Abstract

The application discloses a multi-axis polishing machine, which comprises a machine table, a fixing mechanism, a polishing mechanism and a visual detection positioning mechanism; the fixing mechanism comprises a first bracket arranged above the machine table and a fixing jig arranged above the first bracket and used for fixing a workpiece to be polished; the polishing mechanism comprises a transverse movement driving unit oppositely arranged on two sides of the first bracket, an angle adjusting driving unit connected to the transverse movement driving unit, a longitudinal movement driving unit mounted on the angle adjusting driving unit and a polishing unit connected to the longitudinal movement driving unit; and the visual detection positioning mechanism comprises a lifting adjusting unit vertically arranged on a side of the first bracket away from the polishing mechanism, a support connected to the lifting adjusting unit and a visual detection unit arranged on the support. The application can automatically realize surface polishing of the workpiece, and compared with manual polishing by means of a polishing device, the application can guarantee polishing precision and improve work efficiency, and has high use value.
