Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, specifically to a circuit breaker. Background Technology
[0002] Circuit breakers are commonly used to control the connection and disconnection of circuits, automatically cutting off the circuit in case of faults to protect the circuit and load. As the application environments of circuit breakers become more diverse and complex, the requirements for their breaking capacity and other capabilities are increasing. However, existing circuit breakers are limited by space and structure, making it difficult to improve their breaking capacity. Furthermore, the unreasonable placement of the locking mechanism leads to an increase in the circuit breaker's size. In addition, the short-circuit protection mechanism and overload protection mechanism of existing circuit breakers are located on the same side of the operating mechanism, resulting in poor reliability and excessive size due to this unreasonable layout. [0074] The specific embodiments of the circuit breaker of this utility model are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The circuit breaker of this utility model is not limited to the descriptions in the following embodiments.
[0075] like Figure 1-2 As shown, the circuit breaker in this embodiment includes a housing 1, and a manual drive mechanism 3, an operating mechanism, a contact mechanism, an arc-extinguishing mechanism, a protection mechanism, and a wiring structure 4, all disposed within the housing 1. The contact mechanism includes a moving contact bridge 214 and a stationary contact. The wiring structure 4 is connected to the contact mechanism and is used to connect the power supply and the load. The manual drive mechanism 3 is connected to the operating mechanism, and the operating mechanism is connected to the moving contact bridge 214. The manual drive mechanism 3 extends outside the housing 1. By operating the manual drive mechanism 3, the operating mechanism can be driven to rotate and contact or separate the moving contact bridge 214 from the stationary contact, thereby realizing the closing and opening of the circuit breaker. The arc-extinguishing mechanism is disposed near the contact mechanism and is used to extinguish the arc generated by the moving contact bridge 214 and the stationary contact. The protection mechanism triggers the operating mechanism to trip when a circuit fault occurs, such as overload or short circuit. The operating mechanism drives the moving contact bridge 214 to separate from the stationary contact, thereby protecting the circuit. In this embodiment, the protection mechanism includes a short-circuit protection mechanism 8 and an overload protection mechanism 9, which are used to implement short-circuit protection and overload protection, respectively. The operating mechanism is typically a four-bar or five-bar linkage, including a latch 25 and a trip latch 26 that engage with each other. When the latch 25 and trip latch 26 are locked together, the manual drive mechanism 3 drives the contact bridge 214 to contact the stationary contact via the operating mechanism. In the event of an overload or short circuit, the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 or the overload protection mechanism 9 is triggered, pushing the latch 25 to release the latch engagement between the latch 25 and trip latch 26, causing the operating mechanism to disengage and the moving contact bridge 214 to separate from the stationary contact, thus protecting the circuit. The circuit breaker in this embodiment is a plug-in type, typically installed in a 1U high cabinet. The circuit breaker also includes a locking mechanism 5, which, after the circuit breaker is installed in the cabinet, engages with the cabinet to lock the circuit breaker within the cabinet. These are all existing technologies in the field and will not be described in detail further.
[0076] like Figure 1 As shown, one improvement in this embodiment is the layout of the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker is wired in a rear-in, rear-out configuration instead of a front-in, rear-out configuration. That is, the input and output terminals of the first-pole circuit are both located at one end of the circuit breaker's length. At the same time, the first-pole circuit uses a double-break control system consisting of a moving contact bridge 214 and two stationary contacts to control the opening and closing of the main circuit, thereby improving the circuit breaker's breaking capacity.
[0077] To facilitate the explanation of the structure and layout of the circuit breaker in this embodiment, the circuit breaker in this embodiment has a first direction, a second direction and a third direction that are perpendicular to each other. The first direction is parallel to the length direction of the circuit breaker, the second direction is parallel to the width direction of the circuit breaker, and the third direction is parallel to the thickness direction of the circuit breaker. The third direction in the figure is perpendicular to the direction of the paper.
[0078] like Figure 1-2 As shown, the contact mechanism of the circuit breaker in this embodiment includes a moving contact bridge 214 disposed on the contact support 24, and two stationary contacts respectively disposed at both ends of the moving contact bridge 214. The wiring structure 4 includes two plug-in mechanisms 41, which can be simultaneously fitted onto their respective corresponding plug-in components to achieve connection with the power supply and the load. The two plug-in mechanisms 41 are electrically connected to the two stationary contacts respectively. The two ends of the moving contact bridge 214 and the two stationary contacts form a double-break control for the on / off of the main circuit. The corresponding circuit breaker includes two arc-extinguishing mechanisms. The two stationary contacts are a first stationary contact 221 and a second stationary contact 222, and the two arc-extinguishing mechanisms are a first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61 and a second arc-extinguishing mechanism 62.
[0079] The manual drive mechanism 3 and the wiring structure 4 are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the housing 1 along the first direction. The two ends of the housing 1 are the insertion end 11 and the operation end 12, respectively. Two plug-in mechanisms 41 are disposed at the insertion end 11 and are arranged side by side along the second direction. The manual drive mechanism 3 is disposed at the operation end 12. The contact support 24 and the moving contact bridge 214 are disposed between the manual drive mechanism 3 and the wiring structure 4. The operation mechanism is disposed between the manual drive mechanism 3 and the contact support 24. The first stationary contact 221 and the first arc extinguishing mechanism 61 are disposed between the contact support 24 and the manual drive mechanism 3. The second stationary contact 222 and the second arc extinguishing mechanism 62 are disposed between the contact support 24 and the wiring structure 4.
[0080] The moving contact bridge 214 includes a contact rotating part 215 and two contact swing parts 216 respectively connected to the contact rotating part 215. The two contact swing parts 216 rotate around the contact rotating part 215. The two contact swing parts 216 are not symmetrically arranged around the contact rotating part 215, that is, the two contact swing parts 216 are non-centrally symmetrical structures.
[0081] In this embodiment of the circuit breaker, the two contact swing portions 216 of the moving contact bridge 214 are not symmetrically arranged with respect to the center of the contact rotation portion 215, so that the two contact swing portions 216 are at an angle to each other. When one of the contact swing portions 216 is parallel to the first direction, the other contact swing portion 216 is tilted to one side along the second direction. This allows the circuit breaker to make full use of the space inside the housing and leave space in the housing to accommodate other mechanisms. It has the characteristics of reasonable layout and compact structure.
[0082] In this embodiment, the connector is a busbar, and the connector mechanism 41 is a bus clamp. The bus clamp includes two opposing clamping pieces, which clamp the busbar from both sides, allowing the contact mechanism to connect to the power supply and load via the two bus clamps. The busbar, as a connector, is typically installed inside a cabinet. The circuit breaker is installed inside the cabinet, and its connector mechanism 41 clamps the busbar. Using a connector mechanism 41 connected to the busbar connector mechanism 41 offers convenient operation and avoids the problems of excessive wires and exposed wires, reducing the risk of electric shock. Of course, in other embodiments, the connector mechanism 41 can also be a connector plate extending outside the housing 1, and the connector inside the cabinet can be a bus clamp; the only requirement is that the connector mechanism 41 and the connector inside the cabinet are connected in a compatible manner.
[0083] like Figure 1-2 As shown, the protection mechanism includes a short-circuit protection mechanism 8 and an overload protection mechanism 9. At least a portion of the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 and at least a portion of the overload protection mechanism 9 are arranged opposite each other on both sides of the operating mechanism along a second direction. When a corresponding overload or short-circuit fault occurs, they are triggered to drive the operating mechanism to trip, i.e., to drive the latch 25 of the operating mechanism, causing the latch 25 to release its latching engagement with the trip latch 26. One stationary contact is connected to one of the plug-in mechanisms 41 via the short-circuit protection mechanism 8, and the other stationary contact is connected to another plug-in mechanism 41 via the overload protection mechanism 9. By arranging the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 and the overload protection mechanism 9 opposite each other on both sides of the operating mechanism, rather than on the same side, the layout is more rational and facilitates the connection of the stationary contacts to the corresponding protection mechanisms.
[0084] Preferably, in this embodiment, the second stationary contact 222, the second arc extinguishing mechanism 62, and the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 are arranged side by side along the second direction, and at least the iron core 82 of the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 can extend to one side of the operating mechanism to push the latch 25 and trigger the operating mechanism to disengage.
[0085] Furthermore, such as Figure 5-6As shown, the two insertion mechanisms 41 are respectively the first insertion mechanism 411 and the second insertion mechanism 412. The short-circuit protection mechanism 8 includes an iron core 82 and a drive coil 83. The drive coil 83 is electrically connected between the first stationary contact 221 and the corresponding first insertion mechanism 411. When the short-circuit current passing through the drive coil 83 meets the threshold, it can drive the iron core 82 to move, triggering the operating mechanism to trip. The overload protection mechanism 9 includes a bimetallic strip 92, which includes a fixed end and a movable end bent around the fixed end as the rotation center. The fixed end of the bimetallic strip 92 is fixedly connected to the second stationary contact 222. The movable end of the bimetallic strip 92 extends to one side of the operating mechanism to push the latch 25, triggering the operating mechanism to trip. The bimetallic strip 92 is electrically connected to the corresponding second insertion mechanism 412. The second arc-extinguishing mechanism 62 is disposed between the fixed end of the bimetallic strip 92 and the drive coil 83. The iron core 82, with one end used to trigger the tripping of the operating mechanism, and the movable end of the bimetallic strip 92 are arranged opposite each other on both sides of the operating mechanism along the second direction. That is, the fixed end of the bimetallic strip 92, the second stationary contact 222, the second arc-extinguishing mechanism 62, and the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 are arranged side-by-side in sequence along the second direction. The movable end of the bimetallic strip 92 and the contact support 24 are arranged side-by-side along the second direction. Preferably, the movable end of the bimetallic strip 92 cooperates with a pull rod on the latch 25, and the bimetallic strip 92 pulls the latch 25 via the pull rod to trigger the tripping of the operating mechanism. The overload protection mechanism 9 also includes an adjusting screw 94 disposed on the housing 1, which can move along the second direction and push the bimetallic strip 92, causing the bimetallic strip 92 to change its initial position.
[0086] like Figure 2 As shown, the operating mechanism of this embodiment includes a rotating component 273 that is rotatably mounted, and a latch 25 and a jumper 26 that are rotatably mounted on the contact support 24. The latch 25 and the jumper 26 are engaged. The jumper 26 is connected to the rotating component 273 through a first connecting rod 272. The rotating component 273 is connected to the manual drive mechanism 3 through a second connecting rod 275. The contact support 24 is connected to the energy storage spring 23. Thus, the contact support 24, the latch 25, and the jumper 26 form a four-bar linkage structure. The second connecting rod 275, the first connecting rod 272, and the rotating component 273 mainly play a transmission role, so that the two stationary contacts can be arranged opposite each other on both sides of the contact support 24, reducing the width of the circuit breaker and making the layout more reasonable.
[0087] The manual drive mechanism 3 in this embodiment includes a rotatable handle. The handle is connected to the rotating component 273 via a second connecting rod 275. The handle can rotate between the closed and open positions. When the handle is rotated to the closed position, the drive operating structure causes the moving contact bridge 214 to contact the stationary contact. When the handle is rotated to the open position, the drive operating structure causes the moving contact bridge 214 to separate from the stationary contact. The handle, through the operating mechanism, causes the two ends of the moving contact bridge 214 to contact and separate from the two stationary contacts respectively. When the two ends of the moving contact bridge 214 are in contact with the two stationary contacts respectively, the energy storage spring 23 is locked in the energy storage state by the interlocking latch 25 and the jump latch 26. When the protection mechanism releases the latch 25 and the jump latch 26, the energy storage spring 23 is released, causing the energy storage spring 23 to drive the contact bridge 214 support 24 to separate the moving contact bridge 214 from the two stationary contacts. Of course, as another embodiment, the manual drive mechanism 3 can also be a button.
[0088] Preferably, the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61, the first stationary contact 221, and the rotating component 273 are arranged side by side along the second direction.
[0089] like Figure 1-2 As shown, the latch 25 includes a latch rotating part 252 coaxially arranged with the contact support 24, and a latch overload part 255 connected to the latch rotating part 252. The latch overload part 255 is provided with a pull rod that cooperates with the overload protection mechanism 9. When the moving contact bridge 214 contacts the stationary contact, the latch overload part 255 is located on the side of the latch rotating part 252 away from the overload protection mechanism 9.
[0090] Furthermore, when the moving contact bridge 214 contacts the stationary contact, the pull rod includes a first pull portion that coincides with the contact support 24 along a third direction projection, and a second pull portion located outside the contact support 24 and cooperating with the bimetallic strip 92. The length of the first pull portion is greater than the length of the second pull portion. By setting the locking overload portion 255 on the side away from the overload protection mechanism 9, and setting the pull rod on the side of the operating mechanism, it is ensured that the overload protection mechanism 9 can reliably trigger the operating mechanism to disengage.
[0091] Specifically, the latch 25 includes a latch rotating part 252 coaxially arranged with the contact support 24, and a latch locking part 253, a latch short-circuit part 254, and a latch overload part 255 respectively connected to the latch rotating part 252. The latch locking part 253 is used to lock the trip latch 26. The latch overload part 255 is provided with a pull rod that cooperates with the overload protection mechanism 9. When the overload current meets the threshold, the overload protection mechanism 9 drives the latch 25 to rotate through the pull rod, so that the latch locking part 253 moves away from the trip latch 26 and unlocks the trip latch 26. The latch short-circuit part 254 cooperates with the short-circuit protection mechanism 8. When the short-circuit current meets the threshold, the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 drives the latch 25 to rotate, so that the latch locking part 253 moves away from the trip latch 26 and unlocks the trip latch 26. Furthermore, the locking part 253, the short-circuit part 254, and the overload part 255 are all located on the side of the rotating part 252 away from the overload protection mechanism 9. The locking part 253 and the overload part 255 are connected, and the jump buckle 26 is located between the locking part 253 and the short-circuit part 254.
[0092] In another embodiment (not shown in the figure), the operating mechanism includes a rotating component 273, and a latch 25 and a snap fastener 26 rotatably mounted on the rotating component 273. The latch 25 and snap fastener 26 are interlocked. The snap fastener 26 is connected to the manual drive mechanism 3 via a second link 275. The rotating component 273 is connected to the contact support 24 via a first link 272. The rotating component 273 is also connected to the energy storage spring 23. Thus, the rotating component 273, the latch 25, and the snap fastener 26 form a four-bar linkage. The manual drive mechanism 3 drives the two ends of the moving contact bridge 214 to contact and separate from the two stationary contacts through the operating mechanism. When the two ends of the moving contact bridge 214 are in contact with the two stationary contacts, the interlocking latch 25 and snap fastener 26 lock the energy storage spring 23 in the energy storage state. When the protection mechanism releases the interlocking of the latch 25 and snap fastener 26, it releases the energy storage spring 23, causing the energy storage spring 23 to drive the rotating component 273 to separate the moving contact bridge 214 from the two stationary contacts. In this embodiment, the short-circuit protection mechanism 8 and the overload protection mechanism 9 are also positioned closer to the rotating member 273, located on both sides of the rotating member 273 in the second direction, so as to drive the latch 25 to release its latching engagement with the trip latch 26. For example, the overload protection mechanism 9 is arranged side by side with the first stationary contact 221 and the first arc extinguishing mechanism 61 in the second direction, and the overload protection mechanism 9 is arranged side by side with the contact support 24 in the second direction, etc.
[0093] like Figure 1-2As shown in Figures 5-6, the circuit breaker also includes two arc-initiating mechanisms corresponding to the two stationary contacts, which cooperate with the corresponding stationary contacts to introduce the arc into the corresponding arc-extinguishing mechanism. The two arc-initiating mechanisms are a first arc-initiating plate 711 and a second arc-initiating plate 712. The first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61 is located between the first arc-initiating plate 711 and the first stationary contact 221, and the second arc-extinguishing mechanism 62 is located between the second arc-initiating plate 712 and the second stationary contact 222. The first arc-initiating plate 711 and the second arc-initiating plate 712 are connected by a second conductive element 713. In this way, the electric arc jumps from the moving contact bridge 214 to the first arc-initiating plate 711 and the second arc-initiating plate 712 and moves to the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 1 and the second arc-extinguishing mechanism 2 respectively. At this time, the current circuit does not flow through the moving contact bridge 214, and becomes the first stationary contact 1, the first arc-initiating plate 711, the second conductive element 713, the second arc-initiating plate 712 and the second stationary contact 2. Moreover, the circuit forms two breaks between the first stationary contact 1 and the first arc-initiating plate 711, and between the second stationary contact 2 and the second arc-initiating plate 712, which can accelerate the extinction of the electric arc.
[0094] like Figure 1-2 As shown, the circuit breaker also includes a current transformer 42 and a circuit board 43. The circuit board 43 is disposed between two plug-in mechanisms 41, and a communication plug-in mechanism 45 is connected to the circuit board 43. The communication plug-in mechanism 45 is disposed between the two plug-in mechanisms 41. The circuit board 43 is provided with a power-taking clip 44 and a transformer terminal 420. The transformer terminal 420 is connected to the current transformer 42. One of the plug-in mechanisms 41 is provided with a first wire 46 passing through the middle of the current transformer 42, and the other plug-in mechanism 41 is provided with a second wire 47. The power-taking clip 44 is connected to the second wire 47. The circuit board 43 has an exhaust channel 48 on a third-direction side. A communication plug-in mechanism 45 connected to the circuit board 43 is disposed between the exhaust channel 48 and one of the plug-in mechanisms 41. The circuit board 43 can not only monitor the current, temperature, on / off status and other parameters inside the product in real time, but also communicate with a host computer through an external communication device.
[0095] like Figure 3-4As shown, the moving contact bridge 214 includes a contact rotating part 215 and two contact swing parts 216 respectively connected to the contact rotating part 215. The two contact swing parts 216 rotate around the contact rotating part 215. Each contact swing part 216 has a moving contact part 213 that contacts the corresponding stationary contact. The angle between the lines connecting the moving contact parts 213 of the two contact swing parts 216 to the center of the contact rotating part 215 is 100-170 degrees. Preferably, the angle between the lines connecting the moving contact parts 213 of the two contact swing parts 216 to the center of the contact rotating part 215 is 120-160 degrees. Of course, the two contact swing parts 216 can also be separately arranged, with each contact swing part 216 disposed on the contact support 24 and then connected by a conductor. All of these are within the protection scope of this utility model.
[0096] Furthermore, the movable contact bridge 214 is rotatably mounted on the contact support 24, and the contact spring 243 is located between the movable contact bridge 214 and the contact support 24, fixing the movable contact bridge 214 to the contact support 24. The contact rotating part 215 is provided with a contact rotating hole 217 rotatably connected to the contact support 24. The contact support 24 is provided with two contact springs 243 respectively connected to the two contact swing parts 216. The two contact springs 243 respectively drive the contact swing parts 216 to press against the contact support 24. When the contact support 24 rotates, it drives the two contact swing parts 216 to contact and separate from the stationary contact. When the contact swing parts 216 contact the stationary contact, they are blocked by the stationary contact after contact. The contact support 24 continues to move and separates from the contact swing parts 216, so that the contact springs 243 drive the contact swing parts 216 to press against the stationary contact.
[0097] Furthermore, the contact support 24 is provided with a support shaft 244, and the contact rotation hole 217 of the contact rotation part 215 is fitted onto the support shaft 244. The contact rotation hole 217 has a certain length, allowing the support shaft 244 and the contact rotation hole 217 to rotate and slide together. The contact rotation hole 217 includes two contact hole walls that are arranged opposite to each other on both sides of the support shaft 244. The distance between the two contact hole walls is greater than the diameter of the support shaft 244, allowing the contact rotation hole 217 to slide on the support shaft 244. Since the rotation axis of the moving contact bridge 214 is not completely fixed, the rotation center of the moving contact bridge 214 can be adaptively adjusted to ensure that the moving and stationary contacts can always maintain contact when the circuit is closed. Moreover, it can also avoid the problem of the contact position of the moving contact bridge 214 and the stationary contact shifting due to assembly tolerances and contact wear.
[0098] Furthermore, the contact support 24 has a support groove 245 in the middle, and the support shaft 244 is disposed in the support groove 245. The support groove 245 is used to accommodate the contact rotating part 215. The inner diameter R2 of the support groove 245 is larger than the outer diameter R1 of the contact rotating part 215. When the contact rotating hole 217 of the moving contact bridge 214 slides on the support shaft 244, space can be left for the moving contact bridge 214.
[0099] Furthermore, the contact support 24 includes a disc-shaped support rotation part 246, which has a radially protruding support spring part 242 connected to the energy storage spring 23. A support rotating shaft 244 is located in the middle of the support rotation part 246. The support rotation part 246 has two support swing grooves 247 corresponding to the two contact swing parts 216. Each support swing groove 247 has a support spring groove 248 and a limiting boss 249 on both sides along the rotation direction of the contact support 24. The support spring groove 248 is used for... The contact spring 243 is accommodated. One end of the contact spring 243 is limited in the support spring groove 248, and the other end is connected to the corresponding contact swing part 216. The contact spring 243 drives the contact swing part 216 to press against the limiting boss 249. When the contact support 24 drives the moving contact bridge 214 to contact the stationary contact, the contact support 24 continues to rotate, causing the contact swing part 216 to separate from the corresponding limiting boss 249, and causing the contact swing part 216 to press against the corresponding contact spring 243. The contact spring 243 drives the contact swing part 216 to press against the corresponding stationary contact.
[0100] Preferably, the support spring groove 248 is arc-shaped, and the contact spring 243 is bent and disposed in the support spring groove 248. The arc-shaped support spring groove 248 can accommodate a larger contact spring 243.
[0101] Preferably, the limiting boss 249 corresponding to one of the contact swing portions 216 forms the groove wall of the support spring groove 248 corresponding to the other contact swing portion 216, giving the limiting boss 249 multiple functions. A support boss 240 is provided between the other limiting boss 249 and the support spring groove 248, and the support boss 240 forms the sidewall of the support groove 245. Support spring portion 242
[0102] like Figure 1-2As shown, the housing 1 is provided with a locking mechanism 5, which includes a locking member 51. The housing 1 is provided with a locking hole, and the locking member 51 is provided with a locking protrusion 513. The locking spring drives the locking protrusion 513 of the locking member 51 to extend from the locking hole to the outside of the housing 1 to lock the circuit breaker to the cabinet. The locking member 51 is able to overcome the elastic force of the locking spring when subjected to force, so that the locking protrusion 513 retracts into the housing 1 and releases the lock with the cabinet. The cabinet is provided with a cabinet locking hole. When the circuit breaker is inserted into the cabinet and installed in place, the locking hole on the housing 1 corresponds to the cabinet locking hole. The locking protrusion 513 of the locking member 51 extends into the cabinet locking hole to lock the circuit breaker in the cabinet. The locking member 51 is arranged on one side of the first arc extinguishing mechanism 61 along the second direction. Since the contact swing parts 216 at both ends of the moving contact bridge 214 are not centrally symmetrically arranged, the moving contact bridge 214 and the contact swing part 216 corresponding to the locking member 51 can tilt. This allows the arc extinguishing grid plate of the first arc extinguishing mechanism 61 corresponding to the contact swing part 216 to tilt, so that the first arc extinguishing mechanism 61 leaves space for the locking member 51 in the housing 1, avoiding increasing the size of the circuit breaker in the second direction. It has the characteristics of compact structure and small size.
[0103] like Figure 2 As shown, the rotating part 273 of the operating mechanism is positioned between the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61 and the locking part 51. The rotating part 273 has a stop part 274. When the moving contact bridge 214 contacts the stationary contact, the stop part 274 rotates into the moving path of the locking part 51 to block the locking part 51, preventing the locking protrusion 513 from retracting into the housing 1. By keeping the locking protrusion 513 protruding outside the housing 1, the circuit breaker in the closed state cannot be inserted into or removed from the cabinet, thereby improving electrical safety and preventing electric shock. When the circuit breaker is open, the stop part 274 of the rotating part 273 rotates to a position that avoids the locking part 51. Through the inclined arc-extinguishing grid of the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61, space can be provided for both the locking part 51 and the rotating part 271, allowing the stop part 274 on the rotating part 271 to prevent the locking part 51 from retracting into the housing 1.
[0104] Preferably, the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61 includes a plurality of parallel arc-extinguishing grids. The end of the arc-extinguishing grid in the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61 away from the moving contact bridge 214 is inclined away from the locking mechanism 5 along the second direction, so that the arc-extinguishing grids in the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61 are respectively inclined with respect to the first direction. The second arc-extinguishing mechanism 62 also includes a plurality of parallel arc-extinguishing grids. The direction of the arc-extinguishing grids in the second arc-extinguishing mechanism 62 is parallel with the first direction. The inclined arrangement of the arc-extinguishing grids in the first arc-extinguishing mechanism 61 can not only leave more space for the locking member 51 and the rotating member 271, but also achieve a better arc-extinguishing effect.
[0105] The locking mechanism 5 in this embodiment includes a locking member 51, a transmission member 53, and an unlocking member 52, as well as a locking spring connected to the locking member 51. The locking spring drives the locking protrusion 513 of the locking member 51 to extend from the locking hole to the outside of the housing 1 to lock the circuit breaker to the cabinet. Under the drive of the unlocking member 52, the transmission member 53 can push the locking member 51 to overcome the force of the locking spring and retract the locking protrusion 513 back into the housing 1. In this embodiment, the locking member 51 is linearly movable along the second direction, the transmission member 53 is rotatably disposed inside the housing 1, and the unlocking member 52 is rotatably disposed at the operating end 12. Manually operating the unlocking member 52 can drive the transmission member 53 to press down on the locking member 51, causing the locking member 51 to overcome the force of the locking spring and retract into the housing 1. After the force disappears, the locking spring drives the fixed member 51 to reset. Obviously, in other embodiments, the locking member 51 can also be rotatably disposed, and the locking member 51 and the transmission member 53 can also be integrally disposed, etc.
[0106] Another embodiment of the unlocking mechanism 51 is that the locking mechanism 51 is unlocked by a handle of the manual drive mechanism 3, thus eliminating the need for an unlocking mechanism 52. For example, the handle can rotate between the closed position, the open position, and the unlocked position. The open position is located between the closed and unlocked positions. After reaching the open position, the handle can continue to rotate away from the closed position to the unlocked position. When the handle reaches the unlocked position, it can directly or indirectly drive the locking mechanism 51, causing the locking protrusion 513 to retract into the housing 1. In this embodiment, the handle indirectly drives the locking mechanism 51 through the transmission mechanism 53.
[0107] In another embodiment, the locking mechanism can also be unlocked by the handle and the unlocking member 52 respectively. The transmission member 53 includes a transmission rotating part 531 and a transmission pushing part 532 and a transmission unlocking part 533 respectively connected to the transmission rotating part 531. The transmission pushing part 532 and the transmission unlocking part 533 rotate about the transmission rotating part 531. The transmission pushing part 532 is located on the side of the locking sliding part 511 of the locking member 51 and is used to push the locking driven part 512 to drive the locking member 51 to retract into the housing 1. The transmission unlocking part 533 includes a first direction. A first unlocking part 534 is provided on the side of the unlocking member 52, and a second unlocking part 535 is provided on the first unlocking part 534 near the side of the unlocking member 52. The second unlocking part 535 cooperates with the unlocking member 52. When the unlocking member 52 rotates counterclockwise, it pushes the second unlocking part 535 to drive the transmission member 53 to rotate clockwise. The transmission pushing part 532 of the transmission member 53 drives the locking member 51 to retract into the housing 1. The manual drive mechanism 3 can push the first unlocking part 534 so that the transmission pushing part 532 of the transmission member 53 drives the locking member 51 to retract into the housing 1.
[0108] The manual drive mechanism 3 includes a handle, which includes a handle rotating part 311 and a handle operating part 312 and a handle pushing part 313 respectively connected to the handle rotating part 311. The handle operating part 312 extends outside the housing 1 for manual operation. The handle operating part 312 can drive the handle pushing part 313 to rotate around the handle rotating part 311. When the handle drives the circuit breaker to open, the handle rotates counterclockwise and pushes the first unlocking part 534, which drives the transmission part 53 to rotate clockwise. The transmission pushing part 532 pushes the locking driven part 512, causing the locking part 51 to move along the second direction and drive the locking protrusion 513 to retract into the housing 1.
