Description

The invention relates to a sealing arrangement for two windows of a motor vehicle which can be displaced relative to one another from a closed position into an open position.Sealing arrangements of the generic type are known. For example, DE 20 2008 006 050 U1 discloses a sealing arrangement for the gap between a frameless pane of a motor vehicle door, which pane is arranged such that it can move along a pivot curve between an open position and a closed position, and a fixed or movably arranged pane of a vehicle body. The sealing arrangement comprises a sealing element which is latched to one side and bears with a profile against the inner side of the other pane. For the latching, a receiving section of the sealing element encloses the one pane over its full circumference, that is to say the receiving section bears both on the inside surface, on the outside surface and on an end face of the pane.It is disadvantageous here that a protrusion is produced on the outside of the motor vehicle, which leads to an unfavorable air resistance value (Cw value). Moreover, the optics are impaired.US 2011 / 0187060 A1 discloses a further sealing arrangement for a gap between two windows of a motor vehicle. A sealing element comprises a stabilizing element made of metal which is fastened on the inner surface of a pane and projects beyond the gap to be closed. This metal insert is surrounded by an elastic material which forms sealing lips which bear against the second pane.DE 10 2012 214 508 A1 discloses a glass run system which comprises a first and a second glass part, each of which has an inner surface, a front edge and a rear edge. The system further includes a first guide assembly comprising a guide bonded to the interior surface of the first part and a support structure having a channel for slidably retaining the guide, wherein the rear edge of the first part and the front edge of the second part engage when the first part is fully raised. The invention is based on the object of creating a sealing arrangement of the generic type which is distinguished by a simple construction and has a favorable air resistance value for the motor vehicle.According to the invention, this object is achieved by a sealing arrangement having the features mentioned in claim 1. Due to the fact that a seal of the sealing arrangement has a first sealing element which is arranged on the inside surface of a first pane, a second sealing element which is arranged on the inside surface of a second pane, and the sealing elements have contact zones which are in sealing contact when the panes which can be displaced relative to one another are in a closed position, and the first sealing element (30) is composed of an elastic material, for example TPV (thermoplastic rubber vulcanisates) or EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber), it is advantageously possible to provide a simple sealing arrangement. The arrangement of additional inserts, for example made of metal, for stabilizing the sealing arrangement can be dispensed with. Moreover, the sealing arrangement does not have any components which project beyond the outer surface of the panes and impair an air resistance value of a motor vehicle. The sealing arrangement is also not perceptible or hardly perceptible when the windows are in the closed position, so that overall the optics of a motor vehicle having the two windows that can be displaced relative to one another are not impaired by the sealing arrangement. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first sealing element is arranged on an edge region of the inner surface and an edge surface of the first pane which is assigned to the second pane, and that the second sealing element is arranged on an edge region of the inner surface and an edge surface of the second pane which is assigned to the first pane. This advantageously makes it possible to realize the largest possible contact surfaces for the sealing elements with the disks without requiring a protrusion onto the outer surfaces of the disks.Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the sealing elements are each glued to the panes. This ensures exact positioning of the sealing elements, which ensure a reliable sealing effect of the gap between the two disks. In addition, in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first sealing element comprises at least one fastening element, by means of which the first pane can be fixed to a structural part of the motor vehicle. This advantageously makes it possible to assign a dual function to the first sealing element, namely on the one hand as a sealing partner for sealing the gap between the two panes and on the other hand as a fastening means for the first pane on the motor vehicle. In particular, if the first pane is a fixed triangular pane of a motor vehicle door, the fastening of the first pane by means of the first sealing element can thus be effected in a simple manner and the arrangement of additional fastening frames or the like can thus be dispensed with.Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the second sealing element has a lip which extends in the direction of the first pane and which, when the panes are in the closed position, bears against the contact surface of the first sealing element. This achieves a particularly good sealing effect which retains its sealing effect even when the motor vehicle is used as intended, that is to say when driving. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the second sealing element has a greater elasticity than the first sealing element. This advantageously ensures that the sealing elements that are adjacent to one another in their contact regions have a good sealing effect at all times. In particular, when closing the door having the first sealing element, the two contact regions of the sealing elements are securely placed against one another. The second sealing element with the greater elasticity is elastically deformed in some areas here, in particular in the area of the lip, so that a pressing force of the lip of the second sealing element against the first sealing element results. The object is furthermore achieved by a motor vehicle having the sealing arrangement according to the invention. The invention is explained in more detail below in exemplary embodiments with reference to the associated drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 schematically shows a section of a motor vehicle in the region of two adjacent windows; FIG. 2 shows a sealing arrangement for sealing a gap between two disks in a first embodiment variant; FIG. 3 shows a sealing arrangement for sealing a gap between two disks in a second embodiment variant.FIG. 1 shows a detail of a motor vehicle 10 in the region of a motor vehicle door 12 and an adjoining rear region 14 of the motor vehicle 10.The motor vehicle door 12 has a pane 16 which can be opened by means of an opening mechanism and a pane 18 which is connected to the motor vehicle door 12.In the rear region 14, a further pane 20 is arranged, which is connected to a body section 22 of the motor vehicle 10. Hereinafter, the disk 20 is referred to as a second disk 20.A sealing arrangement 24 is arranged between the first disk 18 and the second disk 20, said sealing arrangement sealing a gap 26 between the first disk 18 and the second disk 20. By opening or closing the motor vehicle door 12, the first pane 18 can be displaced from a closed position into an open position and vice versa relative to the second pane 20.FIGS. 1 and 2 each show exemplary embodiments for the formation of the sealing arrangement 24 along a section line drawn in FIG. 1 and designated 28.It is clear from FIG. 2 that the sealing arrangement 24 has a first sealing element 30 and a second sealing element 32. The first sealing member 30 is disposed on an inside surface 34 of the first disc 18. The first sealing element 30 is fixed in an edge region 36 and an edge surface 38 of the first pane 18.The first sealing element 30 can be connected to the first pane 18 by adhesive bonding, for example. The first sealing element 30 is made of an elastic material, for example TPV (thermoplastic rubber vulcanisates) or EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber). As indicated in FIG. 2, the motor vehicle door 12 has a door frame part 40 and a door inner part 42, which usually consist of shaped sheet metal parts. The door frame part 40 and the door inner part 42 are connected to one another in a fold 44, for example welded to one another. The first sealing element 30 has at least one, generally a plurality of pockets 46 arranged at a distance from one another, in each of which a fastening element 48 is arranged. The fastening element 48 is, for example, a plastic injection-molded part and is designed as clips 50.The first pane 18 can be fastened to the motor vehicle door 12 by means of the fastening elements 48 by latching the clips 50 through corresponding openings 52 of the door frame part 40.The first sealing element 30 also forms a tongue 54, by means of which the sealing element 30 is additionally supported on the door frame part 40.The first sealing element 30 furthermore forms a collar 56 which engages around the fold 44 of the door frame part 40 and of the door inner part 42.In the direction of the second disk 20, the first sealing element 30 forms a contact region 58.The second sealing element 32 is arranged in an edge region 60 and an edge surface 62 of the second pane 20 which face the first pane 18. The second sealing element 32 is connected to the second pane 20, for example by adhesive bonding. The second sealing element 32 forms a lip 64 which extends in the direction of the first pane 18 and is longer than a width of the gap 26.The second sealing element 32 is made of an elastic material, for example a rubber. The elasticity of the second sealing member 32 is greater than that of the first sealing member 30.The sealing arrangement 24 shown in FIG. 2 shows the following functions:When the motor vehicle door is closed, the contact regions 58 and 66 of the first sealing element 30 and of the second sealing element 32 rest on top of one another. This results in a sealing of the gap 26 between the first pane 18 and the second pane 20, and during the closing movement of the motor vehicle door 12, the lip 64 of the second sealing element 32 is urged in the direction of the body 22, so that due to the inherent elasticity in the lip 64, it rests under prestress in a sealing manner against the contact region 58 of the first sealing element 30.The configuration of the sealing arrangement 24 ensures that the outer surfaces 68 and 70 of the first pane 18 and of the second pane 20 are flush in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. This means that the sealing arrangement 24 does not have any protrusion beyond the surfaces 68 or 70, respectively. As a result, the sealing arrangement 24 does not impair the appearance of the motor vehicle on the one hand and does not lead to an additional air resistance for the motor vehicle. As a result, an air resistance value of the motor vehicle 10 is favorably influenced. The first pane 18 can be mounted in a simple manner on the door frame part 40 of the motor vehicle door 12 by means of the fastening elements 48 integrated into the first sealing element 30. By clipping the fastening elements 48 into the openings 52, the first pane 18 can be easily mounted by means of a mounting direction directed in the transverse direction of the vehicle, i.e. inwards.FIG. 3 shows the sealing arrangement 24 in a second exemplary embodiment. The same parts as in FIG. 2 are provided with the same reference numerals and are not explained again. In contrast to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the door frame part 40 and the door inner part 42 of the motor vehicle door 12 are designed differently in design here. The first sealing element 30 thereby has a cross-sectional shape adapted to the design conditions now given. With regard to the sealing arrangement between the first pane 18 and the second pane 20 for sealing the gap 26, there are no differences from the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2.The first sealing element 30 here also has fastening elements 72, which are fitted into corresponding recesses 74 of the first sealing element 30. The fastening elements 72 likewise consist of a plastic injection-molded part and have a receiving groove 76, in which a fastening section of the door frame part 40 engages.A latching of the fastening elements 72 and thus a positioning of the first sealing element 30 and thereby a fixing of the first pane 18 on the motor vehicle door 12 thus takes place by means of an assembly direction directed in the vehicle longitudinal direction, i.e. in the direction of travel of the motor vehicle 10.Both the embodiment variant shown in FIG. 2 and the embodiment variant shown in FIG. 3 have in common that the sealing arrangement 24 is simple to install and does not require any reinforcement inserts. A positionally accurate fixing of the sealing element 30 is possible in a simple manner on structural parts of the motor vehicle door 12 by fastening elements integrated into the sealing element 30. This results in a very reduced assembly effort during the assembly of the sealing arrangement 24. furthermore, there is no protrusion beyond the outer surfaces of the panes 18 and 20, so that a favorable air resistance value of the motor vehicle 10 results. The optics of the motor vehicle 10 are not impaired, or are only slightly impaired, by the sealing arrangement 24.List of reference characters10 Motor vehicle 12 motor vehicle door 14 rear region 16 openable window 18 first window 20 second window 22 body portion 24 sealing arrangement 26 gap 28 cut line 30 first sealing element 32 second sealing element 34 inner-side surface first window 35 inner-side surface second window 36 edge region inner-side surface 38 edge surface 40 door frame part / structural part of the motor vehicle door 42 door inner part 44 fold 46 pockets 48 fastening element 50 clips 52 openings 54 tongue 56 collar 58 contact region / contact surface 60 edge region 62 edge surface 64 lip 66 contact region / contact surface 68 outer-side surface 70 outer-side surface 72 fastening elements 74 recesses 76 receiving groove
