Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a pixel circuit, an image chip, a display panel and an electronic device. The pixel circuit comprises a power supply end, a photoelectric conversion element connected with the power supply end, used for collecting a light signal and converting the light signal into an electrical signal, and a variable capacitor connected with the power supply end and the photoelectric conversion element respectively and having two electrode plates arranged oppositely, wherein the electrode plate area formed by the two electrode plates is adjusted according to the signal amount of the electrical signal, and the electrode plate area is different, and the capacitance value of the variable capacitor is different. The embodiment of the present disclosure can improve the charge capacity.
