A device for measuring the bearing capacity of a stone column

Abstract

This application relates to the field of building testing equipment technology and discloses a test device for measuring the bearing capacity of crushed stone piles, including a movable frame. Each of the four corners of the movable frame is fixedly connected to a fixed shell, and two of the fixed shells are slidably connected to a U-shaped sliding plate. This test device for measuring the bearing capacity of crushed stone piles, by setting up the movable frame, can serve as a basic bearing platform. The combination of the fixed shells and the U-shaped sliding plate forms a lifting frame. A second electric pusher can drive the connecting plate to rise and fall, enabling stepless adjustment of the testing height to adapt to the testing needs of different pile lengths. Furthermore, the clamping plate and the U-shaped plate, under the action of multiple partitions, can be divided into multiple placement slots, allowing multiple crushed stone piles to be fixed simultaneously, meeting the needs of group pile interaction research. The sliding nesting design of the U-shaped slot and the strip slot ensures clamping stability and prevents pile displacement.
