Abstract

A guide rail is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the docking base, and a docking mechanism is mounted on the surface of the guide rail. The docking mechanism includes a slider, the lower inner wall of which is adapted to the upper surface of the guide rail. An oil storage groove is formed inside the slider. This PE gas pipe docking clamp, by setting two sliders that slide on the surface of the guide rail, utilizes a lead screw and a reverse rod in the docking mechanism to connect to the two sliders respectively. When the lead screw and reverse rod are rotated, the two sliders move closer together or separate, facilitating rapid docking of the two sections of the gas pipe. Furthermore, by installing an oil storage groove inside the slider to store lubricating oil, the lubricating oil seeps into the threaded hole of the slider to lubricate the lead screw and reverse rod, thus facilitating the rotation of the lead screw and enabling rapid docking of the PE gas pipe.
