An assembled aluminum alloy door and window

Abstract

This disclosure relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy doors and windows. One embodiment of this disclosure provides a prefabricated aluminum alloy door and window, comprising: a pair of horizontal frames and a pair of vertical frames. The pair of horizontal frames are fitted onto the upper and lower ends of the pair of vertical frames. A mating assembly is disposed between the horizontal and vertical frames. Outer grooves are respectively formed on the outer surfaces of the horizontal and vertical frames. A tightening assembly is disposed within the outer groove. The mating assembly includes a pair of circular grooves, which are formed on the upper and lower ends of the vertical frames. An internal threaded block is provided in the circular groove. Grooves are formed at both ends of the outer groove, and positioning sleeves are inserted into the grooves. The positioning sleeves pass through the grooves and are inserted into the circular grooves. Through the above technical solution, the technical problem in the related technology that relies only on a few connecting parts for fixation, is difficult to withstand large external forces, and is prone to cracking and deformation at the splicing parts when encountering strong winds or impacts, thus shortening the service life of the doors and windows is solved.
