In this design product, transparent resin is set on a transparent substrate, and the locally transparent resin picks up semiconductor elements or micro light-emitting diodes arranged on another substrate and transfers them to yet another substrate, and the surface of the transparent resin has protrusions arranged in a grid pattern. 3.
