Tricyclic amidino compounds as prmt5 inhibitors

Abstract

This document provides compounds of Formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The provided compounds are useful as inhibitors of the protein arginine N-methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5). Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, methods of use of these compounds, and methods of manufacture of these compounds are also disclosed. Additional uses and advantages are described herein.
