Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a heat retention structure for an engine, including a dedicated heat retention member consisting of an upper cover portion covering the engine from above and being openable and closable, and side wall portions covering one side of the engine. Furthermore, the invention relates to a vehicle having a heat retention structure for an engine, and to a method for arranging an engine heat retention structure in a vehicle. BACKGROUND OF REVELATION

[0002] Generally, when a vehicle is stopped outdoors for a given period of time (e.g., about 8 hours or longer), the engine temperature drops to the ambient temperature. To prevent the engine temperature from dropping to the ambient temperature, a heat retention member consisting of an upper cover portion covering the engine from above and sidewall portions covering the sides of the engine may be provided. The heat retention member suppresses the drop in engine temperature, enables restarting the engine from the highest possible temperature, reduces the fuel injection amount during engine warm-up, improves fuel consumption, enables rapid engine warm-up, and keeps engine oil warm. Therefore, a drop in engine temperature can be suppressed, and the sliding resistance of the engine oil can also be reduced. That is,, the heat retention member can achieve both rapid warm-up of the engine (improvement in fuel consumption) and reduction in the sliding resistance of the engine oil.

[0003] JP 2013-119384 A discloses an engine encapsulation structure for a vehicle, which includes a dedicated covering member (a heat retaining member) that covers the engine from above and the side. However, since JP 2013-119384 A does not disclose how to reduce the weight and cost of the covering member, there is room for improvement.

[0004] EP 0 476 286 A1 discloses an encapsulation for the internal combustion engine in a commercial vehicle. The short engine, including its oil pan, is tightly enclosed by the engine capsule. The engine capsule is mounted on low-vibration points of the short engine via anti-vibration metal mounts, providing vibration isolation. The internal combustion engine is supported by rubber mounts against the frame longitudinal members. The upper half of the two-system capsule, the so-called frame capsule, consists of the cab dome formed from the cab floor, the side skirts, and the rear bulge on the cab. The lower part of the short engine can be further insulated by additional covers, which rest against the frame member with sealing lips. The covers also have sealing lips that seal against the frame longitudinal members. To further optimize the damping, the frame capsule can be lined with a sound-absorbing material.

[0005] US 2,972,340 A discloses a cooling system for an internal combustion engine with a lubrication system and a crankcase. The cooling system has a fan with an air inlet and an air outlet, with a rotational axis arranged transversely to a cylinder axis.

[0006] US 7,523,798 B2 discloses a support structure for a cooling air duct for an intercooler of a motor vehicle. The duct has an upper and a lower element that are formed separately and are mounted to one another.

[0007] US 2006 / 0 181 071 A1 discloses a vehicle body front structure having left and right side members and a subframe provided on a bottom side of the side members. Right and left brackets are provided for connecting the side members to the subframe. SUMMARY OF REVELATION

[0008] The object of the invention is to reduce a weight and cost of a heat retention structure for an engine.

[0009] This subject matter is achieved by the features of the independent claims. Further developments are defined in the dependent claims.

[0010] According to one aspect of the present invention, a vehicle is provided including an engine compartment having a top wall, side walls, a front wall, and a rear wall, an engine disposed inside the engine compartment, and a dedicated heat retaining member provided inside the engine compartment. The dedicated heat retaining member includes an upper cover portion that covers the engine from above so as to be openable and closable, and side wall portions that cover sides of the engine. A portion of the side wall portions consists of an engine mounting bracket configured to support a bracket of the engine.

[0011] According to this structure, since the portion of the side wall parts of the heat retaining member is replaced by the engine mounting bracket, the side wall parts are omitted in favor of the portion, thereby reducing the weight and cost of the heat retaining member.

[0012] The engine mounting bracket is fixed to an upper surface of the front side frame at two, a front and a rear, fixing parts, and a vertical wall part is formed in the engine mounting bracket to cover a space between the front and rear fixing parts.

[0013] According to this structure, since the vertical wall parts are formed, heat loss from the engine mounting bracket is reduced.

[0014] The sidewall portions of the associated heat retention member may be made of a plastic member, and / or the engine mounting bracket may be made of a metal member. The upper cover portion may be disposed on and supported by an upper surface portion of the engine mounting bracket.

[0015] According to this structure, since the upper cover part is supported by the upper surface part of the engine mounting bracket, a support rigidity for supporting the upper cover part is improved, and a load applied to the side wall parts of the heat retaining member is reduced.

[0016] A mounting rubber is attached to the engine mounting bracket. A space is formed between the mounting rubber and a mounting bracket portion above the mounting rubber, and an arm portion extending substantially straight inward in the vehicle width direction from the mounting rubber toward the engine is provided.

[0017] According to this structure, since the engine mounting bracket is provided with the arm part extending substantially laterally from the mounting rubber toward the engine, the arm part prevents the heat moving upward from the lower part of the mounting rubber from escaping through the space.

[0018] The armrest is essentially at the same height as the room.

[0019] According to this structure, since the arm part is arranged at substantially the same height as the room, the heat loss across the room is further reduced.

[0020] According to another aspect, there is provided an engine heat retention structure comprising: an associated heat retention member arranged inside an engine compartment, the associated heat retention member comprising an upper cover part covering the engine from above so as to be openable and closable, and side wall parts covering one side of the engine, wherein a portion of the side wall parts consists of an engine mounting bracket configured to support a mount of the engine, wherein the engine mounting bracket is fixed to an upper surface of a front side frame at two, a front and a rear, fixing parts, and a vertical wall part is formed in the engine mounting bracket to cover a space between the front and rear fixing parts, wherein a mounting rubber is attached to the engine mounting bracket, wherein a space is formed between the mounting rubber and a mounting support part above the mounting rubber, and an arm part extending substantially straight inward in the vehicle width direction from the mounting rubber toward the engine is arranged, and wherein the arm part is arranged substantially at the same height as the room.

[0021] Preferably, the side wall parts of the associated heat retention member consist of a plastic member, and the engine mounting bracket consists of a metal member, and / or wherein the upper cover part is arranged on an upper surface part of the engine mounting bracket and is or can be supported thereby.

[0022] According to yet another aspect, there is provided a method of arranging an engine heat retention structure in a vehicle, comprising the steps of: Arranging an associated heat retention member inside an engine compartment of the vehicle, the associated heat retention member comprising an upper cover part covering the engine from above so as to be openable and closable, and side wall parts covering one side of the engine, and Forming a portion of the side wall parts from an engine mounting bracket which is designed to support a bracket of the engine, Fixing the engine mounting bracket to an upper surface of a front side frame at two, a front and a rear, fixing parts, Covering a space between the front and rear fixing parts by means of a vertical wall part of the engine mounting bracket, Fixing a mounting rubber to the engine mounting bracket, wherein a space is formed between the mounting rubber and a mounting support part above the mounting rubber, and an arm part extending substantially straight inward in vehicle width directions from the mounting rubber toward the engine is arranged substantially at the same height as the space. [0023] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings. The drawings illustrate a heat retention structure for an engine, where Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the heat retention structure, seen from an upper right position, Fig. 2 a plan view of Fig. 1 is, Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the heat retention structure, seen from a rear upper position, Fig. 4 is a right side view illustrating the heat retaining structure as seen from an outward position in vehicle width directions, and Fig. 5 is a left side view illustrating the heat retaining structure as seen from an inboard position in the vehicle width directions.

[0024] It should be noted that in the drawings, an arrow F indicates the front or forward of the vehicle, an arrow R indicates the rear or rear of the vehicle, an arrow IN indicates inward or inside in the vehicle width directions, an arrow OUT indicates outward or outside in the vehicle width directions, and an arrow UP indicates the top or upward of the vehicle.

[0025] Before describing the heat retention structure, a body structure of a vehicle is first described. As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. As illustrated in Figure 5, the vehicle is provided with front side frames 1, which extend substantially forward from a lower panel of the dashboard on both left and right sides of an engine compartment. The engine compartment has walls formed by various components of the vehicle body. As shown in dashed lines in Fig. 5, Fig. 7 and Fig. 9, for example, the engine compartment includes an upper wall formed by a hood (hood) of the vehicle, two side walls formed by left and right fascia panels and fender panels of the vehicle, a front wall formed by a front bumper of the vehicle, and a rear wall formed by a panel of an instrument panel of the vehicle.

[0026] The front side frame 1 is a body reinforcement member formed by connecting and fixing a front side frame inner part 2 and a front side frame outer part 3, and forms a substantially closed cross section 1A (see Fig. 9), which extends substantially in the longitudinal directions of the vehicle. An adjustment plate 4 for mounting an impact bushing is provided at a front end of the front side frame 1 (see Fig. 1, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5). It should be noted that in the drawings, only the front side frame 1 of the right side is illustrated for the sake of simplicity.

[0027] As this is Fig. 4 and Fig. As illustrated in Fig. 9, inside the substantially closed cross section 1A of the front side frame 1, in order to attach and fix an engine mounting bracket 20 (described later) thereto, a pair of front and rear retainers 5 and 6 are connected and fixed to the front side frame 1 corresponding to the attachment positions of the engine mounting bracket 20. Also, inside the substantially closed cross section 1A, a gusset plate 7 is connected and fixed to the front side frame 1 between the pair of front and rear retainers 5 and 6 as a reinforcing member. The retainers 5 and 6 have parts 5a and 6a each having a tunnel shape in plan view. The tunnel-shaped parts 5a and 6a extend substantially in vertical directions and fix cylindrical nut members 10 and 11 extending substantially in the vertical directions, with which bolts 8 and 9 threadably engage for securing the mounting bracket and the mounting bracket, respectively. A cover 12 is provided in front of the engine compartment (see also ). Fig. 1).

[0028] As this is Fig. 1, the cowl 12 includes a cowl panel 13 covering a radiator and / or condenser as a heat exchanger, and a cowl upper member 14 disposed above the cowl panel 13. The cowl panel 13 is constructed by integrally forming an upper member 13U and a lower member 13L, and left and right side members 13S and 13S vertically coupling the upper and lower members 13U and 13L to form a shape of a substantially rectangular frame. The cowl upper member 14 is constructed by integrally forming a center member 13U and a lower member 13L.The center point 14a of the upper member of the cowl, which is located substantially at the center in the vehicle width direction, is coupled to the sides 14b and 14b of the upper member of the cowl, which are located at both ends in the vehicle width direction of the center 14a of the upper member of the cowl. Both the left and right ends of the left and right sides 14b and 14b of the upper member of the cowl are coupled to a skirt, respectively. As shown in FIG. Fig. 1 to 5, the engine mounting bracket 20 which supports the engine mount on the front side frame 1 which is the body reinforcement member is provided.

[0029] Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the engine mounting bracket, Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along a line AA of Fig. 5, Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along a line BB of Fig. 5, and Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along a line CC of Fig. 5, and Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part taken along a line DD of Fig. 5.

[0030] As shown by the side views in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, and also by the perspective view in Fig. 6, the engine mounting bracket 20 (body-side mounting bracket) includes front and rear leg parts 21 and 22, two front and rear fixing seats as fixing parts 23 and 24 formed in bottom parts of the leg parts 21 and 22, respectively, and a frame-shaped part 25 provided in upper parts of the leg parts 21 and 22, all of which are integrally formed by aluminum die-casting.

[0031] As this is Fig. 4 and Fig. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the engine mounting bracket 20 is fixed to an upper surface of the front side frame 1 through the front and rear fixing seats at two locations. In detail, by fixing the pair of front and rear bolts 8 and 9 to the nut members 10 and 11, respectively, the fixing parts 23 and 24 of the engine mounting bracket 20 are fixed to an upper surface 2a of the front side frame inner part 2.

[0032] As this is Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. As illustrated in Fig. 8, vertical wall parts 26, 27 and 28 are formed integrally with the engine mounting bracket 20 to cover the space between the two front and rear fixing seats.

[0033] As this is Fig. 6 and Fig. 8, the front leg part 21 of the engine mounting bracket 20 has a front piece 21a and a rear piece 21b, and the wall thickness of the vertical wall part 26 in the vehicle width direction coupling the front piece 21a and the rear piece 21b is made thinner than the wall thickness of the front piece 21a and the rear piece 21b in the vehicle width direction.

[0034] Similarly, as in Fig. 6 and Fig. As illustrated in FIG. 8, the rear leg part 22 of the engine mounting bracket 20 also includes a front piece 22a and a rear piece 22b, and the wall thickness of a vertical wall part 27 in the vehicle width direction, which couples the front piece 22a and the rear piece 22b, is made thinner than the wall thickness of the front piece 22a and the rear piece 22b in the vehicle width direction. The vertical wall part 28 couples the rear piece 21b of the front leg part 21 and the front piece 22a of the rear leg part 22, and the wall thickness of the vertical wall parts 28 in the vehicle width direction is made thinner than the wall thickness of the rear piece 21b and the front piece 22a in the vehicle width direction.

[0035] Thus, since the front pieces 21a and 22a and the rear pieces 21b and 22b constituting the foot parts 21 and 22 are made thicker, the rigidity of the engine mounting bracket 20 is ensured. At the same time, since the vertical wall parts 26, 27, and 28 are made thinner, the weight of the engine mounting bracket 20 is reduced. Furthermore, due to the vertical wall parts 26, 27, and 28, heat loss through the engine mounting bracket 20 is reduced.

[0036] As this is Fig. As illustrated in FIG. 9, the engine mounting bracket 20 uses a bolt 30 to fix a core rod member 31 to a recessed bottom portion 29 of the frame-shaped member 25, and a mounting rubber 33 is interposed between the core rod member 31 and an outer cylinder 32a of an arm portion 32, which is an engine-side mounting bracket. Here, the arm portion 32 (engine-side mounting bracket) may have a vertically divisible structure, taking workability into consideration.

[0037] The mounting rubber 33 is provided by extending from an inner peripheral part of the outer cylinder 32a to an outer peripheral part of the core rod member 31, and a space 34 is formed between the mounting rubber 33 and an upper part of the outer cylinder 32a, and the part of the mounting bracket above, that is, a part of an upper piece of the frame-shaped part 25.

[0038] As this is Fig. 7, additional mounting rubbers 35 and 36 are adhered by vulcanization to an outer surface of the outer cylinder 32a, which is opposite to a front piece part 25b and a rear piece part 25c of the frame-shaped part 25.

[0039] As this is Fig. 7 and Fig. 9, the arm part 32 extends substantially straight inward in the vehicle width direction from the mounting rubber 33 toward the engine, and is, as shown in Fig. 9, is arranged substantially at the same height as the space 34. A plurality of fixing holes 32b are formed in the extended part of the arm part 32, which extends substantially straight inward in the vehicle width direction from the mounting rubber 33 toward the engine, and the engine is mounted to the arm part 32 using bolts 37 (see Fig. 5 and Fig. 6), which are inserted into the fixing holes 32b. The mounting rubber 33 acts as a buffer between the arm portion 32 and the motor mounting bracket 20 when the motor vibrates and shifts, and the other mounting rubbers 35 and 36 act as buffers between the opposing members when the motor vibrates and shifts.

[0040] In contrast, as stated in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the heat retention structure includes a dedicated heat retention member 50, which consists of an upper cover portion 38 covering the engine from above so as to be openable and closable, an upper side wall portion 41 and a lower side wall portion 44 covering one side of the engine, and a rear wall portion 47 covering a rear side of the engine. A side wall (not shown) opposite the upper side wall portion 41 and the lower side wall portion 44 may also be included.

[0041] As this is Fig. 5, the upper lid part 38 includes an upper surface cover 39 made of a synthetic resin as the outer cover and a heat retaining member 40 made of a glass wool material, a urethane material, etc., which is arranged inside the upper surface cover 39 to be integral with the upper surface cover 39.

[0042] As this is Fig. 7, the upper side wall part 41 includes an upper side surface cover 42 made of a synthetic resin as the outer cover and a heat retaining member 43 made of a glass wool material, a urethane material, etc., which is arranged inside the upper side surface cover 42 to be integral with the upper side surface cover 42.

[0043] As this is Fig. 8, the lower side wall part 44 includes a lower side surface cover 45 made of a synthetic resin as the outer cover and a heat retaining member 46 made of a glass wool material, a urethane material, etc., which is arranged inside the lower side surface cover 45 to be integral with the lower side surface cover 45.

[0044] As this is Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, the rear wall part 47 includes a rear surface cover 48 made of a synthetic resin as the outer cover and a heat retaining member 49 made of a glass wool material, a urethane material, etc., which is arranged inside the rear surface cover 48 to be integral with the rear surface cover 48.

[0045] As this is Fig. 2, the upper surface cover 39 constituting the upper lid part 38 is formed integrally with flange parts 39f, 39g, 39h and 39i on the front, rear, right and left sides of a part 39a of an upper plate through edge parts 39b, 39c, 39d and 39e.

[0046] In addition, as stated in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, a right end of the rear surface cover 48 constituting the rear wall part 47 is formed integrally with a forwardly extended part 48a so as to reverse forwardly.

[0047] A lower end of the forwardly extended portion 48a is set at substantially the same height as a lower end of the upper side wall portion. As shown in Fig. 7, a flange part 48b is formed in a front end of the forwardly extended part 48a, and, as shown in Fig. 5, a flange part 48c is also formed in an upper end of the forwardly extended part 48a.

[0048] As this is Fig. 4 and Fig. As illustrated in Figure 5, a side portion between the upper side wall portion 41 and the forward extension portion 48a and a side portion rearward of the lower side wall portion 44 are not provided with side wall portions, and the side portions are substituted for the engine mounting bracket 20, which supports the mount of the engine. Thus, a portion of the side wall portions of the heat retaining member 50 is substituted for the engine mounting bracket 20, so that the side wall portions are omitted by the portion, thereby reducing the weight and cost of the heat retaining member 50.

[0049] As this is Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the upper side wall part 41 or part of the upper side wall and the lower side wall part or part 44 of the lower side wall are connected to a sub-tank 52 (see Fig. 2) using the fixing devices 51 and thereby supported.

[0050] As this is Fig. 10, an upper end of the lower side wall part 44 is provided to at least partially overlap with a lower end of the upper side wall part 41 outward in the vehicle width direction, and a flange portion 42a is formed integrally with an upper end of the upper side surface cover 42 constituting the upper side wall part 41.

[0051] As this is Fig. 5, a sealing member 53 seals between the flange portion 39f on the front side of the upper surface cover 39 constituting the upper lid portion 38 and an upper member 13U of the trim panel.

[0052] As this is Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, the right flange part 39i of the cover 39 of the upper surface of the upper lid part 38 is arranged on the flange part 42a of the cover 42 of the upper side surface and the part of the upper piece of the frame-shaped part 25 of the engine mounting bracket 20 and is supported thereby, and it seals, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 10, a sealing member 54 is provided between the flange portion 39i of the upper surface cover 39 and the flange portion 42a of the upper side surface cover 42.

[0053] In addition, as in Fig. 9, a sealing member 55 is interposed between the flange portion 39i of the upper surface cover 39 and the upper piece portion of the frame-shaped portion 25 of the engine mounting bracket 20.

[0054] Furthermore, as in Fig. 4 and Fig. 7, a sealing member 56 is provided between the front foot portion 21 of the engine mounting bracket 20 and the portion 25b of the front piece of the frame-shaped portion 25 and a rear end surface of the upper and lower side wall portions 41 and 44.

[0055] Furthermore, as in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, a sealing member 57 is arranged between the part 25c of the rear piece of the frame-shaped part 25 of the engine mounting bracket 20 and the flange part 48b at the front end of the forwardly extended part 48a of the rear wall part 47. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, a sealing member 58 is provided between the rear flange portion 39g of the cover 39 of the upper surface of the upper lid portion 38 and the flange portion 48c at the upper end of the forwardly extended portion 48a of the rear wall portion 47.

[0056] As this is Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. As illustrated in Fig. 4, a semi-cylindrical guide part 59 extending substantially outward in the vehicle width direction is formed from an intermediate part of the edge part 39e in the vehicle longitudinal direction in the right part of the upper lid part 38. A first space 60, in which a wiring harness or a tubular member is inserted, is formed below the guide part 59. Since the wiring or tubular member inserted in the first space 60 is covered with a heat-insulating material, there is no concern about heat loss via the first space 60. A second space 61, in which a wiring harness or a tubular member is inserted, is also formed between a rear part of the edge part 39e of the upper lid part 38 and an upper part of the forward extended part 48a of the rear wall part 47.Since the wiring or pipe member is inserted into the second space 61 and similarly covered with a heat-insulating material, heat loss via the second space 61 is not a problem.

[0057] As described above, the heat retention structure of the engine according to this embodiment includes the dedicated heat retention member 50, which consists of the upper cover part 38 covering the engine from above so as to be openable and closable, and the side wall parts (the upper side wall parts 41 and the lower side wall parts 44) covering the side of the engine. The side wall parts section consists of the engine mounting bracket 20, which supports the bracket of the engine (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 4).

[0058] According to this structure, since the portion of the side wall parts of the heat retaining member 50 is substituted by the engine mounting bracket 20 so that side wall parts are omitted by this portion, the weight and cost of the heat retaining member 50 are thereby reduced.

[0059] In this embodiment, the engine mounting bracket 20 is fixed to the upper surface of the front side frame 1 at two front and rear fixing parts 23 and 24 (fixing seats). Vertical wall parts 26, 27, and 28 are formed in the engine mounting bracket 20 to cover the space between the two fixing parts 23 and 24 (fixing seats) (see Fig. 4).

[0060] According to this structure, since the vertical wall parts 26, 27 and 28 are formed, heat loss through the motor mounting bracket 20 is reduced.

[0061] In this embodiment, the upper cover part 38 is arranged on the part of the upper surface or upper surface part (in detail the part of the upper piece of the frame-shaped part 25) of the engine mounting bracket 20 and supported thereby (see Fig. 4 and Fig. 9).

[0062] According to this structure, since the upper cover part 38 is supported by the upper surface part of the engine mounting bracket 20, the support rigidity for supporting the upper cover part 38 is improved, and the load applied to the side wall parts 41 and 44 of the heat retaining member 50 is reduced.

[0063] In this embodiment, the mounting rubber 33 is fixed to the engine mounting bracket 20, and the space 34 is formed between the mounting rubber 33 and a mounting bracket part 25a (the part of the upper piece of the frame-shaped part 25) above the mounting rubber 33. The engine mounting bracket 20 is provided with the arm part 32, which extends straight substantially inward in the vehicle width direction from the mounting rubber 33 toward the engine (see Fig. 2, Fig. 7 and Fig. 9).

[0064] According to this structure, since the engine mounting bracket 20 is provided with the arm part 32 extending substantially laterally from the mounting rubber 33 toward the engine, the arm part 32 prevents the heat moving upward from the lower part of the mounting rubber 33 from escaping through the space 34.

[0065] In this embodiment, the arm part 32 is arranged substantially at the same height as the space 34 (see Fig. 9).

[0066] According to this structure, since the arm part 32 is arranged at substantially the same height as the space 34, heat loss via the space 34 is further reduced.

[0067] Between the structure of the present disclosure and the structure of this embodiment, the side wall parts of the present disclosure correspond to the upper side wall part 41 and the lower side wall part 44 of this embodiment. Similarly, the front and rear fixing parts 23 and 24 at the two locations of the engine mounting bracket correspond to the fixing seats, the upper surface part of the engine mounting bracket corresponds to the upper piece part (mounting bracket part 25a) of the frame-shaped part 25, and the mounting bracket part above the mounting rubber corresponds to the upper piece part of the frame-shaped part 25. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the structure of this embodiment only.

[0068] As described above, the present disclosure is useful for the heat retaining structure for the engine provided with the dedicated heat retaining member consisting of the upper lid part covering the engine from above to be openable and closable and the side wall parts covering the sides of the engine.

[0069] The purpose of reducing the weight and cost of a heat retaining member by substituting a portion of side wall parts of the heat retaining member with an engine mounting bracket to omit the portion of side wall parts is achieved by the heat retaining structure for an engine, which includes a dedicated heat retaining member consisting of an upper lid part covering the engine from above so as to be openable and closable, and side wall parts covering one side of the engine, where the portion of the side wall parts consists of an engine mounting bracket supporting a bracket of the engine.
