A fiber filling machine for workwear production line

Abstract

A fiber filling machine for a workwear production line, relating to the field of mechanical equipment technology, includes a frame, a blower, and filling tubes. The blower is mounted on the frame, with one end connected to an air inlet hose and the other end connected to a motor. A feed hopper is mounted on the top of the blower, and a filling tube is mounted on one side wall of the blower. The filling tube includes three sections: filling tube one, filling tube two, and filling tube three. Filling tube one is directly connected to the blower, while filling tubes two and three are symmetrically arranged on both sides of filling tube one at an angle. This fiber filling machine for workwear production lines, through its three filling tubes, can simultaneously fill the body and sleeves of upper garments with down, and simultaneously fill both legs of trousers, thus accelerating the down filling process, shortening the production time of winter workwear, and improving production efficiency.
