A feeding device for a vertical tapping machine

Abstract

This application discloses a feeding device for a vertical tapping machine, relating to the field of hardware manufacturing technology. It includes a base, with a mounting platform fixedly connected to the center of the base. A turntable is mounted on the mounting platform, a tapping mechanism is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the mounting platform, and a hole-expanding mechanism is fixedly connected to the other side of the top of the mounting platform. When the feeding assembly moves the processed workpiece, causing it to fall into the discharge tray, an ultrasonic sensor monitors the workpiece in real time. If the workpiece is qualified, it is guided into a collection box through the discharge tray. If the workpiece is found to be unqualified, the internal components of the screening component extend through the operation of the screening component, thereby receiving the unqualified workpiece and conveying it to the defective product box. This allows for rapid screening of the produced workpieces, quickly removing unqualified workpieces and improving the quality of the finished product.
