Three-step push-through pipe expander

Abstract

The disclosed three-step advancing pipe expander comprises a front push plate part, a middle push plate part and a rear push plate part which are sequentially arranged from front to rear on a base frame, the front push plate part, the middle push plate part and the rear push plate part are respectively matched with tracks on the base frame through rollers, the front push plate part and the middle push plate part and the middle push plate part and the rear push plate part are respectively connected through multiple push rods, the front push plate part, the middle push plate part and the rear push plate part are respectively provided with through holes at the centers thereof, the front push plate part is provided with a front push plate door at the through hole thereof, the middle push plate part is provided with a middle push plate door at the through hole thereof, and the rear push plate part is provided with a rear push plate door at the through hole thereof, a push oil cylinder is arranged at the rear end of the base frame through a support plate, and the piston rod of the push oil cylinder is fixedly connected to the rear push plate part, a centering device is further arranged at the front end of the base frame, and a coil support, a die support and a blanking roller are sequentially arranged in front of the centering device. The three-step advancing pipe expander can implement three times of advancing on the steel pipe to realize hot expansion processing of the steel pipe with large length.
