Reinforced automobile water tank

Abstract

The reinforced automobile water tank comprises an upper water chamber, a tank body, a lower water chamber and heat exchange pipes, the tank body comprises two long end plates, the two long end plates are oppositely arranged, and the opposite sides of the two long end plates are arc-shaped faces in the length direction of the long end plates; the two short end plates are oppositely arranged, a heat exchange space is defined by the short end plates and the long end plates, and the long end plates and the short end plates are integrally formed. In the running process of an automobile, particularly in the large-amplitude linear acceleration or deceleration process of the automobile, heat exchange water in the tank body impacts the long end plate under the action of inertia, and due to the design of the arc-shaped surface of the long end plate, the strength of the long end plate can be improved under the condition that the requirements for the overall appearance size of the automobile water tank and the storage amount of the heat exchange water in the tank body are met; and in the process that the heat exchange water impacts the long end plate, the arc-shaped surface of the long end plate can guide a part of impact force to two sides, so that the impact of the heat exchange water on the long end plate is reduced.
