A spraying line cleaning device

Abstract

A spray line cleaning device is provided to address the technical problem mentioned in the background art where substances sprayed from the spray pipe of existing spray machines adhere to the leather surface during the leather conveying process, resulting in a large accumulation of impurities on the spray line over time, thus requiring regular cleaning by operators. The device includes a C-shaped mounting ring with a C-shaped guide rail concentric with the ring. A geared disc assembly slides on the guide rail, comprising a first and second geared disc joined to form an annular geared disc. The mounting ring is circumferentially rotatable with several drive shafts, each drive shaft having a first gear fixed on it. These first gears mesh with the teeth of the geared disc assembly. Each drive shaft has a brush head at its end for cleaning the spray line. The mounting ring also has several spray heads for cleaning the spray line.
