs, and the second ribs 330 are referred to as first vertical ribs. The extension directions of the first ribs 320 and the second ribs 330 are different, and the first ribs 320 intersect with the second ribs 330.

[0100] For example, the first ribs 320 extend along the left-right width direction of the casing 10, and the second ribs 330 extend along the up-down height direction of the casing 10. The first ribs 320 and the second ribs 330 intersect, improving the structural strength of the first sub-grid 300.

[0101] [Second sub-grid]

[0102] In some embodiments of the present application, the grid 20 further comprises a second sub-grid 400. Figure 16 FIG. 4 is a structural view of the second sub-grid 400 viewed from the air outlet side. Figure 17 FIG. 5 is a structural view of the second sub-grid 400 viewed from the air inlet side. The second sub-grid 400 is arranged on the maintenance plate 200, and the second sub-grid 400 is configured to cover the maintenance plate 200.

[0103] In other words, the maintenance plate 200 has a rectangular structure, and correspondingly, the second sub-grid 400 also has a rectangular structure. The second sub-grid 400 covers the entire maintenance plate 200, and the maintenance plate 200 is not exposed. The second sub-grid 400 constitutes part of the front subjective surface of the outdoor unit.

[0104] In some embodiments of the present application, the second sub-grid 400 comprises a base body 410, which has a plate structure. The base body 410 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs on the side facing the casing 10, so as to improve the structural strength of the second sub-grid 400.

[0105] The base body 410 is provided with a plurality of ribs on the side away from the casing 10. For example, the second sub-grid 400 is provided with a plurality of third ribs 420 and a plurality of fourth ribs 430 arranged at intervals on the side away from the casing 10. The third ribs 420 are referred to as second horizontal ribs, and the fourth ribs 430 are referred to as second vertical ribs. The third ribs 420 and the fourth ribs 430 extend in different directions, and the first ribs 320 and the second ribs 330 intersect.

[0106] For example, the third ribs 420 extend along the left-right width direction of the casing 10, and the fourth ribs 430 extend along the up-down height direction of the casing 10. The third ribs 420 and the fourth ribs 430 intersect, improving the structural strength of the second sub-grid 400.

[0107] The plurality of first ribs 320 and the plurality of third ribs 420 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the spacing between adjacent ribs is uniform. In this way, after the first sub-grid 300 and the second sub-grid 400 are installed in place, they constitute a whole with consistent appearance, forming the entire grid structure on the front subjective surface of the outdoor unit.

[0108] [Mounting structure between the grid and the casing]

[0109] In some embodiments of the present application, the connection structure between the first sub-grid 300 and the front panel 100 and the connection structure between the second sub-grid 400 and the maintenance plate 200 are the same, both of which are combined with clamping and screws, facilitating disassembly and assembly.

[0110] With reference to Figure 2 , the front panel 100 and the maintenance plate 200 are provided with a first clamping part 510 and a first fixing position 610, for example, the first fixing position 610 is a screw hole.

[0111] With reference to Figure 8 , the first sub-grid 300 and the second sub-grid 400 are provided with a second clamping part 520 on the side facing the cabinet 10, and are further provided with a second fixing position 620, for example, the second fixing position 620 is a screw column, and a through screw hole is arranged in the screw column.

[0112] The first clamping part 510 is clamped with the second clamping part 520, and the first fixing position 610 is connected with the second fixing position 620 through a connecting piece, for example, the connecting piece is a screw.

[0113] During installation, the first clamping part 510 is clamped with the second clamping part 520, and then the first fixing position 610 is fixed with the second fixing position 620 through a screw, so as to realize the fixed installation between the grid 20 and the cabinet 10. The clamping plays a role of installation and positioning, and the final locking and fixing are realized through the screw, and the structure is reliable.

[0114] In some embodiments of the present application, with reference to Figure 8 , the grid 20 is provided with a plurality of second clamping parts 520 arranged at intervals at the position close to the top, and is provided with a plurality of second fixing positions 620 on the left and right sides and the bottom side. In other words, with reference to Figure 12 , the first sub-grid 300 is provided with a plurality of second clamping parts 520 arranged at intervals at the position close to the top, and is provided with a plurality of second fixing positions 620 on the left and right sides and the bottom side. With reference to Figure 17 , the second sub-grid 400 is provided with a plurality of second clamping parts 520 arranged at intervals at the position close to the top, and is provided with a plurality of second fixing positions 620 on the left and right sides and the bottom side.

[0115] During installation, the first sub-grid 300 and the second sub-grid 400 are respectively installed independently, and the installation processes of the two are the same. The first clamping part 510 and the second clamping part 520 at the top are clamped first, and then the grid 20 is hung on the cabinet 10, and finally locked and fixed through a screw, facilitating installation.

[0116] In some embodiments of the present application, with reference to Figure 2The first clamping part 510 is a clamping hole 511 formed on the front panel 100 and the maintenance plate 200, which is convenient for processing. Figure 19 The second clamping part 520 is a clamping hook 521 formed on the grid 20. Figure 13 The clamping hook 521 is clamped in the clamping hole 511. During installation, the clamping hook 521 is clamped in the clamping hole 511 from top to bottom, which is convenient for installation operation.

[0117] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 19 The clamping hole 511 includes a first clamping hole section 512 and a second clamping hole section 513 which are in communication. The first clamping hole section 512 is located above the second clamping hole section 513 along the width direction of the front panel 100, that is, along the width direction of the cabinet 10. The width of the first clamping hole section 512 is greater than the width of the second clamping hole section 513. In other words, the clamping hole 511 has an opening structure which is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom.

[0118] The clamping hook 521 falls through the first clamping hole section 512 to the second clamping hole section 513 from top to bottom and is clamped with the second clamping hole section 513. The first clamping hole section 512 with a wider width facilitates the insertion of the clamping hook 521. The second clamping hole section 513 with a narrower width helps to improve the clamping stability of the clamping hook 521 and avoid left-right shaking after clamping.

[0119] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 13 The clamping hook 521 includes a clamping hook horizontal part 522 and a clamping hook vertical part 523. The clamping hook horizontal part 522 extends from the grid 20 to the direction close to the cabinet 10. The clamping hook vertical part 523 extends downward from the clamping hook horizontal part 522. A gap 524 is formed between the clamping hook horizontal part 522 and the clamping hook vertical part 523. The bottom side edge of the clamping hole 511 is inserted into the gap 524. The clamping between the gap 524 and the clamping hole 511 helps to improve the insertion reliability and avoid front-back shaking after clamping.

[0120] In some embodiments of the present application, the outer end surface of the connecting member (for example, a screw) is not higher than the outer surface of the grid 20. In other words, the outer surface of the grid 20 is the outer surface of the rib 25. The outer end surface of the connecting member is not higher than the outer end surface of the rib 25, which means that the connecting member (for example, a screw) is embedded in the rib 25, and the rib 25 is used to hide the connecting member.

[0121] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 14 Along the air outlet direction of the outdoor unit, the width of the first rib 320 is greater than the width of the second rib 330. The second fixing position 620 penetrates through the first rib 320. The outer end surface of the connecting member is not higher than the outer end surface of the first rib 320.

[0122] In other words, the first rib 320 extends a certain distance in the air outlet direction, which has a good hiding effect on the internal fan 30, and achieves the effect that the fan 30 is invisible from the front side of the outdoor unit.

[0123] The second fixing position 620 is arranged through the first rib 320, and the first rib 320 hides the screw in the second fixing position 620, thereby achieving the hidden design of the screw. In other words, the screw is blocked by the higher rib 25, and due to the reflection of light at the shape changing position, the screw can be well hidden.

[0124] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 8 , at least one of the first sub-grid 300 and the second sub-grid 400 is provided with an extension rib, which abuts against at least one of the front panel 100 and the maintenance panel 200 to prevent the air flowing out of the air outlet 110 from flowing to the second sub-grid 400.

[0125] For example, referring to Figure 12 , the first sub-grid 300 is provided with a first extension rib 360, which extends in the height direction of the cabinet 10 and abuts against the front panel 100. Referring to Figure 17 , the second sub-grid 400 is provided with a second extension rib 460, which extends in the height direction of the cabinet 10 and abuts against the maintenance panel 200.

[0126] The abutting design described above blocks the air flowing out of the air outlet 110, avoiding the air flowing to the second sub-grid 400, so that the air is discharged from the first sub-grid 300.

[0127] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 2 , the front face of the cabinet 10 is provided with a first arc surface 11 at a position close to the side face of the cabinet 10, which extends in the height direction of the cabinet 10.

[0128] Referring to Figure 7 and Figure 8 , the grid 20 further comprises a side turning edge portion 22, which extends in the height direction of the cabinet 10 and abuts against the cabinet 10. The grid 20 further comprises a bottom turning edge portion 23, which extends in the width direction of the cabinet 10.

[0129] The bottom of the side turning edge portion 22 meets the end of the side turning edge portion 22, and the bottom turning edge portion 23 is provided with a second arc surface 24, which is adapted to abut against the first arc surface 11. In this way, the grid 20 and the cabinet 10 are well abutted.

[0130] [Mounting structure between first sub-grid and second sub-grid]

[0131] In some embodiments of the present application, the second sub-grid 400 is overlapped on the first sub-grid 300. As described above, the first sub-grid 300 covers the front panel 100, and the second sub-grid 400 covers the maintenance panel 200. During use, the maintenance panel 200 is disassembled more frequently than the front panel 100. Therefore, the second sub-grid 400 is arranged to overlap the first sub-grid 300, so that the first sub-grid 300 does not affect the disassembly of the second sub-grid 400. In this way, when the maintenance panel 200 needs to be disassembled, the second sub-grid 400 is disassembled first, and then the maintenance panel 200 is disassembled.

[0132] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 2 , the front panel 100 and the maintenance panel 200 have a second joint gap 42, and the joint position between the first sub-grid 300 and the second sub-grid 400 covers the second joint gap 42. The second joint gap 42 is covered and not exposed, reducing the risk of rain seepage at the second joint gap 42.

[0133] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 4 , the second joint gap 42 is located on the outer side of the first sub-grid 300. In this way, after the second sub-grid 400 is disassembled, the second joint gap 42 is exposed, and the disassembly of the maintenance panel 200 is not affected without disassembling the first sub-grid 300.

[0134] Referring to Figure 11 , the first sub-grid 300 is provided with a first extension edge 350 on the side close to the second sub-grid 400. Referring to Figure 18 , the second sub-grid 400 is provided with a second extension edge 450 on the side close to the first sub-grid 300. Referring to Figure 9 , the second extension edge 450 is covered on the outer side of the first extension edge 350 to cover the second joint gap 42.

[0135] The second extension edge 450 is covered on the outer side of the first extension edge 350, realizing the overlap between the first sub-grid 300 and the second sub-grid 400, and reducing the gap at the joint position of the first sub-grid 300 and the second sub-grid 400.

[0136] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 2 , the first joint gap 41 is arranged between the front panel 100 and the top plate 12, and between the maintenance panel 200 and the top plate 12.

[0137] Referring to Figure 11 , the first sub-grid 300 includes a first top turning edge portion 340, and the first top turning edge portion 340 is arranged on the top of the first sub-grid 300. Referring to Figure 18The second sub-grating 400 comprises a second top turn-up edge portion 440 arranged at the top of the second sub-grating 400. The first top turn-up edge portion 340 and the second top turn-up edge portion 440 are configured to cover the corresponding first joint 41.

[0138] [Hand-holding groove]

[0139] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 8 The hand-holding groove 700 is arranged on the grating 20. When the grating 20 is disassembled, the hand-holding groove 700 provides a hand-holding position for the operator, facilitating disassembly and assembly.

[0140] In some embodiments of the present application, the hand-holding groove 700 extends along the height direction of the grating 20, so as to facilitate hand insertion operation.

[0141] The opening of the hand-holding groove 700 faces the side of the grating 20, facilitating hand insertion from the side of the grating 20 for holding operation.

[0142] The opening of the hand-holding groove 700 faces the side of the grating 20, effectively preventing air return short circuit and optimizing the wind field. In addition, it can prevent light from the hand-holding direction from shining on the inner layer metal sheet, causing inconsistent brightness on the front of the machine. The arrangement of the hand-holding groove 700 also helps to improve the structural strength of the grating 20.

[0143] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 15 The hand-holding groove 700 is designed in the shape of the inner wall facing the air outlet side, so as to cooperate well with the hand.

[0144] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 8 The grating 20 comprises a grating body located at the air outlet side of the cabinet 10. The side of the grating body is provided with a side turn-up edge portion 22 extending along the height direction of the cabinet 10. The side turn-up edge portion 22 is located on the side of the cabinet 10, and the opening of the hand-holding groove 700 is located on the side turn-up edge portion 22.

[0145] The hand-holding groove 700 is arranged on the side turn-up edge portion 22. The hand-holding groove 700 is arranged in this space without increasing the thickness of the grating 20, and is easy to realize on the mold.

[0146] For example, referring to Figure 12 The side of the first sub-grating 300 is provided with the hand-holding groove 700. For example, the hand-holding groove 700 is arranged on the frame 310, and the opening of the hand-holding groove 700 faces the side of the frame 310. Referring to Figure 17 The side of the second sub-grating 400 is provided with the hand-holding groove 700.

[0147] In some embodiments of the present application, the grid 20 is provided with a plurality of spaced-apart hand-holding grooves 700, and the plurality of hand-holding grooves 700 are arranged along the height direction of the grid 20, facilitating operation.

[0148] In the description of the above-described embodiments, specific features, structures, materials or characteristics can be combined in any one or more embodiments or examples in a suitable manner.
