Magnet separation apparatus

Abstract

The application relates to a magnet separating device, which comprises a base, a magnetic distinguishing part arranged on the surface of the base and used for identifying the first polarity of a magnet group, a magnet mounting part comprising a feeding channel and a discharging channel, the feeding channel being longitudinally arranged on the base, the discharging channel being arranged between the bottom of the feeding channel and the base, the feeding channel being capable of accommodating the magnet group which is longitudinally stacked and has the first polarity downward, and the discharging channel being capable of accommodating the single magnet at the bottom of the magnet group, a magnet separating part arranged on one side of the magnet mounting part and being movable in the transverse direction, one end of the magnet separating part extending into the discharging channel and being used for abutting against the single magnet at the bottom, and the single magnet at the bottom being separated from the magnet group and moved out of the discharging channel when the magnet separating part moves. The magnet separating part can push the single magnet at the bottom of the magnet group in the feeding channel to separate the single magnet, realize the magnet separating process, improve the work efficiency and meet the use requirement.
