This utility model, through the coordinated operation of the recovery section and the sealing section, enables the evaporating fuel during fuel transportation to be recovered into the fuel tank body via an absorption head during fuel addition. During long-term transportation operations and fuel loading / unloading, this significantly improves fuel utilization and reduces overall transportation costs.
