Description

Electrical switching devices, such as circuit breakers, have the task of decoupling one or a number of consumers from a voltage supply network if a particular fault occurs. The classic fault is the occurrence of a short-circuit current, and the circuit breakers are conventionally designed to move a switching element in the case of such a short-circuit current and thus to decouple the connection between loads and voltage supply network. The invention relates to plug-in frames for electrical plug-in switching devices, in particular to plug-in circuit breakers in the low-voltage range. By "low voltage" is typically meant voltages of up to about 2000 volts. With a corresponding structural design of the switching isolation paths, such switching devices can also be designed for switching voltages above 2000 volts, such as up to 6.3 kV, for example. In particular, such electrical plug-in switching devices, such as low-voltage circuit breakers, are designed for interrupting current paths in the event of an overcurrent or in the event of a short circuit. They can be single-pole or multipolar, in particular three-pole.It is known to provide circuit breakers with an adapter base for simple and rapid assembly or disassembly, for example in a plug-in frame, which adapter base is usually designed as a plug-in or plug-in base. In this way, power switches can be connected to the lines of an electrical power supply network in a force-fitting and easily detachable manner for the purpose of supplying energy. For this purpose, the adapter sockets have connections on the input side and on the output side, to which connections the lines of the power supply and the circuits to be supplied with electrical energy are connected with their consumers. For the electrical connection of the mostly cuboidal circuit breaker to the adapter base, plug contacts which correspond to one another are located on these and are inserted into one another after the circuit breaker has been pushed onto the plug-in frame and thus produce the electrical connection. For switching on and off, the circuit breakers generally have a manually operable switching lever on their front side. In this case, for each housing size, for example a series of modular parts, an adapter base with the corresponding base size can be provided. For lowering and raising an electrical plug-in switching device inserted into a plug-in frame, a crank is preferably used. By rotating the crank, the electrical plug-in switching device can be moved within the plug-in frame in order to be connected to the adapter socket or disconnected therefrom. That is to say that the electrical plug-in switching device can be coupled to the crank of the plug-in frame in such a way that, when the crank is rotated in a first direction, the electrical plug-in switching device is pulled into the plug-in frame, in particular in the direction of the adapter base, during which the electrical plug-in switching device is moved away from the adapter base when the crank is rotated in a second direction opposite the first direction. Thus, a plug-in switching device can be moved by means of the crank and the spindle into a connected position, in which it is completely connected, in particular electrically, to a non-connected position, in which the plug-in switching device is separated, in particular electrically, from the adapter base, and optionally into a test position, which lies between the connected position and the non-connected position. In all three positions, the plug-in switching device is located in the plug-in frame or is guided on the plug-in frame. If the plug-in switching device is completely removed from the plug-in frame, the plug-in frame is in a non-blocked position. In EP 1 098 407 A1 a circuit breaker moving structure is disclosed for use with a circuit breaker to move the circuit breaker to be connected to or disconnected from a circuit breaker connecting device. The moving structure includes a drawbar assembly constructed and arranged to be mounted to the circuit breaker connector. A guide assembly is constructed and arranged to be mounted to the circuit breaker. The tow bar assembly includes a drive structure constructed and arranged to be actuated to engage the guide assembly and cause the circuit breaker to move with respect to the circuit breaker connector.DE 102 03 700 C1 relates to an extension device for a circuit breaker, which can be inserted into a basic unit and removed therefrom again, for which purpose its active side wall is equipped with a spindle gear, which can be driven by means of a drive tool to be attached. In order to equip the extension device with additional functions if necessary, an additional device is provided which can be mounted on the active side wall and contains locking and display means.WO 01 / 71 869 A2 discloses a plug-in arrangement for solid-state circuit breakers. A circuit breaker connector system generally includes a connector base to which the extraction mechanism is attached. The base includes a right plate and a left plate. A circuit breaker is movable between the right plate and the left plate and retractably connected to the plug-in base by the action of the extraction mechanism. The pull-out mechanism of the present disclosure includes a shaft connecting the right panel to the left panel, which provides rigidity to the system and balances the circuit breaker during movement. When a crank is inserted into the extraction mechanism and used to rotate a lead screw connected therein, a rider positioned about the lead screw is prevented from rotating because it is trapped between a pair of plates. The movement is thereby translated into linear movement which is used to move the circuit breaker into or out of engagement with the plug-in base.DE 10 2007 024 977 A1 discloses a front assembly for a device carrier and has a manual slide arranged on an operating front of the front assembly, biased and guided so as to be movable substantially parallel to the operating front, for releasing an access opening for setting two or more switching positions of the device carrier. The front assembly has a handle for actuating a main switch of the device carrier. The front assembly accommodates a locking device for mutually locking the manual slide and the main switch. It is an object of the invention to provide a slide-in frame for an electrical slide-in switching device, in particular a slide-in circuit breaker, which makes it possible in a simple and space-saving manner to block the slide-in frame both with respect to the insertion of a crank and with respect to the insertion or removal of an electrical slide-in switching device into or from the slide-in frame. This object is achieved according to the invention by a plug-in frame for an electrical plug-in switching device having the features according to claim 1 and by a unit comprising a plug-in frame and an electrical plug-in switching device having the features according to claim 15. Further features and details of the invention are evident from the dependent claims, the description and the attached figures. Features which are described in connection with the plug-in frame according to the invention naturally also apply in connection with the unit according to the invention and vice versa, so that with regard to the disclosure reference is or can always be made reciprocally to the individual aspects of the invention.According to the first aspect of the invention, the object is achieved by a plug-in frame for an electrical plug-in switching device, in particular a plug-in circuit breaker, having an adapter base for electrically connecting the plug-in switching device to a power supply, a spindle for lowering and raising the plug-in switching device relative to the plug-in frame, a crank for actuating the spindle, a first side wall for laterally holding and / or guiding the plug-in switching device in the plug-in frame, wherein the first side wall has a crank opening on its front side for passing the crank through the first side wall to the spindle. The slide-in frame is further characterized in that the first side wall has, on the side facing the slide-in switching device, a guide running as far as the front side, in which the slide-in switching device can be guided along, and in that a first shut-off device is provided for releasing or at least partially covering the crank opening and a second shut-off device is provided for releasing or at least partially covering the crank opening, wherein the first shut-off device can be actuated manually or by the slide-in switching deviceSuch a plug-in frame for an electrical plug-in switching device can ensure in a simple and space-saving manner that the plug-in frame can be locked both with respect to the insertion of a crank and with respect to the insertion or removal of an electrical plug-in switching device into or from the plug-in switching frame. This means that such a rack enables the rack to be blocked against unauthorized insertion of a crank and at the same time the rack to be blocked against unauthorized insertion or removal of a circuit breaker into or from the rack. That is, the rack enables, in a simple manner, the prevention of the insertion of a crank for moving a rack switch device located in the rack by means of the crank and, at the same time, a rack formed in such a manner prevents a rack switch device from being inserted into the rack at all or removed from the rack at all.The plug-in frame has an adapter base for electrically connecting the plug-in switching device to an energy supply. Advantageously, corresponding connection devices, generally connector plugs, are provided on the plug-in socket and on the electrical plug-in switching device. Furthermore, the plug-in frame has a first side wall which serves for laterally holding and / or guiding the plug-in switching device in the plug-in frame. Preferably, two or more side walls are provided, into which the electrical plug-in switching device can be inserted, in particular in a positively locking manner, until it makes electrical contact with the adapter base. The first side wall has a crank opening on its front side, which serves for the passage of the crank to the spindle of the slide-in frame. The spindle enables lowering and raising of the plug-in switching device relative to the plug-in frame. The crank is guided through the first side wall of the slide-in frame as far as the spindle, so that the spindle converts a rotational movement of the crank into a translatory movement. This means that the spindle is designed in such a way that it can pull an electrical plug-in switching device into the plug-in frame or can push it out of the plug-in frame. This movement is initiated by a rotational movement of the crank which engages the spindle. This means that a plug-in switching device inserted in the plug-in frame can assume different positions within the plug-in frame. In the state in which it is lifted by the spindle, the plug-in switching device is not connected, in particular electrically, to the adapter base. In the state lowered by the spindle, the plug-in switching device is connected, in particular electrically, to the adapter base. The first side wall has, on the side facing the plug-in switching device, a guide running as far as the front side, in which the plug-in switching device can be guided along when being introduced into the plug-in frame. The first shut-off device has two functions. On the one hand, it serves for releasing or at least partially covering the crank opening and, on the other hand, it serves for releasing or covering the guide. That is, the first blocking means can prevent a crank from being inserted into the first side wall of the slide-in frame. On the other hand, the slide-in frame allows the guide to be released, so that a slide-in switching device located in the slide-in frame can be removed from the slide-in frame or an electrical slide-in switching device can be inserted into the slide-in frame. When the guide is blocked or covered, the first blocking device prevents an electrical plug-in switching device from being inserted into the plug-in frame or a plug-in switching device located in the plug-in frame from being removed from the plug-in frame. In this case, the first shut-off device can be actuated manually by an operator of the slide-in frame. That is, the first shutter may be manually moved by an operator such that the first shutter opens or closes the guide on the front side of the side wall. Furthermore, by a manual movement of the first shut-off device, it can be made possible for the crank opening to be closed or released by the first shut-off device.According to a preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in an insert frame that a second shut-off device is provided for opening or at least partially covering the crank opening, wherein the second shut-off device can be actuated by a manually actuatable closing slide. The second shut-off device serves only for the release or closing of the crank opening in the front side of the first side wall. For this purpose, the second shut-off device can be actuated manually by a closing slide.According to a particularly preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in an insert frame that the first shut-off device and the second shut-off device are arranged with respect to one another in such a way that the first shut-off device does not cover the crank opening when the crank opening is completely covered by the second shut-off device, but closes the guide, that the first shut-off device covers the part of the crank opening not covered by the second shut-off device when the crank opening is partially covered by the second shut-off device and closes the guide, and that the first shut-off device covers the crank opening when the crank opening is not covered by the second shut-off device, but releases the guide. That is, both the first shut-off device and the second shut-off device can each assume three different positions. In the first position, the so-called position A, the first shut-off device closes the guide and releases the crank opening. In this position A of the first shut-off device, the crank opening is covered by the second shut-off device. That is, position A represents the situation where a slot switching device is disposed in the slot frame. Because the second shut-off device covers the crank opening, the first shut-off device cannot be moved in the direction of the crank opening, but is held in position A by the second shut-off device. This means that in position A the first shut-off device and the second shut-off device advantageously abut each other, so that in this position A a movement of the first shut-off device is not made possible due to the second shut-off device. The second shut-off device prevents the first shut-off device from being able to be moved. This means that the relative position of the first shut-off device and the second shut-off device with respect to one another ensures that the guide remains closed, so that an insertion switching device inserted into the insertion frame cannot be removed from the insertion frame. In position B, the first shut-off device partially covers the crank opening and simultaneously closes the guide in the front side of the first side wall. The second part of the crank opening is covered by the second shut-off device. This position B reflects the situation when there is no plug-in switching device in the plug-in frame, that is to say an electrical switching device has been removed from the plug-in frame. In position C, the first shut-off device releases the guide, so that an electrical plug-in switching device can be inserted into the plug-in frame or can be led out of the plug-in frame. At the same time, the first shut-off means covers the crank opening so as to prevent a crank from being inserted into the side wall. The closing disk has moved the second shut-off device in such a way that the second shut-off device has released the crank opening. By releasing the guide on the front side of the first side wall, the slide-in frame is in a non-blocked position. For lowering or raising an insertion switching device relative to the insertion frame by means of the spindle, it is necessary that in position A the second shut-off device releases the crank opening. This is made possible by a manual actuation of the closing slide. The closing slide thereby comes into operative contact with the second shut-off device in such a way that the second shut-off device can be displaced by the closing slide in order to open the crank opening. The second shut-off device and the closing slide provide an extended safety of the slide-in frame. That is, it is only possible to raise or lower an inserted plug-in switching device when the second shut-off device releases the crank opening. For this purpose, a user of the slide-in frame must actuate the closing slide. However, this can advantageously be actuated only when the user is authorized. The first and the second shut-off device thus represent a double safety for inserting or removing an electrical plug-in switching device into or from the plug-in frame and at the same time for moving a plug-in switching device located in the plug-in frame. The first and / or the second shut-off device can be arranged movably on the front side of the first side wall for releasing or covering the crank opening and the guide. Particularly preferably, in the case of an insert frame, it can be provided that the first shut-off device and the second shut-off device are guided, in particular linearly guided, below the front side in the first side wall. This ensures that the first and the second shut-off device are covered by the front side and can therefore be damaged only with difficulty, if at all. This ensures a long functionality of the shut-off devices and thus of the slide-in frame.Advantageously, in the case of an insert frame, it can be provided that the first shut-off device has a handle which is guided in a handle opening in the front side of the first side wall. The handle of the first shut-off device is preferably designed such that it can be gripped manually by an operator from the outside of the side wall. In particular, the handle is guided linearly in the handle opening.According to a further preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in the case of an insert frame that the guide is designed such that a control element of the insert switching device can be guided therein and that the first shut-off device has a cutout through which the control element of the insert switching device can be guided in the case of an aligned arrangement of the cutout of the first shut-off device with respect to the guide of the first side wall, wherein, in the case of an misaligned arrangement of the cutout with respect to the guide, the first shut-off device covers the guide. The control element of the plug-in switching device is preferably designed as a pin projecting on the housing of the plug-in switching device. The plug-in switching device is guided within the plug-in frame via this control element or this control pin. This ensures that the electrical plug-in switching device can be correctly guided along the plug-in frame. The first shut-off device advantageously has a cutout which is arranged on the first shut-off device in such a way that, in the position C, it is arranged in alignment with the guide in the front side of the first side wall. In this position C, the electrical plug-in switching device can be removed from the plug-in frame or an electrical plug-in switching device can be inserted into the plug-in frame. In the case of an out-of-alignment arrangement of the recess of the first shut-off device with the guide of the front side of the first side wall, the first shut-off device covers the guide. In these cases, the first shut-off device is located in positions A or B.In an insert frame according to the invention, it can furthermore be provided that the first blocking device has a latching element and the first side wall, in particular the inner side of the front side of the first side wall, has a counter latching element, which are arranged with respect to one another in such a way that they engage releasably in one another for locking the first blocking device on the first side wall when the crank opening is completely covered by the first blocking device, the so-called position C. This ensures that the guide is reliably released for the introduction or removal of an insertion switching device into the insertion frame or from the insertion frame, that is to say that the first shut-off device can be held securely in this position.According to a further preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in the case of an insert frame that a first spring element is provided, by means of which a force is applied to the first shut-off device from position C in the direction of position B and from position B in the direction of position A. This means that the first spring element ensures that after releasing the latching connection between the first shut-off device and the first side wall, the first shut-off device can be automatically guided from the position C back into the position B and subsequently from the position B back into the position A. That is, the first spring element ensures that the first shut-off device can be automatically moved back into the starting position, which is formed by the position A of the first shut-off device.According to a further preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in an insert frame that the second shut-off device is operatively connected to the closing slide in such a way that, during a movement of the closing slide from a release position into a closing position, the second shut-off device is moved in front of the crank opening in order to cover the crank opening. That is, the movement of the second shut-off device is coupled to the position of the closing slide on the slide-in frame. If the closing slide is in the release position, the second shut-off device does not cover the crank opening, so that a crank can be inserted into the slide-in frame. If the closing slide is moved into the closing position, the closing slide has moved the second shut-off device in such a way that it covers the crank opening, so that the introduction of a crank into the slide-in frame or into the side wall of the slide-in frame is not possible. The movement of the second shut-off device is coupled to the movement of the closing slide. This coupling can be designed in various ways. An insert frame is preferred in which the second shut-off device has an engagement element which is guided in a slotted guide of the slotted slide for establishing the operative connection, i.e. the coupling. This ensures that, during a movement of the closing slide, the second shut-off device is likewise moved. At the same time, it is ensured that, in the case of a non-movement of the closing slide, the second shut-off device cannot also be moved. If, for example, the closing slide is locked in the closing position or the release position, the second shut-off device cannot be moved. This means that the closing slide enables the slide-in frame or the crank opening of the slide-in frame to be released or closed.According to a further preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in an insert frame that a second spring element is provided, which is arranged in such a way that it is prestressed with a force during a movement of the closing slide from the release position into the closing position. This ensures that the closing slide can be guided from the closing position back into the release position by the spring force when a user of the slide-in frame releases the movement of the closing slide. This means that in the closing position, the closing slide can be blocked by the user, for example by a padlock, so that the closing slide remains in the closing position. As soon as the closing slide is released in the closing position, the force of the second spring element causes the closing slide to be moved back into the release position. Preferably, the closing slide is located in the release position within the slide-in frame, while in the closing position it is located at least partially outside the slide-in frame or the first side wall of the slide-in frame. In a preferred slide-in frame, it can be provided that the closing slide has a locking element, in particular an opening, for locking the closing slide in the closing position. Thus, for example, a padlock can be passed through the opening of the closing slide when the latter is in the closing position. This makes it possible to ensure that the closing slide cannot be moved out of the closing position, since in the closing position it has moved the second shut-off device in such a way that it covers the crank opening, it is ensured that a crank cannot be introduced through the crank opening into the interior of the side wall. In this closed position of the closing slide, it can be ensured that an insertion switching device located in the insertion frame cannot be moved. This means that, by locking the closing slide in the closing position and the cover of the crank opening connected thereto by the second shut-off device, it is ensured that an insertion switching device located in the insertion frame remains, for example, securely in the connected position. A movement of the plug-in switching device within the plug-in frame is then not possible, since the spindle, which has to be actuated for lowering or raising the plug-in switching device, is not accessible.According to a further preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in the case of an insert frame that a lock, in particular a cylinder lock, is provided which, when the crank opening is covered by the second shut-off device, is designed for locking the second shut-off device. That is to say, in addition or as an alternative to the locking of the second shut-off device by the closing slide, a lock can be provided on the slide-in frame which is designed for locking the second shut-off device. The lock is preferably designed in such a way that it prevents the movement of the second shut-off device even if it only partially covers the crank opening. This makes it possible to ensure via the lock that neither a crank can be inserted into the crank opening nor an insertion switching device can be removed from the insertion frame or an insertion switching device can be inserted into the insertion frame, since in this position of the second shut-off device the first shut-off device is displaced in such a way that it covers the guide in the front side of the first side wall. That is to say, the slide-in frame can be completely blocked via the lock, which is designed in particular as a cylinder lock within the slide-in frame. The lock or the cylinder lock can advantageously be actuated by a key, so that it is ensured that only authorized persons can actuate the slide-in frame. The closing slide of the slide-in frame advantageously lies in the release position in a depression within the first side wall of the slide-in frame and in the closing position advantageously protrudes at least partially from the first side wall, in particular from the front side of the first side wall.According to a further preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in the case of a rack that a position sensor is provided which is provided for blocking the first blocking device when the first blocking device is in the position P. The position sensor can have a further functionality. Thus, the latter can determine the position of the plug-in switching device within the plug-in frame.According to a second aspect of the invention, the object is achieved by a unit comprising a plug-in frame and an electrical plug-in switching device, in particular a plug-in circuit breaker, particularly preferably a plug-in contact circuit breaker, wherein the plug-in switching device has a housing and a switching mechanism, and wherein the plug-in frame is designed to receive the electrical plug-in switching device. Furthermore, the unit is characterized in that the slide-in frame is formed according to the first aspect of the invention, i.e. is formed according to one of claims 1 to 15. The same advantages apply accordingly to the unit as they are detailed with respect to the slide-in frame according to the first aspect of the invention. Plug-in circuit breakers can be, in particular, electromagnetic self-breakers. They can be used as circuit breakers for securing circuits against short-circuit and / or overload and / or voltage fluctuations. Use as a motor circuit breaker is also conceivable. By configuring the electrical plug-in switching device as a plug-in circuit breaker, in particular as a plug-in compact circuit breaker, the electrical plug-in switching device can be used in a wide range of electrical applications. The plug-in frame of the electrical plug-in switching device is matched to the size of the plug-in frame, so that the plug-in switching device can preferably be inserted into the plug-in frame in a positively locking manner. The plug-in frame advantageously has further side walls in addition to the first side wall, so that the housing of the plug-in switching device is advantageously surrounded by the plug-in frame on all sides when the plug-in switching device is located in the plug-in frame. Only the front side of the plug-in switching device remains freely accessible when it is inserted into the plug-in frame. The present invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures. They show in each case schematically: FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a first shut-off device of an insert frame according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a second shut-off device of an insert frame according to the invention, FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the front side of a first side wall of an insert frame, wherein both a guide in the front side and a crank opening in the front side are closed by the shut-off devices, FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of the first side wall according to FIG. 3, wherein the crank opening is at least partially opened by the second shut-off device, FIG. 5 shows the position of the first shut-off device in position A, once in a perspective view and once in a plan view of the front side of the first side wall of an insert frame, FIG. 6 shows the position B of the first shut-off device, once in a perspective view and once in a front view of the front side of the first side wall of the slide-in frame according to FIG. 5, FIG. 7 shows the position C of the first shut-off device, once in a perspective view and once in a front view of the front side of the first side wall of the slide-in frame according to FIG. 5, FIG. 8 shows a sectional view of a lock and a locking slide of an insert frame according to the invention, wherein the locking slide is in the locking position, and FIG. 9 shows a sectional view of the lock and the locking slide according to FIG. 8, wherein the locking slide is in a release position.Elements with the same function and mode of operation are provided with the same reference numerals in each of FIGS. 1 to 9.FIG. 1 shows schematically in a perspective view a first shut-off device 20 of an insert frame according to the invention for an electrical insert switching device. The first shut-off device 20, which is preferably designed as a shut-off slide, has a handle 21, which can be gripped by a user in order to move the first shut-off device 20 relative to the first side wall 2, in particular the front side 3 of the first side wall 2, of an insert frame. The first shut-off device 20 further comprises a latching element 23, by means of which the first shut-off device 20 can be held in a specific position on the first side wall 2, in particular on the inner side 9 of the front side 3 of the first side wall 2. The latching element 23 is preferably arranged on the first shut-off device 20 in such a way that it enables the first shut-off device 20 to be held in the position when the recess 22 of the first shut-off device 20 is arranged in alignment with a guide 8 on the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame. This ensures that an insertion switching device, in particular a control element 40 of the insertion switching device, can be easily and securely inserted into the guide of the first side wall 2. A side wall 41 of a plug-in switching device with a control element 40 is shown, for example, in FIG. 7. In particular, the recess 22 can have bevels 25 which facilitate the insertion of the plug-in switching device, in particular of the control element 40 of the plug-in switching device, into the recess 22 and thus the guide 8. The first shut-off device 20 has a region which is here represented by a cross on the first shut-off device 20 which is designed for partially or completely covering the crank opening 4 in the front side 3 of the first side wall 2. The first shut-off device 20 shown in FIG. 1 is designed for linear guidance below the front side 3 of the first side wall 2, i.e. on the inner side 9 of the front side 3. The handle 21 is guided through a handle opening 6 of the front side 3 and is guided in this handle opening 6, in particular linearly.FIG. 2 shows schematically in a perspective view a second shut-off device 30, which is configured for partially or completely covering the crank opening 4 in the front side 3 of the first side wall 2. The second shut-off device 30 is preferably likewise mounted such that it can be guided linearly within the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame. Via the engagement element 31, the second shut-off device 30 is in operative contact with a closing slide 5 of the slide-in frame and is likewise moved during a movement of the closing slide 5.FIG. 3 shows schematically in a perspective view the front side 3 of a first side wall 2 of an insert frame, wherein both a guide 8 in the front side 3 and a crank opening 4 in the front side 3 are closed by the shut-off devices 20, 30. In the front side 3 a handle opening 6 is formed through which the handle 21 of the first shut-off device 20 is passed for gripping by a user. The handle opening 6 is designed in such a way that the handle 21 can be guided movably. In the front side 3 of the first side wall 2, the guide 8 is provided, which extends along the side of the side wall 2 facing the plug-in switching device. This guide 8 serves to receive a control element 40 of a plug-in switching device. Thus, among other things, this guide 8 ensures that a plug-in switching device can be inserted into the plug-in frame in a defined manner or can be led out of the plug-in frame in a defined manner. The guide 8 is assigned, in the interior of the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame, a position sensor 15 which is mounted movably within the first side wall 2. This position sensor 15 is moved by the plug-in switching device when it is inserted, and can detect the position of the plug-in switching device within the first side wall of the plug-in frame and pass it on to a position indicator, not shown, so that a viewer can thereby recognize the exact position of the plug-in switching device within the plug-in frame. The first shut-off device 20 is located in a so-called position B. In this position B, no electrical plug-in switching device is located within the plug-in frame. The first shut-off device 20 covers the guide 8 completely on the one hand and half the crank opening 4 on the other hand. The other half of the crank opening 4 is covered by the second shut-off device 30. The second shut-off device 30 is operatively connected to the closing slide 5, which is held movably on the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame. In FIG. 3, the closing slide 5 is located in an intermediate position between a release position F and a closing position V. That is, in the release position F, the closing slide 5 is completely inserted into a depression of the first side wall 2. In the release position F, the closing slide 5 has moved the second shut-off device 30 in such a way that it does not close the crank opening 4. In the closing position V, the closing slide 5 is led out of the first side wall 2 of the crank frame. In this case, the closing slide 5 has moved the second shut-off device 30 in such a way that it completely covers the crank opening 4 in the front side 3 of the first side wall 2. Furthermore, a lock 14, in particular designed as a cylinder lock, is provided on the front side 3 of the first side wall 2. This lock 14 serves, in addition or as an alternative to the locking slide 5, for locking the second shut-off device 30 relative to the front side 3 of the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame. That is, the lock 14 can block the movement of the second shutter 30. In FIG. 3, the lock 14 is in a locking position, in which the lock 14 locks the second blocking device 30 in the position shown.FIG. 4 shows schematically in a perspective view the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame according to FIG. 3, wherein the crank opening 4 is released at least by the second shut-off device 30. The closing slide 5 is in the release position F, in which it has moved the second shut-off device 30 in such a way that it no longer covers the crank opening 4. The lock 14 has been rotated in comparison to the position of the lock 14 according to FIG. 3, so that it has not blocked the movement of the second blocking device and thus of the closing slide 5. By displacing the first shut-off device 20, the guide 8 can be released so that a plug-in switching device can be inserted into the plug-in frame. The crank opening 4 can subsequently be released by manual actuation or displacement of the first shut-off device 20, so that a crank 1, not shown, can be passed through the crank opening 4 as far as a spindle, not shown, of the slide-in frame in order to lower the inserted slide-in switching device from a non-connected position into a test position or a connected position within the slide-in frame. This is effected by rotating the crank and transmitting the rotational movement by means of the spindle into a translatory movement, by means of which the plug-in switching device inserted in the plug-in frame can be lowered or raised.FIG. 5 schematically shows the position of the first shut-off device 20 in position A, once in a perspective view and once in a plan view of the front side 3 of the first side wall 2 of an insert frame. In this position A, the first shut-off device 20 is displaced relative to the front side 3 of the first side wall 2 in such a way that it releases the crank opening 4 and at the same time covers the guide 8. This position A is assumed when a plug-in switching device is inserted into the plug-in frame. Depending on the position of the closing slide 5, the crank opening 4 can be covered or released by the second shut-off device 30. Once the crank opening 4 is released by the second blocking device 30, a crank 1, see FIG. 9, can be introduced through the crank opening 4 into the first side wall 2 in order to lower or raise the inserted plug-in switching device by actuating the spindle within the first side wall 2 in order to plug it onto an adapter base, not shown, of the plug-in frame or to separate it from the adapter base.FIG. 6 schematically shows the position B of the first shut-off device 20, once in a perspective view and once in a front view of the front side 3 of the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame according to FIG. 5. In position B, the first shut-off device 20 covers the crank opening 4 at least partially, so that an insertion of a crank 1 through the crank opening 4 is not possible. Furthermore, the first shut-off device 20 covers the guide 8, so that a plug-in switching device located in the plug-in frame cannot be removed from the plug-in frame or no plug-in switching device can be inserted into the plug-in frame. The second shut-off device 30 can cover the second half of the crank opening 4 and at the same time prevent the first shut-off device 20 from being moved in such a way that it completely covers the crank opening 4 or releases the guide 8.FIG. 7 schematically shows the position C of the first shut-off device 20, once in a perspective view and once in a front view of the front side 3 of the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame according to FIG. 5. At the same time, the first shut-off device 20 releases the guide 8, so that an insertion switching device or a control element 40, which is in particular designed as a control pin, of the electrical insertion switching device can be inserted into the guide or can be led out of the insertion frame along the guide.FIG. 8 shows schematically in a sectional illustration a lock 14 and a locking slide 5 of an insert frame according to the invention, wherein the locking slide 5 is in the locking position V. In this locking position V, the closing slide 5 is led out of the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame, in order thereby to close the crank opening 4 by the second shut-off device 30. The closing slide 5 has a locking element 13, here in the form of an opening. A padlock can be passed through this opening 13 in order to thus lock the closing slide 5 in the locking position V. This ensures that the second shut-off device 30 permanently locks the crank opening 4, so that the introduction of a crank 1 is not possible. A second spring element 12 is arranged on the closing slide 5, which is prestressed in the locking position V. If the movement of the closing slide 5 is released, for example by removing the padlock, the second spring element 12 ensures the return of the closing slide 5 into the release position F, in which the closing slide 5 advantageously dips into a depression in the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame. This is shown in Fig. 9. The closing slide 5 further comprises a slotted guide 11 in which the engagement element 31 of the second shut-off device 30 is guideably mounted. The closing slide 5 and the second shut-off device 30 are coupled to one another via the engagement element 31 and the slotted guide 11 in such a way that, during a movement of the closing slide 5 between the release position F and the locking position V, the second shut-off device 30 is displaced in such a way that it releases the crank opening 4 on the one hand and covers the crank opening 4 on the other hand. Furthermore, the slide-in frame has a lock 14 which is designed to enable additional blocking of the movement of the second shut-off device 30 or of the closing slide 5.FIG. 9 shows schematically in a sectional illustration the lock 14 and the locking slide 5 according to FIG. 8, wherein the locking slide 5 is in a release position F. In this release position F of the closing slide 5, the second shut-off device 30 does not cover the crank opening 4, so that a crank 1 can be introduced through the crank opening 4 into the first side wall 2 of the slide-in frame in order to engage there directly or indirectly with the spindle of the slide-in frame in order to transfer the spindle into a translatory movement by a rotational movement, as a result of which a slide-in switching device introduced into the slide-in frame can be lowered or raised. The above explanation of the embodiments of the slide-in frame describes the present invention only within the scope of examples. Of course, individual features of the embodiments can be freely combined with one another, insofar as technically expedient, without departing from the scope of the present invention.List of reference characters1 Crank 2 first side wall 3 front side 4 crank opening 5 closing slide 6 handle opening 7 side of side wall 8 facing the plug-in switching device, guide 9 inside the front side 10 counter-latching element 11 link guide of the closing slide 12 second spring element 13 locking element / opening of the closing slide 14 lock 15 position sensor 20 first blocking device 21 handle 22 recess 23 latching element 25 bevel 30 second blocking device 31 engagement element 40 control element of a plug-in switching device 41 side wall of a plug-in switching device position A first blocking device does not cover crank opening position B first blocking device covers crank opening partially covered position C first blocking device covers crank opening completely F release position of the closing slide V closing position of the closing slide
