Description

The invention relates to a friction clutch having a counterpressure plate and a clutch pressure plate fastened to the latter, having a clutch cover on which a pressure plate is received under the action of a disk spring in an axially displaceable and rotationally fixed manner, a clutch disk which can be axially clamped between counterpressure plate and pressure plate by means of friction linings and is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a transmission input shaft, and a centrifugal pendulum.Friction clutches are sufficiently known from the prior art. A friction clutch is formed from a reaction plate, for example a flywheel connected to a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine or a secondary flywheel mass of a dual-mass flywheel, and a clutch pressure plate, which can be produced and mounted separately from one another and are assembled at a later point in time together with a clutch disk arranged on a transmission input shaft of a transmission in a rotationally locked manner. Such friction clutches may contain a centrifugal pendulum which serves for vibration isolation and are likewise known for the reason. For example, DE 10 2010 022 252 A1 discloses a friction clutch in which pendulum masses are accommodated on the clutch cover in order to form a centrifugal pendulum. In this case, the effect of the centrifugal pendulum is assigned to the input side of the friction clutch. This means that the centrifugal pendulum is assigned to the input side when the friction clutch is open, i.e. to the crankshaft or, when the friction clutch is used in a dual-mass flywheel, to the output side of the dual-mass flywheel. DE 10 2012 214 813 A1 discloses a friction clutch in which the centrifugal pendulum is arranged on the clutch disk. This means that when the friction clutch is open, the centrifugal pendulum is assigned to the transmission input shaft. By virtue of the centrifugal pendulum being accommodated on the clutch disk, the latter can have a high mass inertia.Furthermore, DE 10 2014 208 563 A1 discloses a friction clutch which is readable on the preamble of claim 1.It is an object of the invention to propose a friction clutch with a centrifugal pendulum assigned to the transmission input shaft. It is a further object of the invention to assign a centrifugal pendulum with a reduced mass inertia to the clutch disk. The object is achieved by the subject matter of claim 1. The claims dependent thereon represent advantageous embodiments of the subject matter of claim 1.The proposed friction clutch includes a back pressure plate which is disposed, for example, on a flywheel fixed to the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine directly or on a secondary flywheel mass of a split flywheel such as a dual mass flywheel, and a clutch pressure plate fixed thereto. The clutch pressure plate is provided as an assembly with a clutch cover, a pressure plate and a disk spring and, if appropriate, an automatically adjusting wear compensation. The pressure plate is held on the clutch cover in a rotationally fixed and axially displaceable manner by means of energy stores such as leaf springs. A disk spring is arranged between the clutch cover and the pressure plate, which spring, after the clutch pressure plate has been mounted on the counter-pressure plate, prestresses the pressure plate against the counter-pressure plate counter to the action of the leaf springs. Friction linings of a clutch disk are arranged between friction surfaces of the counter-pressure plate and the pressure plate and form a frictional engagement with the friction clutch in the closed and slipping state of the friction clutch. The frictional engagement is controlled by the contact pressure force of the disk spring, which for this purpose is in turn acted upon radially on the inside by an automated actuation system or actuation system actuated by the driver by means of a pedal along an actuation path parallel to the axis of rotation of the friction clutch. The clutch plate is connected in a rotationally locked manner, for example in a toothed manner, to a transmission input shaft of a transmission such as a manual transmission, an automated manual transmission, a partial transmission of a dual clutch transmission or the like. For use in a dual clutch transmission powertrain, two of the proposed friction clutches may be combined into a dual clutch. Furthermore, the friction clutch contains a centrifugal pendulum which has pendulum masses which are arranged distributed over the circumference and are arranged on one or more pendulum planes aligned perpendicular to the axis of rotation and are suspended in these pendulum planes in a pendulum manner on predetermined pendulum paths. The pendulum masses are accommodated by means of pendulum bearings on a rotating component, for example a pendulum flange, and align themselves with the largest diameter under centrifugal force when the centrifugal pendulum rotates. In the event of torsional vibrations occurring, energy differences of torque maxima and minima in the vibration system of the centrifugal pendulum are compensated and cancelled by pendulum movements of the pendulum masses. The pendulum tracks of the pendulum masses can be formed by appropriate formation of the tracks of the pendulum masses and of the pendulum flange for pendulum rollers arranged therebetween in such a way that the pendulum masses execute movements which correspond to movements of a mass suspended in a monofilament, bifunctional parallel or bifunctional trapezoidal manner or a movement in free form.In one embodiment, it has proven advantageous if the centrifugal pendulum is assigned to the clutch plate or the transmission input shaft, for example, as the single centrifugal pendulum in the drive train or to further centrifugal pendulum(s) arranged on the input and / or output side, for example, assigned to the crankshaft, in a torsional vibration damper, for example, a spring-loaded damper such as a dual-mass flywheel. According to the invention, the proposed centrifugal pendulum is connected in a rotationally locked manner to the transmission input shaft. In this respect, in addition to the proposed friction clutch, a drive train with an internal combustion engine with a crankshaft, a friction clutch connected to the latter in a rotationally fixed manner, as proposed, and a transmission with a transmission input shaft to which the clutch plate and the centrifugal pendulum are connected in a rotationally locked manner, is also included. The centrifugal pendulum is integrated into the clutch pressure plate and can be rotatably mounted on the clutch cover, for example. As a result of this arrangement of the centrifugal pendulum, the clutch pressure plate can be designed as a structural unit together with the centrifugal pendulum and can nevertheless be effectively assigned to the transmission input shaft. The clutch plate can be easily formed with torsional vibration dampers, if necessary, and the back pressure plate can be used without further modifications. In this way, a clutch pressure plate with a correspondingly coordinated centrifugal pendulum can be provided for each application, if appropriate independently of the further components such as clutch plate and counterpressure plate, so that a modular modular modular system can be formed which can be adapted to different embodiments of internal combustion engines, for example different numbers of cylinders, the possibility of a cylinder deactivation with centrifugal pendulums adapted to different orders of vibration, and different transmission shapes. In such an arrangement of the centrifugal pendulum, namely rotationally positively on the transmission input shaft and by means of a bearing which can be rotated with respect to the clutch pressure plate, the mass inertia moments of the centrifugal pendulum can be at least partially absorbed in the friction clutch, so that when the friction clutch is open, the synchronization of gears and the like is simplified during shifting operations on account of the reduced mass inertias. The pendulum flange or the side parts can have an axial shoulder radially on the inside to form a toothing. The centrifugal pendulum can be mounted on different components of the clutch pressure plate. The mounting takes place radially and can be provided so as to be axially fixed or axially floating. According to the invention, the bearing is designed as a sliding or rolling bearing. In an advantageous embodiment of the friction clutch, for mounting the centrifugal pendulum radially outside the pressure plate, at least one bearing carrier engaging over the pressure plate radially inward and supporting the centrifugal pendulum is fastened to the clutch cover and / or the counterpressure plate. In this case, the at least one bearing carrier can be connected together with the clutch cover to the counterpressure plate. The bearing carrier has radially inwardly directed tongues which engage through the pressure plate, for example, at recesses or apertures arranged between loading cams, axially between the pressure plate and the disk spring loading the latter. The bearing carrier can be formed in one piece from a, for example, radially outer ring part with radially inwardly pointing tongues or from a plurality of bearing part segments arranged over the circumference, which are each fastened per se to the clutch cover and / or to the counterpressure plate in the assembled state of the friction clutch and are held in the clutch pressure plate in a captive manner before the assembly. The tongues or a closed ring formed on the inner periphery of the bearing carrier part forms the receiving surface for the bearing of the centrifugal pendulum by means of an axial projection. The centrifugal pendulum is accommodated on the bearing, for example, by means of a central pendulum flange with pendulum masses arranged on both sides or by means of two axially spaced-apart side parts which accommodate the pendulum masses between them in a pendulum-capable manner. In a further advantageous embodiment, the centrifugal pendulum can be mounted on the pressure plate, for example on its inner periphery, by means of pendulum flanges or side parts. In this case, an axial play compensation of the displacement path of the pressure plate between the closed and the open state of the friction clutch can take place on a longitudinal toothing between the transmission input shaft and the pendulum flange or the side parts of the centrifugal pendulum. Alternatively or additionally, the bearing between the centrifugal pendulum and the pressure plate can be designed to be axially floating. A thermal compensation element can be provided between the bearing and the pressure plate, in order to compensate for temperature-induced changes in the pressure plate, to provide thermal insulation between the pressure plate and the bearing, and / or the like, for example. The invention is explained in more detail on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows the upper part of a friction clutch with centrifugal pendulum arranged about an axis of rotation in sectionand FIG. 2 shows a friction clutch modified from the friction clutch of the FIG. in the same illustration.FIG. 1 shows the upper part of the friction clutch 1, which can be rotated about the axis of rotation d and is accommodated in the space B shown in the drawing, in section. The friction clutch 1 consists of the reaction plate 2 and the clutch reaction plate 3, the reaction plate 2 being fastened here as a flywheel 4 on the crankshaft 5 of an internal combustion engine, not shown in detail. The clutch pressure plate 3 is preassembled as a subassembly and is received on the counter pressure plate 2 by means of the screws 6. The clutch pressure plate 3 contains the clutch cover 7, the pressure plate 8 and the disk spring 9 as well as an adjusting device 10, of which only the sensor spring 11 can be seen. The pressure plate 8 is connected by means of the leaf springs 34 to the clutch cover 7 in a rotationally fixed and axially displaceable manner. The disk spring 9 is axially braced between the wire ring 12 received on the clutch cover 7 and the application cam 13 of the pressure plate 8 distributed over the circumference.Between the counter-pressure plate 2 and the pressure plate 8, the friction linings 14 of the clutch disk 15 can be clamped in order to form a switchable frictional connection. The clutch disk 15 is connected by means of the internally toothed hub 16 to the externally toothed transmission input shaft 17 of a transmission, not shown in detail. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the torsional vibration damper 18 is arranged between the friction linings 14 and the hub 16.For the continuously variable setting of the frictional engagement between the pressure plate 8 and the counter pressure plate 2 on the one hand and the friction linings on the other hand, the disk spring tongues 19 of the disk spring 9 are axially displaced radially on the inside by the actuating system 20, which is only incompletely shown in the two extreme states, in order to actuate the friction clutch 1. The friction clutch 1 shown is a so-called pressed-on friction clutch which is closed in the non-actuated state. During opening, the disk spring 9 is supported on the sensor spring 11 supported on the clutch cover 7. As the wear of the friction linings 14 increases, the required actuating force of the friction clutch 1 increases, so that finally the sensor spring 11 yields axially and a ramp mechanism for compensating for the axial wear of the friction lining adjusts in a manner known per se.The centrifugal pendulum 21 is connected radially on the inside to the externally toothed transmission input shaft 17 in a rotationally locked manner and is mounted radially on the outside in a rotatable manner on the bearing carrier 22 on the clutch pressure plate 3. For this purpose, the bearing support 22 is firmly connected radially on the outside by means of the screws 6 to the counter-pressure plate 2 and the clutch cover 7 or, as shown here, is welded to the clutch cover 7. The bearing support 22 has radially inwardly extended tongues 23, which pass radially through intermediate spaces 24 between the loading cams 13 and form radially inwardly the axial shoulder 25, on which the bearing of the centrifugal pendulum 21 is formed by means of the slide bearing 26. The mounting is preferably axially fixed. For this purpose, the slide bearing 26 is accommodated between the two axial stops 27, 28. An axial compensation is provided on the transmission input shaft 17. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the centrifugal pendulum 21 is formed from the two side parts 29, 30, which each pick up the pendulum masses 32 in a pendulum-capable manner by means of preferably two pendulum bearings spaced apart in the circumferential direction with the pendulum rollers 31. The side part 30 is folded over axially radially on the outside, forming a bearing point 33. Radially on the inside, the side parts 29, 30 form the internal toothing 36 by means of the axial shoulder 35.FIG. 2 shows the friction clutch 1 asubstantially corresponding to the friction clutch 1 of FIG. 1 in the same illustration. In contrast to the friction clutch 1, the centrifugal pendulum 21 aof the friction clutch 1 ais mounted on the pressure plate 8 a. For this purpose, a bearing point with the axial stop 27 ais produced on the inner circumference of the pressure plate 8 a, for example by machining, on which bearing point the centrifugal pendulum 21 ais mounted by means of the slide bearing 26 a. The slide bearing 26 ais provided between the bearing point 33 aof the side part 30 aof the centrifugal pendulum 21 aand the thermal compensation element 37 a. The thermal compensating element 37a is received on the pressure plate, for example pressed in. The thermal compensating element 37a compensates for changes in the dimensions of the pressure plate 8a which change due to the different thermal loads as a result of the frictional engagement, and can serve as thermal insulation. The axial travel of the pressure plate 8a is compensated for at the centrifugal pendulum 21a, for example at the longitudinal toothing 38a of the transmission input shaft 17a. Alternatively or additionally, the bearing between the thermal compensation element 37 aand the bearing point 33 aof the side part 30 acan be designed to be axially floating. Here, the axial stop 27 aof the pressure plate 8 aand the axial stop 28 aof the thermal compensation element 37 acan serve as an axial limitation for the centrifugal pendulum 21 a.List of reference characters1 Friction clutch 1a Friction clutch 2 Counterpressure plate 3 Clutch pressure plate 4 Flywheel 5 Crankshaft 6 Screw 7 Clutch cover 8 Pressure plate 8a Pressure plate 9 Disk spring 10 Readjustment device 11 Sensor spring 12 Wire ring 13 Application cam 14 Friction lining 15 Clutch disk 16 Hub 17 Transmission input shaft 17a Transmission input shaft 18 Torsional vibration damper 19 Disk spring tongue 20 Actuation system 21 Centrifugal pendulum 21a Centrifugal pendulum 22 Bearing carrier 23 Tongue 24 Intermediate space 25 Shoulder 26 Sliding bearing 26a Sliding bearing 27 Axial stop 27a Axial stop 28a Axial stop 29 Side part 30 Side part 30a Side part 31 Pendulum roller 32 Pendulum mass 33 Bearing point 33a Bearing point 34 Leaf spring 35 Shoulder 36 Internal toothing 37a Thermal compensation element 38a Longitudinal toothing B Installation space d Axis of rotation
