Abstract

The ore screening device particularly relates to the technical field of ore screening and comprises a base, a motor is fixedly connected to the left portion of the rear side of the upper end of the base, a first conveying structure is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer surface of the output end of the motor, and an electromagnet is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper end of the base. The output end of the motor is fixedly connected with a transmission structure, the upper portion of the left side of the transmission structure is fixedly connected with a second conveying structure, the front side of the second conveying structure abuts against a collecting structure, and a U-shaped baffle is arranged on the upper portion of the first conveying structure. According to the ore screening device, the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt are matched with the U-shaped baffle and the rectangular baffle, ore splashing is avoided in the screening process, meanwhile, electromagnet adsorption is matched, the screening efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the screening quality is also improved; and by adjusting the magnetic strength of the electromagnets, the device is suitable for screening iron ores with different magnetic strength, and higher applicability is achieved.
