Description

Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of atomization equipment technology, and in particular to an atomizer and atomization device. Background Technology

[0002] The atomizer can be used in conjunction with a replenishment unit. By changing the atomizer's orientation, such as placing it upside down with the mouthpiece facing down, the replenishment unit can supply the atomizing matrix to the atomizer, thereby increasing the amount of atomizing matrix stored in the atomizer. In related technologies, changes in external environmental conditions (such as changes in temperature or air pressure) can easily cause leakage of the atomizing matrix in the replenishment unit, affecting the user experience. Utility Model Content

[0003] This application provides an atomizer and atomizing device that can solve the technical problem of easy leakage of atomizing matrix.

[0004] To address the aforementioned technical problems, this application provides an atomizer configured for use with a replenishment component. The atomizer includes a mouthpiece and an atomizing component. One end of the atomizing component is connected to the mouthpiece, and the other end of the atomizing component, away from the mouthpiece, is used for connection to the replenishment component. The atomizing component includes a cover, a support, an atomizing core, and a guide element. The cover is connected to the mouthpiece, and the cover and support together form a first liquid storage chamber and a collection chamber. The atomizing core is installed in the first liquid storage chamber and communicates with the mouthpiece. The guide element is installed in the collection chamber. The support includes a liquid guide tube, one end of which communicates with the replenishment component, and the other end is a free end extending toward the mouthpiece. The free end abuts against or is inserted into the guide element, so that the guide element can absorb the atomized matrix leaking from the liquid guide tube and guide the atomized matrix into the collection chamber. A ventilation channel is provided between the free end and the guide element. When the atomizer is configured for use with the replenishment component, the replenishment component can exchange gases with the collection chamber through the ventilation channel.

[0005] In one embodiment, the ventilation channel includes a ventilation groove that extends through the sidewall of the free end.

[0006] In one embodiment, the ventilation slot is a notch that penetrates the sidewall at the free end.

[0007] In one embodiment, the ventilation groove is at least partially exposed to the drainage element; the portion of the ventilation groove exposed to the drainage element has a dimension of 0.3mm-1mm along the extension direction of the liquid guide tube and a dimension of 0.3mm-0.6mm in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction.

[0008] In one embodiment, the drainage member has a receiving groove, and the free end is inserted into the receiving groove. In the extension direction of the liquid guide tube, the length of the free end inserted into the receiving groove is less than the depth of the receiving groove. The ventilation channel includes a ventilation gap, and the groove wall of the receiving groove and at least part of the outer wall of the free end are spaced apart to form a ventilation gap.

[0009] In one embodiment, within a reference cross-section perpendicular to the extension direction of the liquid guide tube, the cross-sectional dimension of the free end is smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the portion of the liquid guide tube outside the free end, and the ventilation gap is provided around the outer wall of the free end.

[0010] In one embodiment, the atomizing assembly includes a first seal, which is disposed between the cover and the bracket. At least a portion of the first seal is housed in the cover, and the first seal has a first mounting hole. One end of the atomizing core is inserted into the first mounting hole. The collecting chamber and the first liquid storage chamber are disposed adjacent to each other. The first seal forms at least a portion of the cavity wall of the collecting chamber and the first liquid storage chamber on the side away from the mouthpiece. The first seal has a first air pressure regulating groove, which connects the collecting chamber and the first liquid storage chamber. The air exchange channel connects the collecting chamber, the first air pressure regulating groove, and the first liquid storage chamber to the external space of the atomizer.

[0011] In one embodiment, a first air pressure regulating hole is provided on the bracket, and the first liquid storage chamber can be connected to the external space of the atomizer through the first air pressure regulating hole.

[0012] Another aspect of this application provides an atomizing device, which includes an atomizer as described above and a liquid replenishment component. The liquid replenishment component is provided with a second liquid storage chamber for storing atomizing matrix. The liquid replenishment component is connected to the atomizer. The first liquid storage chamber and the second liquid storage chamber are connected by a liquid path. The second liquid storage chamber can replenish the atomizing matrix to the first liquid storage chamber. The collection chamber is connected to the second liquid storage chamber via a liquid guide tube.

[0013] In one embodiment, the atomizing device further includes an atomizing host, which is electrically connected to the atomizer.

[0014] The nebulizer provided in this application has a collection chamber for the atomizing component. The atomizing component includes a guide element and a liquid guide tube. The guide element is installed in the collection chamber, and the free end of the liquid guide tube abuts against or is inserted into the guide element, so that the guide element can absorb the atomized matrix that leaks from the liquid guide tube and guide the atomized matrix into the collection chamber. This allows the leaked atomized matrix to flow into the collection chamber and be temporarily stored there, thereby reducing the risk of atomized matrix leakage. Furthermore, a ventilation channel is provided between the free end and the guide element. When the nebulizer is configured to be used in conjunction with a liquid replenishment component, the liquid replenishment component can exchange gases with the collection chamber through the ventilation channel. This helps maintain the gas pressure balance within the liquid replenishment component and reduces the leakage of atomized matrix from the liquid replenishment component, thereby further reducing the risk of atomized matrix leakage. [0029] The present application will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be particularly noted that the following embodiments are for illustrative purposes only and do not limit the scope of the application. Similarly, the following embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present application, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive effort are within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0030] In the description of this application, "multiple" means at least two, such as two, three, etc., unless otherwise explicitly specified. For example, a process, method, system, product, or device that includes a series of steps or units is not limited to the listed steps or units, but may optionally include steps or units not listed, or may optionally include other steps or components inherent to these processes, methods, products, or devices.

[0031] In this document, the term "embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with an embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of this application. The appearance of this phrase in various places throughout the specification does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment, nor is it a separate or alternative embodiment mutually exclusive with other embodiments. It will be explicitly and implicitly understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.

[0032] This application provides an atomizing device. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 1 , Figure 2 The atomizing device 500 may include an atomizer 100 and a replenishment component 40. The replenishment component 40 is connected to the atomizer 100 and is used to replenish the atomizing matrix to the atomizer 100. By configuring the atomizer 100 and the replenishment component 40 relatively independently, the replenishment component 40 can be externally placed on the atomizer 100, thereby reducing the limitation imposed by the atomizer 100 on the volume of the replenishment component 40. This allows the replenishment component 40 to have a relatively large capacity, storing more atomizing matrix and thus extending the service life of the atomizing device 500.

[0033] Please see Figure 1 , Figure 3 The atomizing device 500 may further include an atomizing host 50, with the atomizer 100 electrically connected to the atomizing host 50. The atomizing host 50 controls the operation of the atomizer 100. For example, the atomizer 100 and the atomizing host 50 may be electrically connected via electrodes. The atomizing host 50 may include a battery 51, a circuit board 52, and an airflow sensor 53. Both the circuit board 52 and the airflow sensor 53 are electrically connected to the battery 51. The airflow sensor 53 can generate a control signal based on the user's inhalation action, and the circuit board 52 can control the conduction state between the atomizer 100 and the battery 51 according to the control signal, thereby controlling the atomizer 100 to heat the atomizing matrix to generate an aerosol or to stop heating. The atomizer 100 and the atomizing host 50 may be fixedly connected, or they may be detachable, such as by snap-fit, screw-fit, adhesive, or magnetic connection. When the atomizer 100 and the atomizing host 50 are detachably connected, the atomizing host 50 can be used multiple times after replacing the atomizer 100, which helps reduce the user's operating costs.

[0034] The nebulizer 100 is configured for use with the replenishment assembly 40. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figures 1-5 The atomizer 100 may include a mouthpiece 10 and an atomizing assembly 20. The mouthpiece 10 is used by a user to perform a suction action. One end of the atomizing assembly 20 is connected to the mouthpiece 10, and the other end of the atomizing assembly 20 away from the mouthpiece 10 is used to connect to a replenishment assembly 40. The replenishment assembly 40 is used to replenish the atomizing matrix to the atomizing assembly 20, and the atomizing assembly 20 is used to heat the atomizing matrix to generate an aerosol. The atomizing assembly 20 has a first liquid storage chamber 224, and the replenishment assembly 40 has a second liquid storage chamber 411 for storing the atomizing matrix. When the atomizer 100 is configured to be used in conjunction with the replenishment assembly 40, the replenishment assembly 40 is connected to the atomizer 100, the first liquid storage chamber 224 and the second liquid storage chamber 411 are in liquid communication, and the second liquid storage chamber 411 can replenish the atomizing matrix to the first liquid storage chamber 224. When the first liquid storage chamber 224 needs to be replenished with atomizing matrix, the orientation of the atomizer 100 can be adjusted, for example, by placing the atomizer 100 horizontally or the nozzle 10 downwards, so that the atomizing matrix in the second liquid storage chamber 411 flows to the first liquid storage chamber 224 under the action of gravity. The first liquid storage chamber 224 may be pre-stored with atomizing matrix, and the atomizing matrix in the first liquid storage chamber 224 is replenished by the replenishment component 40 after it is consumed; or, if there is no pre-stored atomizing matrix in the first liquid storage chamber 224, after the atomizing component 20 is connected to the replenishment component 40, the replenishment component 40 injects atomizing matrix into the first liquid storage chamber 224.

[0035] Please see Figures 4-9The atomizing assembly 20 includes a cover 22, a support 23, an atomizing core 21, and a flow guide 24. The cover 22 is connected to the mouthpiece 10, and the support 23 is used to connect to the replenishment assembly 40. The cover 22 and the support 23 enclose a first liquid storage chamber 224 and a collection chamber 225. The atomizing core 21 is installed in the first liquid storage chamber 224 and is connected to the mouthpiece 10. The atomizing core 21 is used to heat the atomizing substrate to generate an aerosol, which is output through the mouthpiece 10. The flow guide 24 is installed in the collection chamber 225. The flow guide 24 is a porous medium with pores, which allows the flow guide 24 to adsorb the atomizing substrate, thereby increasing the driving force for the atomizing substrate to enter the collection chamber 225.

[0036] Please see Figures 5-10 The support 23 includes a frame 231, a connecting tube 232, and a liquid guide tube 233. The frame 231 is installed at the end of the cover 22 away from the nozzle 10. The connecting tube 232 is connected to the frame 231, with one end connected to the replenishment component 40 and the other end connected to the liquid guide tube 233. The frame 231, connecting tube 232, and liquid guide tube 233 can be integrally formed to form the support 23, i.e., the support 23 is a one-piece structure; or the frame 231, connecting tube 232, and liquid guide tube 233 can be separately processed and then assembled to form the support 23, i.e., the support 23 is a separate structure. The liquid guide tube 233 is a hollow cylindrical shape. One end of the liquid guide tube 233 is used to connect to the replenishment component 40, and the other end is a free end 235 extending towards the nozzle 10. The collection chamber 225 is connected to the second liquid storage chamber 411 via the liquid guide tube 233. Specifically, one end of the liquid guide tube 233 connected to the connecting tube 232 is used to connect to the liquid replenishment assembly 40. The free end 235 abuts against or is inserted into the drainage member 24, so that the drainage member 24 can absorb the atomized matrix leaking from the liquid guide tube 233 and guide the atomized matrix into the collection chamber 225, allowing the leaked atomized matrix to flow into the collection chamber 225 and be temporarily stored there, thereby reducing the risk of atomized matrix leakage. A ventilation channel 236 is provided between the free end 235 and the drainage member 24, such as... Figure 6 As shown. When the atomizer 100 is configured to be used in conjunction with the replenishment component 40, the replenishment component 40 can exchange gases with the collection chamber 225 via the ventilation channel 236. This configuration helps maintain the pressure balance within the replenishment component 40, reducing the leakage of the atomizing matrix within the replenishment component 40, thereby further reducing the risk of atomizing matrix leakage. Furthermore, by maintaining the pressure balance within the replenishment component 40 through the ventilation channel 236, the atomizing matrix within the replenishment component 40 can flow smoothly to the atomizer 20, making the replenishment of the atomizing matrix smoother.

[0037] Please see Figure 5In one embodiment, the atomizer 100 further includes a housing assembly 30. The housing assembly 30 may include multiple sub-housings that enclose an installation space. The liquid replenishment assembly 40 and the atomizing assembly 20 are mounted on the housing assembly 30, which can enhance the overall integrity of the atomizer 100, thereby facilitating the transportation and use of the atomizer 100.

[0038] The atomizing matrix can be stored in liquid form within the first reservoir 224, or it can be stored using a storage medium. In one embodiment, such as... Figure 5 As shown, the atomizing assembly 20 includes a liquid storage component 26, which is housed in a first liquid storage chamber 224. The liquid storage component 26 is a porous medium, such as fiber cotton, and can adsorb the atomizing matrix, making it less prone to leakage of the atomizing matrix in the first liquid storage chamber 224.

[0039] Please see Figure 7 In one embodiment, the ventilation channel 236 includes a ventilation groove 238, which extends through the sidewall of the free end 235. The replenishment component 40 can exchange gases with the collection chamber 225 via the ventilation groove 238. When the external temperature rises, the gas pressure inside the replenishment component 40 can be balanced with the external gas pressure, thereby reducing the leakage of the atomized matrix inside the replenishment component 40 and helping to reduce the risk of leakage of the atomized matrix.

[0040] The ventilation slot 238 can be a through hole that penetrates the side wall of the free end 235, so that the liquid replenishment component 40 can exchange gases with the collection chamber 225 through the through hole.

[0041] In one embodiment, such as Figure 7 As shown, the ventilation slot 238 is a notch that penetrates the side wall of the free end 235. The notch is easy to process, which helps to improve production efficiency.

[0042] The ventilation slot 238 can be located inside the drainage member 24. For example, a notch is formed in the part of the free end 235 that is inserted into the drainage member 24, and a groove is formed on the drainage member 24 that communicates with the notch, so that the liquid replenishment assembly 40 can exchange gases with the collection chamber 225 through the ventilation slot 238.

[0043] Please see Figure 6 , Figure 7 In one embodiment, the ventilation groove 238 is at least partially exposed outside the guide member 24. For example, the free end 235 abuts against the guide member 24, in which case the ventilation groove 238 can be completely exposed outside the guide member 24; or, the free end 235 is inserted into the guide member 24, in which case the ventilation groove 238 can be partially located inside the guide member 24 and partially exposed outside the guide member 24. By setting the ventilation groove 238 to be at least partially exposed outside the guide member 24, the guide member 24 does not need to have a groove with a connecting notch, which simplifies the processing of the guide member 24.

[0044] In one embodiment, such as Figure 8 As shown, the portion of the ventilation groove 238 exposed outside the guide tube 233 has a dimension a of 0.3mm-1mm along the extension direction of the liquid guide tube 233, and a dimension b of 0.3mm-0.6mm in the perpendicular direction of the extension direction. If dimension a along the extension direction of the liquid guide tube 233 is less than 0.3mm, or dimension b in the perpendicular direction of the extension direction is less than 0.3mm, the size of the ventilation groove 238 is small, which may result in insufficient gas exchange between the external space of the atomizer 100 and the replenishment component 40, making it difficult to maintain a balance between the gas pressure inside the replenishment component 40 and the external gas pressure. If dimension a along the extension direction of the liquid guide tube 233 is greater than 1mm, or dimension b in the perpendicular direction of the extension direction is greater than 0.6mm, the size of the ventilation groove 238 is large, which may result in leakage of the atomizing matrix in the replenishment component 40.

[0045] For example, the dimension a along the extension direction of the liquid guide tube 233 can be 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, or 1mm, without specific limitation; the dimension b in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction can be 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, or 0.6mm. This configuration controls the size of the ventilation groove 238 exposed to the drainage component 24 within a certain range. On the one hand, the size of the notch is not too small, allowing the collection chamber 225 to smoothly exchange gases with the replenishment component 40, which is beneficial for maintaining a balance between the gas pressure inside the replenishment component 40 and the external gas pressure. On the other hand, the size of the notch is not too large, allowing the atomizing matrix in the collection chamber 225 to flow back to the second storage chamber 411 through the notch under the capillary force of the liquid guide tube 233 after the external environmental conditions recover, thereby realizing the reuse of the leaked atomizing matrix and reducing waste of the atomizing matrix.

[0046] In one embodiment, such as Figure 9As shown, the drainage component 24 has a receiving groove 241, and the free end 235 is inserted into the receiving groove 241. The receiving groove 241 can penetrate two opposing surfaces of the drainage component 24, i.e., the receiving groove 241 can be a through groove; or the receiving groove 241 can penetrate only one surface of the drainage component 24, i.e., the receiving groove 241 can be a blind groove. In the extension direction of the liquid guide tube 233, the length of the free end 235 inserted into the receiving groove 241 is less than the depth of the receiving groove 241, so that the drainage component 24 will not block the end opening of the free end 235. The ventilation channel 236 includes a ventilation gap 239, and the groove wall of the receiving groove 241 is spaced apart from at least a portion of the outer wall of the free end 235 to form the ventilation gap 239. The liquid replenishment component 40 can exchange gases with the collection chamber 225 through the ventilation gap 239. When the external temperature rises, the air pressure inside the liquid replenishment component 40 can be balanced with the external air pressure, thereby reducing the leakage of the atomized matrix inside the liquid replenishment component 40 and helping to reduce the risk of leakage of the atomized matrix.

[0047] The liquid guide tube 233 can be generally cylindrical. For example, the liquid guide tube 233 can be cylindrical or prismatic, that is, the liquid guide tube 233 can have a uniform cross-section in its extension direction.

[0048] Please see Figure 9 In one embodiment, within a reference cross-section perpendicular to the extension direction of the liquid guide tube 233, the cross-sectional dimension of the free end 235 is smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the portion of the liquid guide tube 233 outside the free end 235. With this configuration, the liquid guide tube 233 can have a variable cross-section in its extension direction. For example, the cross-section of the liquid guide tube 233 can be reduced at the free end 235. By reducing the cross-section of the free end 235, on the one hand, it is easier for the outer wall of the free end 235 to form a ventilation gap 239 with the wall of the receiving groove 241, allowing the liquid replenishment component 40 to exchange gases with the collecting chamber 225 through the ventilation gap 239; on the other hand, since the portion of the liquid guide tube 233 outside the free end 235 has a larger cross-sectional dimension, it is beneficial to improve the strength of the liquid guide tube 233, making it less prone to damage during assembly. The variable cross-section of the liquid guide tube 233 can be a smooth transition or a stepped section.

[0049] The free end 235 may have a portion of its outer wall forming a ventilation gap 239 with the wall of the receiving groove 241, while another portion of its outer wall abuts against the wall of the receiving groove 241. That is, the ventilation gap 239 may not be connected along the circumference of the free end 235.

[0050] In one embodiment, the ventilation gap 239 is arranged around the outer wall of the free end 235. That is, the ventilation gap 239 is circumferentially connected along the free end 235. On the one hand, it can increase the volume of the ventilation gap 239, which is beneficial for the liquid replenishment component 40 to exchange gases with the collection chamber 225 through the ventilation gap 239; on the other hand, the shape of the free end 235 is relatively regular, which can facilitate the processing of the liquid guide tube 233.

[0051] In one embodiment, such as Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 11 , Figure 12 As shown, the atomizing assembly 20 includes a sealing element 28, which enhances the airtightness of the atomizing assembly 20. The sealing element 28 includes a first sealing element 281, which is disposed between the cover 22 and the bracket 23. The first sealing element 281 can be made of a material with a certain elastic deformation capacity, such as silicone or rubber. When the first sealing element 281 is interference-fitted into the atomizing assembly 20, it undergoes elastic deformation, allowing it to seal the gap between the bracket 23 and the cover 22, thereby enhancing the airtightness of the first liquid storage chamber 224 and preventing leakage of the atomizing matrix. At least a portion of the first sealing element 281 is housed within the cover 22. The first sealing element 281 has a first mounting hole 288, and one end of the atomizing core 21 is inserted into the first mounting hole 288. The atomizing core 21 is inserted into the first mounting hole 288 of the first seal 281, so that the first seal 281 can further seal the gap between the atomizing core 21 and the bracket 23. One seal seals multiple components, which can reduce the number of seals.

[0052] The first liquid storage chamber 224 and the collection chamber 225 can be formed in relatively independent components, so that the positions of the first liquid storage chamber 224 and the collection chamber 225 are relatively dispersed, and the setting position of the collection chamber 225 can be more flexible. Alternatively, in one embodiment, such as Figure 5As shown, the collecting chamber 225 and the first liquid storage chamber 224 are arranged adjacent to each other. This arrangement makes the collecting chamber 225 and the first liquid storage chamber 224 relatively concentrated, which, compared to a dispersed arrangement, reduces the gap between components, thereby improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the atomizing assembly 20 and facilitating its miniaturization. A first sealing member 281 forms at least a portion of the cavity wall of the collecting chamber 225 and the first liquid storage chamber 224 on the side away from the nozzle 10. The first sealing member 281 has a first pressure regulating groove 286, which connects the collecting chamber 225 and the first liquid storage chamber 224. The ventilation channel 236 communicates with the external space of the atomizer 100 via the collecting chamber 225, the first pressure regulating groove 286, and the first liquid storage chamber 224. By placing the first air pressure regulating groove 286 on the cavity wall of the collection chamber 225 and the first liquid storage chamber 224 on the side away from the nozzle 10, the influence of the first air pressure regulating groove 286 on the cavity wall of the side of the collection chamber 225 can be reduced, and the effective volume of the collection chamber 225 can be increased. The collection chamber 225 can store more leaked atomized matrix, thereby reducing the risk of atomized matrix leakage.

[0053] In one embodiment, such as Figure 6 , Figure 10 As shown, a first air pressure regulating hole 237 is provided on the bracket 23, and the first liquid storage chamber 224 can communicate with the external space of the atomizer 100 through the first air pressure regulating hole 237. Since the bracket 23 is located on the side of the cover 22 away from the mouthpiece 10, and the first air pressure regulating hole 237 is located on the bracket 23, the first air pressure regulating hole 237 is also away from the mouthpiece 10. This reduces the impact of the first air pressure regulating hole 237 on the cavity wall of the first liquid storage chamber 224 near the mouthpiece 10. In some postures of the atomizer 100, such as when the mouthpiece 10 is facing downwards, the atomizing matrix that leaks into the first liquid storage chamber 224 is less likely to flow out through the first air pressure regulating hole 237. The atomizing matrix can be temporarily stored in the first liquid storage chamber 224, further reducing the risk of atomizing matrix leakage.

[0054] The first sealing element 281 may have a through hole connecting the first air pressure regulating groove 286 and the first air pressure regulating hole 237, so that the collecting chamber 225 is connected to the external space of the atomizer 100 in sequence through the first air pressure regulating groove 286, the first liquid storage chamber 224, the through hole, and the first air pressure regulating hole 237. Or, as Figure 6 , Figure 11 , Figure 12As shown, in one embodiment, the first sealing member 281 is further provided with a second air pressure regulating groove 287. The second air pressure regulating groove 287 is disposed on the hole wall of the first mounting hole 288. The side of the second air pressure regulating groove 287 near the atomizing core 21 is connected to the first mounting hole 288. The second air pressure regulating groove 287 connects the first air pressure regulating groove 286 and the first air pressure regulating hole 237. The second pressure regulating groove 287 is disposed on the wall of the first mounting hole 288. The side of the second pressure regulating groove 287 near the atomizing core 21 is connected to the first mounting hole 288. The second pressure regulating groove 287 is an open groove with one side connected to the first mounting hole 288. On the one hand, compared with a closed hole, the second pressure regulating groove 287 is easier to process. On the other hand, by using the side wall of the atomizing core 21 to seal one side of the second pressure regulating groove 287, the second pressure regulating groove 287 can be as close as possible to the first mounting hole 288, thereby reducing the space occupied by the second pressure regulating groove 287 on the first sealing member 281, which is beneficial to reducing the volume of the first sealing member 281.

[0055] When assembling the atomizing core 21, a gap can be left between the end of the atomizing core 21 away from the mouthpiece and the bracket 23, so that the second air pressure regulating groove 287 can be connected to the first air pressure regulating hole 237 through the gap. Or, as Figure 4 , Figure 11 , Figure 12 As shown, in one embodiment, the first sealing element 281 includes a sealing body 284 and a first limiting element 285. The sealing body 284 is disposed between the cover 22 and the bracket 23, and at least a portion of the sealing body 284 is accommodated in the cover 22. A first mounting hole 288 is formed in the sealing body 284, and the first limiting element 285 protrudes from the first mounting hole 288. The first limiting element 285 can be integrally formed with the sealing body 284, or it can be assembled and connected to the sealing body 284. The first limiting element 285 can be a protrusion or a flange. The end of the atomizing core 21 away from the nozzle 10 abuts against the first limiting element 285. The first limiting element 285 is provided with a third air pressure regulating groove 289, which connects the second air pressure regulating groove 287 and the first air pressure regulating hole 237. The first limiting member 285 is protruding from the first mounting hole 288. The end of the atomizing core 21 away from the mouthpiece 10 abuts against the first limiting member 285. The first limiting member 285 can restrict the assembly position of the end of the atomizing core 21 away from the mouthpiece 10, which can facilitate the assembly and positioning of the atomizing core 21 and ensure that the end of the atomizing core 21 away from the mouthpiece 10 will not affect the communication between the second air pressure regulating groove 287 and the first air pressure regulating hole 237.

[0056] Please see Figure 4 , Figure 5In one embodiment, the atomizing component 20 includes a liquid-absorbing element 25. The liquid-absorbing element 25 is a porous medium, such as fiber cotton. At least a portion of the liquid-absorbing element 25 is located between the nozzle 10 and the cover plate 221. The liquid-absorbing element 25 can be a single piece, in which case the entire liquid-absorbing element 25 can be located between the nozzle 10 and the cover plate 221; or, the liquid-absorbing element 25 can be multiple separate liquid-absorbing components, in which case a portion of the liquid is absorbed between the nozzle 10 and the cover plate 221, and another portion of the liquid is absorbed and wrapped around the outer periphery of the airway tube at the nozzle 10, so that the liquid-absorbing element 25 has a large volume and can absorb a large amount of liquid. The liquid-absorbing element 25 can absorb condensate or un-atomized atomizing matrix in the aerosol, thereby improving the taste of the aerosol.

[0057] In one embodiment, such as Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 13 As shown, the cover 22 includes a cover plate 221, a side wall 222, and a partition 223. The cover plate 221 is located near the nozzle 10. The side wall 222 is connected to the side of the cover plate 221 away from the nozzle 10. The partition 223 is connected to the side wall 222 and the cover plate 221. The partition 223 divides the internal space formed by the side wall 222, the cover plate 221, and the support 23 into a first liquid storage chamber 224 and a collection chamber 225. This arrangement allows the partition 223 to form a shared cavity wall for the first liquid storage chamber 224 and the collection chamber 225, thereby reducing material usage and lowering costs.

[0058] Please see Figure 4 , Figure 5 The atomizing component 20 includes a first liquid guiding element 27. The connecting pipe 232 has a liquid guiding hole 234, through which the first liquid guiding element 27 passes. One end of the first liquid guiding element 27 is housed within the connecting pipe 232, and the other end is housed in the first liquid storage chamber 224, and is in fluid communication with the liquid storage component 26. The first liquid guiding element 27 can be rod-shaped or strip-shaped. The first liquid guiding element 27 is a porous medium, such as porous fiber, porous ceramic, porous metal, porous glass, or porous plastic. The first liquid storage chamber 224 is connected to the second liquid storage chamber 411 via the first liquid guiding element 27, and the first liquid guiding element 27 is used to transfer the atomizing matrix in the replenishment component 40 to the first liquid storage chamber 224. The first liquid guiding component 27 is configured to fluidly connect the second liquid storage chamber 411 and the first liquid storage chamber 224. The first liquid guiding component 27 can adjust the rate at which the atomized matrix in the second liquid storage chamber 411 flows from the liquid guiding hole 234 to the first liquid storage chamber 224, thereby preventing leakage due to excessive flow rate.

[0059] In one embodiment, such as Figure 4 , Figure 5As shown, the sealing element 28 includes a second sealing element 282, which is disposed between the cover plate 221 and the liquid suction element 25. When the second sealing element 282 is interference-fitted into the atomizing assembly 20, it can seal the gap between the suction nozzle 10 and the cover 22, thereby enhancing the airtightness of the collection chamber 225 and the first liquid storage chamber 224 and preventing leakage of the atomizing matrix.

[0060] Please see Figure 5 In one embodiment, the atomizing core 21 includes a heating element 211, a second liquid guiding element 212, and an atomizing tube 213. The second liquid guiding element 212 is used to transfer the atomizing matrix to the heating element 211, which is used to generate heat when energized, thus atomizing the atomizing matrix. Exemplarily, the second liquid guiding element 212 is a cotton liquid guiding element, which wraps around the outer periphery of the heating element 211 and is at least partially housed within the atomizing tube 213. This allows the heating element 211, the second liquid guiding element 212, and the atomizing tube 213 to form a relatively independent module, which is then assembled into the first liquid storage chamber 224 via the atomizing tube 213, achieving modular assembly of the atomizing core 21 and improving production efficiency.

[0061] The replenishment component 40 is configured to be used in conjunction with the nebulizer 100. For example... Figure 4 , Figure 5 As shown, the liquid replenishment assembly 40 may include a liquid storage bottle 41, a fixed cap 42, a movable cap 43, and a spring 44. The liquid storage bottle 41 has a second liquid storage chamber 411 and a connection port 412. The connection port 412 may be located at one end of the liquid storage bottle 41 near the mouthpiece 10. The fixed cap 42 is fixedly installed at the connection port 412 of the liquid storage bottle 41. The movable cap 43 is at least partially slidably accommodated within the fixed cap 42. The spring 44 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the movable cap 43 and connects the fixed cap 42 and the movable cap 43 respectively. When the atomizer 100 is activated, the connecting tube 232 is inserted into the fixed cap 42 and pushes the movable cap 43 to move, so that the second liquid storage chamber 411 communicates with the first liquid storage chamber 224, thereby activating the atomizer 100. The sealing element 28 includes a third sealing element 283, which is sleeved on the outside of the connecting tube 232. The spring 44 is used to hold the movable cover 43 against the third sealing element 283, thereby enhancing the airtightness of the connection between the movable cover 43 and the connecting tube 232 and reducing the risk of leakage of the atomized matrix.
