Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for fastening a window pane to a window lifter of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, and to a pane holder for this purpose according to the preamble of patent claims 1 and 7 of the invention. It is known from practice to displace a movable window pane of a vehicle from a closed position into an open position and back by means of a sinking and lifting mechanism which is operated by electric motor, if appropriate. In this respect, DE 10 2005 020 052 A1 describes a pane holder for a window lifter, which has a base part and a clamping part interacting therewith, which are both stamped sheet metal bent parts. A clamping rubber is interposed between the base portion and the clamping portion, and a gap into which the window glass can be inserted is defined within the clamping rubber. Base and clamping parts are fastened by means of a clamping screw to a slide of the lowering and lifting mechanism by the clamping screw being tightened and pressing the clamping part against the base part.Furthermore, DE 43 36 107 C2 discloses a pane holder coupled to a lowering and lifting mechanism, which in turn is formed by a U-profile and in which the pane is fixed by adhesion. Specific measures regarding the coupling of the pane holder to the above-mentioned lowering and lifting mechanism cannot be gathered from this publication.DE 199 02 059 C2 furthermore describes an elongate disc holder which for its part has an upwardly open U-profile-shaped holding section for a retractable side disc, which is adjoined at the bottom by a web-like connecting section for the direct fastening of the disc holder together with the side disc by means of a fastening screw on a retracting and lifting mechanism. The side pane is in turn glued into the U-profile-shaped holding section of the pane holder. From DE 196 40 394 A1 a window lifting arrangement with clamping devices is known, which clamping devices comprise clamps in the form of a movable and a fixed part, which are pulled against the lower edge of the pane by means of an elastic tension element and by means of a U-shaped profile thereof. The clamps are tightened and fixed against the disc by means of a nut screwed on a threaded axis. The clamping device is detachably connected to a rotor of the window lifter arrangement.DE 11 92 551 B discloses a U-profile-shaped window holder of the generic type, viewed in cross section, for receiving a window of a vehicle sliding window, to which a tapered part of the window holder adjoins at the bottom for connecting a lifting arm of a window lifter arrangement. The pane holder consists of a steel sheet and is connected to the edge of the pane by adhesive bonding. In contrast, DE 20 2010 011 647 U1 discloses a pane holder of the generic type made of plastic, having a first U-profile-shaped part for receiving a window pane and having a second web-shaped part adjoining the latter in a downward direction, to which a driver of a window lifter arrangement is connected. In the assembled state, a pin of a leg engages in a corresponding bore of the second, web-shaped part. From the generic DE 601 10 698 T2 an arrangement for fastening a window pane to a window lifter of a vehicle is further known, comprising a pane holder, which in turn comprises a holding section for fastening the pane holder to the window pane and a connecting section for fastening the pane holder together with the window pane to a clamping jaw element of a lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter. The holding section of the pane holder is formed by a U-profile, open at the top as seen in cross section, with a profile base and two profile flanges laterally enclosing the window pane, as well as a connecting section of the pane holder, in the form of a fastening web, adjoining the profile base at the bottom. When considering the profile base and the fastening web, a T-profile is formed, as seen in cross section. The pane holder is fastened to the lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter by means of two clamping jaws of the clamping jaw element laterally enclosing and clamping the fastening web. The two clamping jaws have mutually corresponding bores for receiving a fastening screw passing through the same and a corresponding recess in the fastening web. Moreover, according to the already disclosed internal state of the art of the applicant, an alternative generic arrangement for fastening a window pane to a window lifter of a vehicle is known, having a pane holder, which in turn has a holding section for fastening the pane holder to the window pane and a connecting section for fastening the pane holder together with the window pane to a clamping jaw element of a lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter. The holding section of the pane holder is formed by an elongated U-profile which is open at the top when viewed in cross section and has a profile base and two profile flanges laterally enclosing the window pane, wherein a connecting section of the pane holder in the form of a fastening web adjoins the profile base at the bottom in such a way that a T-profile is formed when viewed in cross section between the profile base and the fastening web. The pane holder together with the window pane can be fastened to the lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter by means of two clamping jaws of the clamping jaw element laterally enclosing and clamping the fastening web. The window pane is glued into the said U-profile of the pane holder. The pane holder, which is preferably designed as an extruded profile, functions as an intermediate element or adapter between the clamping jaw element and the window pane. This design results from the need to be able to install laminated safety glass in a vehicle in a simple and cost-effective manner as desired instead of conventional single-pane safety glass, which in turn has a greater thickness with respect to single-pane safety glass. Due to the use of such an intermediate element or adapter for a laminated safety glass in particular, the entire arrangement, however, is constructed as seen in the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction) and accordingly requires a larger installation space as seen in the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction) in comparison with conventional fastening measures, i.e. measures without the use of such an adapter. In order to counter this situation, it is indicated to make changes to the lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter, which, however, involves increased effort. This is where the invention described below starts. It is the object of the invention to further improve the generic arrangement in such a way that, with respect to the pane holder used as intermediate element or adapter, a complicated adaptation of the lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter with a view to maintaining the conventional overall height is avoided. It is a further object of the invention to provide a suitable disc holder for this purpose.Starting from an arrangement for fastening a window pane to a window lifter of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, having at least one pane holder which in turn has a holding section for fastening the pane holder to the window pane and a connecting section for fastening the pane holder together with the window pane to a clamping jaw element of a lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter, wherein the holding section of the pane holder is formed by a U-profile, open upwards as seen in cross section, having a profile base and two profile flanges laterally enclosing the window pane, wherein a connecting section of the pane holder in the form of a fastening web adjoins the profile base downwards in such a way that, as seen in cross section, a T-profile is formed when the profile base and the fastening web are seen, and wherein the pane holder together with the window pane is fastened to the recess and lift mechanism of the window lifter by means of two clamping jaws of the clamping jaw element laterally enclosing and clamping the fastening web, the set object is achieved in that the profile flanges of the U-profile of the pane holder each have a window-like cutout which extends at least into the profile bottom of the U-profile, wherein the two clamping jaws of the clamping jaw element are inserted at least in sections into said cutout and are connected to the fastening web by clamping. This measure makes it extremely simple and cost-effective to avoid the larger installation space in the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction) which is required per se from the use of said adapters, since the clamping jaws can be inserted during the installation into the respectively assigned window-like cutout of the profile flanges and can be arranged at least in sections in the region of the U profile. The dependent claims describe preferred refinements or refinements of the invention. The fastening web of the pane holder and / or the clamping jaws can then be designed or dimensioned in such a way that the clamping jaws are inserted into the cutout in each case in a plane laterally adjacent to the plane of the window pane and are connected to the fastening web by clamping. This measure advantageously allows the clamping jaws to extend as far as the region of the window pane which is gripped by the U-profile of the pane holder. Furthermore, the pane holder can be designed both as an extruded profile and as a sheet metal bent part, in particular a stamped bent part. The latter permits the formation of the pane holder in a single working step with the said cut-outs. Advantageously, the window pane can be glued into the U-profile of the pane holder, whereby a simple and cost-effective joint connection is effected between the window pane and the pane holder. As regards the jaw member, it may be detachably connected or connectable to the lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter, thereby facilitating any servicing thereon. In contrast, at least one clamping jaw of the clamping jaw element can also be non-detachably connected to the lowering and lifting mechanism of the window lifter, whereby the number of components of the arrangement in question is advantageously reduced. The pane holder, which in turn has a holding section for fastening the pane holder to a window pane of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, and a connecting section for fastening the pane holder together with the window pane to a clamping jaw element of a lowering and lifting mechanism of a window lifter of the vehicle, wherein the holding section of the pane holder is formed by a U-profile, open at the top when viewed in cross section, having a profile base and two profile flanges laterally enclosing the window pane, wherein a connecting section of the pane holder in the form of a fastening web adjoins the profile base at the bottom in such a way that a T-profile is formed when the profile base and the fastening web are viewed in cross section, and wherein the pane holder together with the window pane can be fastened to the recess and lift mechanism of the window lifter by means of two clamping jaws of the clamping jaw element laterally enclosing and clamping the fastening web, characterised in that the profile flanges of the U-profile of the pane holder each have a window-like cutout which extends at least into the profile bottom of the U-profile, wherein the two clamping jaws of the clamping jaw element can be inserted at least in sections into said cutout and can be connected to the fastening web by clamping. The fastening web of the pane holder and / or the clamping jaws can furthermore be designed or dimensioned in such a way that the clamping jaws can be inserted into the cutout in each case in a plane laterally adjacent to the plane of the pane and can be connected to the fastening web by clamping. The pane holder can be designed as an extruded profile or sheet metal bent part. The invention also relates to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, having an arrangement or having a pane holder of the type described above. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown extremely schematically in the drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a vehicle in a side view, with side doors, which in turn each have at least one window pane that can be moved by means of a window lifter, FIG. 2 shows an arrangement for fastening a window pane to a window lifter of the vehicle in a single illustration (prior art), FIG. 3 shows the detail "Z" with the representation of a conventional disk holder of the arrangement according to FIG. 2 (prior art), FIG. 4 shows the detailed view of a disk holder of an arrangement according to the invention according to FIG. 2, FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line "I--I" of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 shows the section "II-II" according to FIG. 4 according to a first design variant of the disk holder, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view of the slice holder taken along line "II'-II'" of FIG. 4 according to a second embodiment of the invention.FIG. 1 first shows a vehicle 1 known per se, in the present case a passenger car, the vehicle doors 2, here side doors, of which each have at least one window pane 4 which can be moved by means of a window lifter 3 shown in more detail in FIG. 2.The window lifter 3 has guide rails 5, which in turn are fixed to the door frame of the vehicle door 2, which is not shown in detail. A lowering and lifting mechanism 7 for the window pane 4 is supported on the guide rails 5, which is known per se and is accordingly not described and shown in detail and is operated by means of an electric motor 6 (FIG. 2 ).According to Figs. 2 to 4, said lowering and lifting mechanism 7 comprises a clamping jaw element 8 which is known per se and which in turn engages a disc holder 9. The clamping jaw element 8 has two clamping jaws 10, which in turn are adjustable relative to each other by means of a mechanical fastening element, in particular a screw, not shown in detail. According to a first possible embodiment, the clamping jaw element 8 can be detachably connected to the lowering and lifting mechanism 7 (not shown in the drawing). In contrast, at least one of the clamping jaws 10 of the clamping jaw element 8 can also be non-detachably connected to the lowering and lifting mechanism 7, for example can be formed integrally with a component thereof (not shown in the drawing). The pane holder 9 has a holding section for fastening the pane holder 9 to the window pane 4 and a connecting section for fastening the pane holder 9 together with the window pane 4 to said clamping jaw element 8. The disk holder 9 is designed here as an extruded profile made of metal. Also encompassed by the invention is a disk holder 9 made of another suitable material, such as a suitable plastic or composite material. Furthermore, the pane holder 9 can also be produced as a bent sheet metal part from a sheet metal blank, wherein the sheet metal blank is understood to mean not only a blank made of metal, but also made of plastic or another suitable material, such as a composite material (not illustrated in the drawing).According to FIGS. 3 and 4 in conjunction with FIG. 5, the holding section of the pane holder 9 is formed by an elongate U-shaped profile 11 which is open upwards as seen in cross section and has a profile base 12 and two profile flanges 13, 14 laterally enclosing the pane 4. The connecting section of the disk holder 9 in the form of a fastening web 15 adjoins the profile base 12 in one piece at the bottom, namely in such a way that a T-profile is formed when the profile base 12 and the fastening web 15 are viewed in cross section. In the present case, the fastening web 15 is arranged as far as possible centrally of the profile base 12. An off-center arrangement is not excluded, however, and is accordingly also covered by the invention (not shown in more detail). The window pane 4 is preferably glued into the U-profile 11 of the pane holder 9 (adhesive 16). In the assembled state, the fastening web 15 is fastened to the lowering and lifting mechanism 7 of the window lifter 3 by means of the clamping jaws 10 of the clamping jaw element 8 laterally enclosing and clamping them.As already stated in the introduction, the pane holder 9 functions as an intermediate element or adapter between the clamping jaw element 8 and the window pane 4, so that, with reference to FIG. 3, the entire arrangement builds up compared to conventional fastening measures, i.e. fastening measures without the use of such an adapter, as seen in the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction) and requires a larger installation space per se in the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction). In order to counter this situation, it would be conceivable or obvious to undertake changes to the lowering and lifting mechanism 7 of the window lifter 3, which is however associated with an increased outlay. In contrast, it is now proposed with reference in particular to FIGS. 4, 6 and 7 that the profile flanges 13, 14 of the U-profile 11 of the pane holder 9 each have a window-like cutout 17 which extends at least as far as the profile base 12 of the U-profile 11, in the present case as far as the upper section of the fastening web 15, so that the clamping jaws 10 of the clamping jaw element 8, as viewed in the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction), can be inserted at least in sections into said cutout 17 and subsequently connected to the fastening web 15.As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 4 and 5, the window pane 4 is glued into the U-shaped profile 11 at a distance from the profile base 12. This spacing 18 is advantageously available in order to arrange the upper region of the clamping jaws 10 therein and thus to save overall height (cf. in particular. FIG. 6 ).According to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 6, however, it can also be indicated to form or dimension the fastening web 15 of the pane holder 9 in such a way, for example to form its thickness or to equip it with spacers, not shown in more detail, that the clamping jaws 10 can be inserted into the cutout 11 in each case in a plane laterally adjacent to the plane of the window pane 4 and can be firmly connected to the fastening web 15 by clamping. In this case, it should be noted that the clamping jaws 10 do not touch the window pane 4, but are merely fixed on the fastening web 15 in order to avoid damage to the window pane 4. In contrast to this, or in combination with the above design variants, the clamping jaws 10 can of course also be designed or dimensioned, for example fitted or fitted with spacers, not shown in detail, in such a way that the clamping jaws 10 can be inserted into the cutout 11 in a plane laterally adjacent to the plane of the window pane 4 and can be firmly connected to the fastening web 15 by clamping. The arrangement of the clamping jaws 9 is thus not limited to the spacing 18 in the U-profile 11 in the plane of the window pane 4 below the latter, but the clamping jaws 9 can also extend beyond this, as seen in the vehicle vertical direction (z direction), and namely into the region laterally adjacent to the window pane 4.If the pane holder 9 is to be formed, for example, from a sheet metal blank, the window-like cut-outs 11 can be formed in a working step with the production of the pane holder 9 by a punching-bending method known per se (not shown in more detail). This above-described special design of the pane holder 9 with window-like cut-outs 11 not only serves to save on overall height, but is also advantageously suitable for compensating tolerances during assembly.List of reference characters1 Vehicle 2 Vehicle door 3 Window lifter 4 Window pane 5 Guide rail 6 Electric motor 7 Lowering and lifting mechanism 8 Clamping jaw element 9 Pane holder 10 Clamping jaws 11 U-profile 12 Profile base 13 Profile flange 14 Profile flange 15 Fastening web 16 Adhesive 17 Cutout 18 Spacing
