Description

[0001] The invention relates to a fastening set for attaching a mounting frame for sanitary objects, in particular for a cistern, a toilet bowl and / or a washbasin, to a building wall, wherein the mounting frame is formed from hollow profile rods, with a channel-shaped connecting part detachably connected to the mounting frame, which has a radially projecting connecting section, with a connecting rod which is mounted in the connecting part, with a fastening part attached to one end of the connecting rod which can be attached to a building wall, and with a plug-in part, wherein the plug-in part and the connecting part are parts manufactured separately from each other and are detachable from each other.

[0002] Such a mounting set is known from EP 1 260 639 B1. The mounting set, designated as a wall bracket, comprises a sleeve-shaped bearing element with a radially projecting stop cam, a connecting rod in the form of a cap screw which is attached at its head end to a mounting frame for sanitary fittings by means of the bearing element, and a mounting element which is attached to the other end of the cap screw and fastened to a building wall. The mounting frame has two vertically oriented hollow profile rods which are C-shaped in cross-section. Two holes are machined into each of the hollow profile rods at their upper ends, opposite each other, in which the sleeve-shaped bearing element is supported. The holes are keyhole-shaped and have two radial enlargements designed to allow the insertion of a bearing element with the stop cam into each of them. The bearing component also features a spring-loaded locking tab that engages in the front hole of the hollow profile bar to prevent the bearing component from falling out. When installed, the bearing component engages in the rear of the two holes and, together with the stop cam and the locking tab, anchors the cap screw to the mounting frame. The cap screw and the mounting component are detachably connected by a U-shaped clip nut. The mounting component has a shaft with a smooth through-hole into which the end of the cap screw facing away from the mounting frame is inserted. The shaft has openings into which the clip nut is inserted as a locking mechanism, thus securing it to the cap screw perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. A lock nut provides axial locking of the cap screw to the bearing component. This well-known wall mount allows for quick installation of the mounting frame with a coarse adjustment of the mounting depth followed by fine-tuning. However, the maximum adjustment range of this wall mount is limited. Furthermore, this wall mount appears to be in need of improvement in terms of ease of use and user-friendliness.

[0003] DE 195 07 765 A1 discloses a pre-wall element for a sanitary installation with a frame consisting of at least two vertical struts formed from box profiles and at least one cross strut formed from a C-profile, arranged transversely to the vertical struts and attached to them for receiving and attaching fixtures, and a base strip arranged transversely to the vertical struts as a support for the frame. The vertical struts and the cross strut are connected to each other by L-shaped corner connectors. For this purpose, the plug-in sections of the respective corner connector are inserted into the end openings of the vertical strut and cross strut, which serve as plug-in receptacles. The corner connectors form the upper corners of the frame, with a central section of the corner connector forming the visible corner of the frame.

[0004] Based on this, the invention aims to create a fastening set of the type mentioned above that can be manufactured cost-effectively and offers simple and quick assembly without tools.

[0005] This problem is solved by a fastening set having the features specified in claim 1 or by using such a fastening set according to claim 15. Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the fastening set according to the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

[0006] The fastening set according to the invention is characterized in that the plug-in part for axially fixing the connecting part to the mounting frame can be inserted into an opening of a hollow profile bar of the mounting frame and, in the assembled state, locks the connecting part and the hollow profile bar relative to each other. The plug-in part thus has a locking function.

[0007] The inventive design of the plug-in part and the connecting part allows the connecting part to be mounted on the mounting frame quickly and easily. At the same time, reliable axial locking between the connecting part and the mounting frame is achieved. The plug-in part and the connecting part can be manufactured cost-effectively, for example, as injection-molded plastic parts. No tools are required for the axial locking between the connecting part and the mounting frame, because the plug-in part, which locks the connecting part and the hollow profile bar together when assembled, can be inserted without tools into an opening, preferably an upper, vertical opening in the hollow profile bar of the mounting frame.

[0008] An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the plug-in component is designed as a cap or plug that can be inserted into a vertical hollow profile bar of the mounting frame. The corresponding opening of the hollow profile bar can thus be closed by the plug-in component. The plug-in component, designed as a cap or plug, improves the visual appearance of the mounting frame. The axial locking of the connecting part is enhanced by the cap or plug. The cap or plug can simultaneously serve as a design element or incorporate a logo and / or decorative feature. Furthermore, the narrow edges of the hollow profile bar, on which tradespeople could potentially injure themselves during the installation and cladding of the mounting frame, can be covered by the cap, thus providing protection against injuries.

[0009] In a further embodiment, the plug-in part has a lid-like section, the upper surface of which is preferably essentially flat. This allows the opening in the hollow profile rod to be effectively, preferably completely, closed in an aesthetically pleasing manner with minimal material usage.

[0010] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the plug-in part has several projections on the underside of the lid-like section, wherein at least one of the projections, in the assembled state of the fastening set, determines the position of the plug-in part relative to the hollow profile rod, and wherein at least one other projection, in the assembled state of the fastening set, prevents axial displacement of the connecting part. This configuration of different projections allows for optimal functionality. In particular, this configuration ensures that the plug-in part can be inserted into the hollow profile rod in four different positions relative to it. This results in particularly simple and quick assembly of the plug-in part.

[0011] In this context, a further embodiment of the invention provides that the projection which determines the position of the plug-in part relative to the hollow profile rod is designed in a collar-like shape. The collar-like design of the projection gives the plug-in part high stability.

[0012] The connecting element preferably has an internal threaded section, while the connecting rod is designed as a threaded rod and can be detachably connected to or removed from the internal threaded section by a radial displacement that is slightly greater than the internal thread depth. Furthermore, the connecting element preferably has a channel-shaped section in which the connecting rod or threaded rod is axially displaceable, and a trough-shaped section adjoining the channel-shaped section. The connecting part is provided with a bolt designed as a slider, which is axially displaceable on the connecting part relative to the longitudinal axis of the connecting rod from a non-contact position to a contact position and vice versa, wherein the slider (bolt) has a contact section facing the connecting rod, which in the contact position rests against the external thread of the connecting rod (threaded rod), so that the external thread of the connecting rod is in engagement with the internal thread in the contact position.

[0013] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the projection, which prevents axial displacement of the connecting part, is formed from several webs that define a cross-shaped passage. This ensures that the plug-in part can be inserted into the hollow profile rod in four different positions relative to the rod, with the passage being used to accommodate a section of the connecting rod and thus to adjust the mounting depth of the mounting frame. This allows the maximum adjustment range of the mounting depth of the mounting frame to be significantly increased, given a fixed length of the connecting rod or a space-saving design of the mounting set.

[0014] The webs of the web section, which define the cross-shaped passage, preferably each have an L-shaped or angled cross-sectional profile. This gives the webs high bending stiffness and high stability.

[0015] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the connecting section has a gap into which a section of a hollow profile bar wall of the mounting frame can be inserted. This embodiment creates an additional positive fit between the connecting part and the hollow profile bar of the mounting frame, resulting in a particularly reliable axial locking of the connecting part to the mounting frame. The gap is preferably defined by two flanges formed on the connecting section.

[0016] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the connecting section, the flange that is arranged inside the hollow profile bar in the assembled state of the fastening set is circular or substantially circular. The other flange, namely the flange that is arranged outside the hollow profile bar in the assembled state of the fastening set, is preferably non-circular, and particularly preferably substantially oval.

[0017] A quick and reliable axial securing of the connecting part to the hollow profile rod of the mounting frame is achieved according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, wherein the circular or substantially circular flange has an outer diameter that is larger than a radial outer dimension of the non-circular or substantially oval flange. The non-circular or substantially oval flange preferably has a further radial outer dimension that is larger than the outer diameter of the circular or substantially circular flange.

[0018] The teaching of the present invention includes in particular the use of the fastening set according to the invention, preferably in one of the aforementioned embodiments, for fastening a mounting frame for sanitary objects, for example for a cistern, a toilet bowl and / or a washbasin, to a building wall.

[0019] The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in a drawing. The drawing shows: Fig. 1 a fastening set attached to an upper section of a hollow profile bar of a mounting frame and in an unlocked state, in a perspective side view; Fig. 2 the fastening set according to Fig. 1 in a corresponding perspective side view, but showing parts of the fastening set and the upper section of the hollow profile bar cut vertically; Fig. 3 the fastening set according to Fig. 1 in a corresponding perspective side view, with the fastening set in a locked state; Fig. 4 the fastening set according to Fig. 3 in a corresponding perspective side view, but parts of the fastening set and the upper section of the hollow profile rod are shown cut vertically; Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 a fastening device in a perspective side view, in an unlocked and a locked state, wherein axially displaceable parts of the device are shown in axial section; Fig. 7 the device from Fig. 5 attached to an upper section of a hollow profile bar, cut vertically, without threaded rod, in a perspective side view; Fig. 8 the parts from Fig. 7 in an exploded view; and Fig. 9 the parts from the Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 horizontally sectioned, in another perspective view.

[0020] The mounting set 1 shown in the drawing serves to support and fasten a mounting frame for sanitary fixtures such as a cistern, toilet bowl, and / or washbasin to a building wall or beam. Only an upper section of a vertically oriented hollow profile bar 2 is shown in the drawing. The mounting frame typically has at least two vertically oriented hollow profile bars 2, which are connected to each other by one or more crossbeams (cross braces).

[0021] The hollow profile bars 2 can, for example, consist of square tubes or open profile bars with a substantially C-shaped cross-section. Furthermore, the hollow profile bars 2 can have longitudinal grooves 2.1, 2.2 formed on at least two of their adjacent longitudinal edges, which serve for the positive locking clamping of a connector for attaching one or more further hollow profile bars.

[0022] The mounting set 1 consists of a mounting part 3 for attachment to a building wall, a channel-shaped connecting part 5 that can be detachably connected to the mounting frame, a connecting rod 4 which is stored in the connecting part 5, and a plug-in part 7. The plug-in part 7 is inserted into an opening 2.6 of a hollow profile rod 2 of the mounting frame to axially secure the connecting part 5 to the mounting frame. In the assembled state, the plug-in part 7 fixes and locks the connecting part 5 and the hollow profile rod 2 relative to each other.

[0023] The connecting rod 4 is designed as a bolt- or rod-shaped screw element. It can also be referred to as a threaded rod and has an external thread 4.1 over at least one section of its length.

[0024] At the upper end of each of the vertically aligned hollow profile bars 2 of the mounting frame, two opposing through-openings (holes) 2.3, 2.4 are incorporated, which serve to fasten the connecting part 5. The connecting part 5 has a radially projecting connecting section 5.1 for this purpose, via which it can be positively connected to the mounting frame. The connecting section 5.1 is designed such that the connecting part 5 can be axially fixed to the mounting frame by means of the plug-in part 7.

[0025] For example, the connecting section 5.1 has a gap 5.2 into which a section of the mounting frame, namely a section of the hollow profile bar 2 that defines the through-opening 2.4, can be inserted. The gap 5.2 is defined by two flanges 5.3, 5.4 formed on the channel-shaped connecting part.

[0026] The flange 5.3 arranged at the end face of the channel-shaped connecting part 5 is preferably circular. The flange 5.4, which is axially spaced from it, is oval. The gap 5.2 or axial distance between the two flanges 5.3, 5.4 corresponds to the wall thickness or is slightly greater than the wall thickness of the hollow profile bar 2.

[0027] The two through-openings 2.3, 2.4 of the hollow profile rod 2 are also designed differently. The through-opening 2.3, which is incorporated into the side of the hollow profile rod facing the room, is preferably designed as a circular hole, while the other through-opening 2.4, which is incorporated into the side of the hollow profile rod facing the building wall, is designed as an oval hole. The smallest inner diameter of the oval through-opening 2.4 is significantly smaller than the diameter of the other through-opening 2.3 and also significantly smaller than the outer diameter of the circular flange 5.3 of the channel-shaped connecting part 5. The through-openings 2.3, 2.4 are dimensioned such that the connecting part 5 can be inserted through the circular through-opening 2.3 into the oval through-opening 2.4 until the circular flange 5.3 is against the inside of the wall 2 containing the oval through-opening 2.4.5 of the hollow profile bar 2 strikes (see . Fig. 8 and Fig. 9). The oval flange 5.4 is passed through the oval through-opening 2.4 and is then located on the outside of the wall 2.5.

[0028] The plug-in part 7 is then inserted from above into the hollow profile rod 2 to axially fix the connecting part 5 to the mounting frame. The plug-in part 7 is preferably designed as a plug or cap to close the upper end opening 2.6 of the hollow profile rod 2. The plug-in part 7, which can also be referred to as a closing cap, has a lid-like section 7.1, the upper surface of which is preferably substantially flat. On the underside of the lid-like section 7.1, webs or projections 7.2, 7.3 are formed that can be inserted into the hollow profile rod 2. One of these projections 7.2 is, for example, designed in the form of a circumferential collar that has four side sections arranged substantially at right angles to each other, each side section having a concave indentation 7.21. The circular flange 5.3 of the connecting part 5 partially engages in one of these indentations 7.21.The side sections of the collar-shaped projection 7.2 run close to or near the inner sides of the hollow profile rod 2 when the plug-in part 7 is assembled (cf. . Fig. 2 and Fig. 4).

[0029] The other projections 7.3 of the plug-in part 7 are designed in the form of webs arranged within the collar-shaped projection 7.2. The web-shaped projections 7.3 extend significantly deeper into the hollow profile rod 2 than the collar-shaped projection 7.2. The webs (projections 7.3) of the plug-in part 7 each have a substantially L-shaped or angled cross-sectional profile. They define a cross-shaped passage (cf. Fig. 9), wherein the connecting rod 4, in the assembled state of the fastening set 1, runs coaxially to one of the intersecting axes of the passage 8. The vertically extending edges 7.31 of two of the webs (projections 7.3) of the plug-in part 7, in the assembled state, rest directly or with minimal play against the circular flange 5.3 of the inserted connecting part, so that the connecting part 5 is axially fixed to the mounting frame or the hollow profile rod 2.

[0030] The fastening element 3, which is to be attached to a building wall, has a threaded hole 3.1 into which the connecting rod 4, designed as a threaded rod, can be screwed. The fastening element 3 has a plate-shaped section 3.2 with a through-hole 3.3 for attaching a fastening screw (not shown), wherein the head of the screw, in the assembled state, preferably rests against the inside of the fastening element 3 with a washer. The through-hole 3.3 is preferably designed as an elongated hole. Furthermore, the fastening element 3 has webs 3.4 projecting from the plate-shaped section 3.2. The webs 3.4 of the fastening element 3 enclose, or are integrally formed with, a screw boss 3.5 which has the threaded hole 3.1 for screwing in the connecting rod 4, designed as a threaded rod. The end of the screw boss 3.5 facing the mounting frame, as well as the edges of the webs 3.4 facing the mounting frame, are4 of the fastening part 3 preferably close off substantially flush with each other.

[0031] The connecting rod 4 is guided axially displaceably in the channel-shaped connecting part 5. The connecting part 5 has a sleeve-shaped section 5.5, to which a channel-shaped section 5.6 is axially connected. The flanges 5.3, 5.4 are arranged on the sleeve-shaped section 5.5. The connecting part 5 has an oval inner cross-sectional area along its sleeve-shaped section 5.5. The inside of the sleeve-shaped section 5.5 is preferably smooth or substantially smooth. The smallest inner diameter of the oval inner cross-sectional area of the sleeve-shaped section 5.4 is slightly larger than the outside diameter of the external thread 4.1 of the connecting rod 4. The channel-shaped section 5.6 of the connecting part 5 has a channel-shaped internal thread 5.7 on its inside (see Figure 5.3). Fig. 5, Fig. 7 and Fig. 9).

[0032] The internal thread 5.7 is designed to match the external thread 4.1 of the connecting rod 4. By a specific radial displacement or a slight lowering of the connecting part 5, which is axially fixed to the mounting frame, relative to the connecting rod 4, which is attached to the mounting part 3, the groove-shaped internal thread 5.7 of the connecting part 5 and the external thread 4.1 of the connecting rod 4 can be disengaged, and the connecting part 5 can then be axially displaced along the connecting rod 4. The aforementioned radial displacement and axial displacement are described in Fig. 5 is indicated by a small vertical arrow P or a double arrow D.

[0033] The bolt 6, designed as a slider, is mounted on the channel-shaped connecting part 5. It is axially displaceable relative to the longitudinal axis of the connecting part 5 from a non-contact position to a contact position and vice versa. The bolt has a contact section 6.1 facing the connecting rod 4, which, in the contact position, rests against the external thread 4.1 of the connecting rod 4. The contact section 6.1 of the bolt 6 is designed as a projection. The longitudinal opening 5.61 of the channel-shaped section 5.6 of the connecting part 5 defines an axial guide for the bolt 6, with the contact section 6.1 of the bolt 6 being received in the longitudinal opening 5.61 in the locking position.

[0034] In the Fig.Figures 2 and 4 to 6 clearly show that the channel-shaped connecting part 5 has two radial shoulders 5.8, 5.9 on its outer surface, arranged on opposite circumferential sections of the connecting part 5 and axially spaced apart. Each shoulder 5.8, 5.9 has a sliding edge or sliding surface 5.81, 5.91 extending obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the connecting part 5. The two sliding edges or sliding surfaces 5.81, 5.91 are formed at the opposing ends of the two shoulders 5.8, 5.9. Furthermore, at the transition between the channel-shaped section 5.6 and the sleeve-shaped section 5.5, specifically at the edge of the longitudinal opening 5.61, a sliding edge or sliding surface 5.10 extending obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the connecting part 5 is formed.

[0035] The bolt 6 has on its inside a sliding edge or sliding surface 6.8 associated with the sliding edges or sliding surfaces 5.81, 5.10, which also runs obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the bolt 6 or the connecting part 5.

[0036] Furthermore, the channel-shaped connecting part 5 has axially spaced recesses 5.11, 5.12 on its outer surface, to which a detent element 6.2 connected to the bolt 6 is assigned. The detent element 6.2 is designed, for example, in the form of a spring-loaded detent tab. It engages in one of the two recesses 5.11, 5.12 in two different positions of the bolt 6 relative to the connecting part 5. The recesses 5.11, 5.12 are assigned to an unlocked state and a locked state, respectively. The possible directions of movement of the bolt 6 are indicated by embossed or printed double arrows 6.3. In addition, the bolt 6 is provided with two symbols 6.4, 6.5, which symbolize a closed and an open padlock and, in combination with the double arrows 6.3, indicate the direction of movement for setting the unlocked or locked state. In addition, the bolt 6 has two oppositely arranged ribbed surfaces 6.6, 6.7 on its outer surface, which serve as non-slip gripping surfaces to facilitate manual, tool-free movement of the bolt 6.

[0037] In the locked position, the bolt 6, together with the channel-shaped connecting part 5, forms a (two-part) nut. In this position, the bolt 6, together with the connecting part 5, can be rotated about the longitudinal axis of the connecting rod 4, thus allowing fine adjustment of the mounting depth of the mounting frame. For quick coarse adjustment of the mounting depth, the bolt 6 is pushed into the unlocked position, thereby disengaging the engagement of the internal thread 5.7 of the connecting part 5 with the external thread 4.1 of the connecting rod 4 by a radial movement of the connecting part 5. The connecting rod 4 and the channel-shaped connecting part 5 can then be axially displaced relative to each other, thus allowing quick and coarse adjustment of the mounting depth of the mounting frame. Afterwards, the internal thread 5.7 of the connecting part 5 and the external thread 4.1 of the connecting rod 4 are disengaged. The connecting rod 4 is brought back into engagement by a reverse radial movement of the connecting part 5 and locked by shifting the latch 6 into the locking position. If necessary, the mounting depth can then be finely adjusted by rotating the latch 6 together with the locking connecting part 5 about the longitudinal axis of the threaded connecting rod 4.
