Therefore, they should not be construed as limitations on this utility model.
[0045] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, such as Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, this embodiment discloses an air outlet duct 100, which may include an air inlet 101, an air outlet 102, and a duct 103 that is connected to both the air inlet 101 and the air outlet 102. Specifically, a light source 200 is provided at the air outlet 102.
[0046] Specifically, in this embodiment, a light source 200 is provided at the air outlet 102 of the air outlet duct 100. Users can turn on the light source 200 when using it, thereby improving the aesthetics of the air outlet duct 100 and enhancing the user experience.
[0047] In one specific embodiment, the light source 200 is disposed in the air duct 103. At this time, at least one first through hole 111 for the light from the light source 200 to be emitted is provided at the air outlet 102.
[0048] Specifically, in this embodiment, a light source 200 is provided in the air duct 103 of the air outlet duct 100, and the light source 200 can be emitted from the first through hole 111 at the air outlet 102. On the one hand, the light source 200 is hidden, and on the other hand, the light of the light source 200 is emitted from the first through hole 111, which can increase the aesthetics of the air outlet duct 100 and improve the user experience.
[0049] Specifically, the light source 200 in this embodiment can be an LED light source or other light sources. Furthermore, the light source 200 in this embodiment can emit specific light, which can be a single color light, a multi-color light, or even a light with varying intensity or color, enhancing the aesthetics of the air duct 100. Users can actively select the color and mode of the light source during use, thereby creating the most suitable relaxing environment and improving the user experience.
[0050] As a specific embodiment of the present utility model, a first mounting bracket 300 is provided in the air duct 103 of this embodiment. The first mounting bracket 300 extends along a first direction and is used to mount the light source 200; wherein, the first direction is the extension direction of the air duct 103.
[0051] Specifically, in this embodiment, the light source 200 is mounted using a first mounting bracket 300. Since the first mounting bracket 300 extends along a first direction, the light source 200 can also extend along the first direction.
[0052] Specifically, such as Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, a first baffle 110 is provided at the air outlet 102 of the air outlet duct 100. The first baffle 110 has first through holes 111 on both sides near the air outlet 102 in a second direction. The light emitted by the light source 200 is emitted after passing through the first through holes 111. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
[0053] Specifically, in this embodiment, the first baffle 110 is located on the outside of the first mounting bracket 300. In this embodiment, the first through hole 111 is provided at the first baffle 110 at the air outlet 102, and the first through hole 111 is located on both sides of the first baffle 110, so that the light emitted from the first through hole 111 is also emitted from both sides of the first baffle 110, which is aesthetically pleasing and will not shine directly into the user's eyes.
[0054] Preferably, when the air outlet duct 100 is installed in the target space, its light can shine on the side wall of the target space after passing through the first through hole 111, so that the light can be seen from the side wall, thus improving the user experience.
[0055] Specifically, in this embodiment, the first through hole 111 is a strip-shaped hole extending along the first direction. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first baffle 110 on the air outlet duct 100 can be provided with one or more first through holes 111 on each side in the second direction. These first through holes 111 can form one or more rows, and each row can include one or more first through holes 111. Of course, the shape and arrangement of the first through holes 111 can be designed according to actual conditions.
[0056] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, the air outlet duct 100 of this embodiment further includes a side wall 140. The side wall 140 and the first baffle 110 form an air duct 103 with a preset cross-sectional shape. The first mounting bracket 300 corresponding to each light source 200 is parallel to the side wall 140 close to the first mounting bracket 300, and the light source 200 is located between the first mounting bracket 300 and the side wall 140. The preset shape may include a triangle or a quadrilateral. As other embodiments, the cross-section of the structure formed by the side wall 140 and the first baffle 110 in this embodiment may also be other shapes, such as quadrilaterals, pentagons, etc., and can be designed according to the actual situation.
[0057] Specifically, in this embodiment, taking the triangular cross-section formed by the side wall 140 and the first baffle 110 as an example, a first mounting bracket 300 is respectively set on both sides of the first baffle 110 in the second direction of the air outlet 102. The first mounting bracket 300 is parallel to the two side walls 140 respectively. The light source 200 is set between the first mounting bracket 300 and the side wall 140, so that the light source 200 can basically only shine out from the position between the first mounting bracket 300 and the side wall 140, avoiding direct irradiation to the user from the middle of the first baffle 110.
[0058] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, the first baffle 110 of this embodiment is further provided with a second through hole 112 located between the two first through holes 111. The first mounting bracket 300 is located between the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112 so that the light from the light source 200 is emitted only from the first through hole 111.
[0059] Specifically, in this embodiment, a second through hole 112 is also provided at the first baffle 110, so that the gas from the air duct 103 flows out after passing through the second through hole 112, thereby increasing the uniformity of the gas flowing out of the air outlet duct 100. Of course, although the first through hole 111 of the first baffle 110 mainly serves to transmit light, it can also allow gas to flow out. In this embodiment, the size of the second through hole 112 further away from the first through hole 111 is larger than the size closer to the first through hole 111. This arrangement can further improve the uniformity of the air outlet.
[0060] In another specific embodiment of this utility model, the light source 200 is disposed outside the air duct 103. Similarly, the light source 200 can emit monochromatic light or multi-colored light. It can even emit light with gradual intensity or color changes, enhancing the aesthetics of the air duct 100. Users can actively select the color and mode of the light source during use, thereby creating the most suitable relaxing environment and improving the user experience.
[0061] Specifically, in this embodiment, a first baffle 110 is also provided at the air outlet 102 of the air outlet duct 100. The light source 200 is located outside the first baffle 100. Since the light source 200 emits light directly, there is no need to provide a first through hole for light to pass through at the first baffle 100. However, since airflow will pass through the first baffle, at least one second through hole 112 is provided at the first baffle. Similarly, the size of the second through hole 112 in the middle position is larger than the size of the second through holes 112 on the upper and lower sides, thus increasing the uniformity of airflow.
[0062] Specifically, in this embodiment, a second bracket (not shown in the figure) is also provided at the air outlet duct 100. This second bracket is located outside the first baffle 112 and is used to mount the light source 200. By adjusting the position and angle of the second bracket, the light source 200 can be positioned so that it does not shine directly into the user's eyes while illuminating the air, thereby improving the user experience. Preferably, the second bracket is rotatably connected to the air outlet duct 100 and can be rotated in a controlled manner, thus allowing for real-time adjustment of the angle of the light source.
[0063] The following explanations will be based on the example of the light source being located inside the first baffle 112.
[0064] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, such as Figures 2-4 As shown, at least one second baffle 120 may be provided in the air duct 103 of the air outlet duct 100 in this embodiment, and at least one third through hole 121 is provided at each second baffle 120. At least a portion of the outer periphery of each second baffle 120 contacts the side wall 140 of the air outlet duct 100.
[0065] Specifically, in this embodiment, the air outlet duct 100 is provided with a second baffle 120 in the air duct 103. The second baffle 120 is provided with a third through hole 121. At least a portion of the outer periphery of the second baffle 120 contacts the side wall 140 of the air outlet duct 100, so that the gas blown out from the air outlet duct 100 has good uniformity and improves the user experience.
[0066] More specifically, in this embodiment, the outer periphery of each second baffle 120 of the air outlet duct 100 contacts the side wall 140 of the air outlet duct 100 where the non-air outlet is located.
[0067] Specifically, in this embodiment, the outer periphery of the second baffle 120 contacts the side wall 140 where the air outlet is not located. On the one hand, it can block the gas blown in by the air inlet 101 so that it can be blown out by the air outlet 102. On the other hand, it leaves a certain gap on the side of the air outlet 102 so that the airflow can always reach the side away from the air inlet 101.
[0068] Specifically, in this embodiment, the air outlet 102 is located on the side wall 140 of the air outlet duct 100, which is parallel to the extending direction. This ensures that the direction of the finally blown-out gas is perpendicular to the extending direction of the air outlet duct 100.
[0069] Of course, in other embodiments, the air outlet 102 and the air outlet direction can be adaptively adjusted to meet different air outlet requirements.
[0070] In a specific embodiment of this utility model, the air inlet 101 is located on the left or right side, and the air outlet 102 is located on the front side. The air inlet direction of the air inlet 101 is substantially perpendicular to the air outlet direction of the air outlet 102. The extension direction of the air outlet duct 100 is substantially parallel to the air inlet direction of the air inlet 101. The second baffle 120 is substantially perpendicular to the air inlet direction of the air inlet 101. In this embodiment, each second baffle 120 is provided with at least one third through hole 121, and at least part of the gas in the air outlet duct 100 passes through the third through hole 121 of the second baffle 120 before being blown out of the air outlet 102.
[0071] Specifically, in this embodiment, at least one second baffle 120 is provided inside the air outlet duct 100 to block the gas inside the air outlet duct 100, thereby preventing most or almost all of the gas inside the air outlet duct 100 from being blown to the end of the air outlet duct 100 and then blown out from the air outlet 102, thus avoiding uneven air outlet.
[0072] Preferably, in this embodiment, a plurality of second baffles 120 are provided inside the air outlet duct 100, and the plurality of second baffles 120 are arranged at intervals along the extension direction of the air outlet duct 100.
[0073] Specifically, by setting multiple second baffles 120 inside the air outlet duct 100 along its extension direction, the air volume blown out from the air outlet 102 can be further optimized, thereby further improving the uniformity of the airflow.
[0074] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, at least a portion of the outer periphery of the second baffle 120 is in contact with the side wall 140 of the air outlet duct 100, thus ensuring that all the gas flowing through the second baffle 120 passes through the third through hole 121 of the second baffle 120 before flowing to the rear.
[0075] Specifically, at least a portion of the outer periphery of each second baffle 120 contacts the inner wall of the air outlet duct 100.
[0076] Specifically, the outer periphery of each second baffle 120 contacts the side wall 140 of the air outlet duct 100 where the non-air outlet is located.
[0077] Specifically, the shape of the third through hole 121 in this embodiment can be circular, elliptical, square, or other shapes. Preferably, the shape of the third through hole 121 in this embodiment is circular.
[0078] Preferably, all the second baffles 120 in this embodiment are arranged in parallel to each other.
[0079] Preferably, in this embodiment, all the second baffles 120 are perpendicular to the extension direction of the air outlet duct 100, and the shape of all the second baffles 120 is substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the side wall 140 of the air outlet duct 100.
[0080] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, the proportion of the cross-section of the third through hole 121 of the second baffle 120 to the total cross-sectional area of the second baffle 120 gradually increases from the position of the air inlet 101 to the position away from the air inlet 101.
[0081] Specifically, since the wind speed is higher near the air inlet 101 and lower far from the air inlet 101, this design ensures that the wind speed of the gas blown out by the air outlet duct 100 is similar near the air inlet 101 and far from the air inlet 101, resulting in good uniformity of the blown gas and improving the user experience.
[0082] Specifically, the cross-sectional area of the third through hole 121 of the second baffle 120 in this embodiment can be changed by changing the number of third through holes 121 or by changing the cross-sectional area of each third through hole 121.
[0083] As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the density of the second baffle 120 in this embodiment gradually decreases in the direction from the position near the air inlet 101 to the position away from the air inlet 101.
[0084] Specifically, in this embodiment, the density of the second baffles 120 near the air inlet 101 is high, while the density of the second baffles 120 far from the air inlet 101 is low. This makes the airflow near the air inlet 101 and the airflow far from the air inlet 101 have similar speeds, thereby making the uniformity of the gas blown out of the air outlet 102 good.
[0085] As a specific embodiment, the density of the second baffle 120 set at the air outlet duct 100 and the cross-sectional area of the third through hole 121 at the second baffle 120 can be designed according to the situation, so that the uniformity of the gas blown out of the air outlet 102 at different positions of the air outlet 102 of the air outlet duct 100 is good.
[0086] More specifically, the diameter of the third through hole 121 at the second baffle 120 in this embodiment is adjustable. By changing the total cross-section of the third through hole 121 at each second baffle 120, the ratio of the total cross-sectional area of the third through hole 121 to the cross-section of the second baffle 120 can be changed, thereby further improving the uniformity of the exhaust.
[0087] In another embodiment, the second baffle 120 of this embodiment can be set with different areas at different distances from the air inlet 101, so as to further increase the uniformity of the air outlet.
[0088] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, such as Figures 2-4 As shown, in this embodiment, a third baffle 130 is provided at the air outlet 102 of the air outlet duct 100. The third baffle 130 is located between the first baffle 110 and the second baffle 120. At least one fourth through hole 131 is provided at the third baffle 130, and the gas from the air outlet duct 100 is blown out after passing through the fourth through hole 131.
[0089] Specifically, in this embodiment, a third through hole 121 of a second baffle 120 is provided at the air outlet duct 100, and a third baffle 130 is provided at the air outlet 102. A fourth through hole 131 is provided at the third baffle 130 to further increase the uniformity of air outlet from the air outlet duct 100.
[0090] Specifically, in this embodiment, a first baffle 110, a second baffle 120, and a third baffle 130 are provided at the air outlet duct 100. The three components achieve three-level uniform airflow, resulting in good uniformity of the gas blown out from the air outlet duct 100 and almost no wind sensation, thus improving the user experience.
[0091] As a specific embodiment of this utility model, such as Figure 1 and Figure 5 As shown, the air outlet duct 100 of this embodiment may include a plurality of interconnected and communicating air outlet modules 104. Adjacent air outlet modules 104 are snap-fitted together. A second baffle 120 extending vertically may be provided in each air outlet module 104. A first baffle 110 and a third baffle 130 are provided at the air outlet 102 of each air outlet module 104.
[0092] Specifically, such as Figure 6 As shown, this embodiment also provides an air conditioner 400, which may include a body 410, an air supply duct, and an air outlet duct 100. The body 410 includes an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor, and a fan. The gas in the body 410 undergoes heat exchange in the evaporator and is then blown into the air supply duct 420 by the fan, and further blown to the air outlet duct 100 by the air supply duct 420. The air conditioner 400 blows the gas into the target space through the air outlet duct 100, which can make the blown gas uniform and aesthetically pleasing, thus improving the user experience.
