Abstract

1. Name of the designed product: Sealer and its main body of gradient dispenser. 2. Overall use of the product: The designed product is used as a tube sealer or heat sealer of a gradient dispenser. Gradient dispenser is a laboratory instrument used to create and dispense density gradient for sample separation and purification. The gradient dispenser is configured to automate a gradient containing reagents of different densities for a centrifugation process to separate sample components according to their different densities. The designed product is used to seal the container (e.g. test tube) after the gradient is dispensed into the container. Partial use of the product: The partial design of claim 2, 3, 4 is used as the main body of the sealer. 3. Design points of the designed product: The shape of the solid line shown in each view. 4.
