Description

[0001] The invention relates to a combination package made of a foldable material, particularly for bottles. A combination package is a combined primary and transport package, wherein the primary or inner packaging is arranged in an erected state within the transport or outer packaging. Such an inner package has at least three inner packaging side walls or inner side walls which are hinged to one another at their longitudinal edges in order to enclose a volume or interior space in the erected state, in which a product to be packaged, for example a bottle, can be arranged. The outer packaging also has at least three outer packaging side walls or outer side walls which are hinged to one another at their longitudinal edges in order to enclose a volume or interior space in the erected state, in which the inner packaging can be arranged. The invention also relates to a blank for such a combination packaging which essentially corresponds to the combination packaging in the flat lying, i.e. in the not erected state.

[0002] The inner packaging sidewalls and the outer packaging sidewalls each have two opposing longitudinal edges that are essentially parallel to each other. Furthermore, the inner packaging sidewalls and the outer packaging sidewalls each have two opposing transverse edges that are also essentially parallel to each other. The longitudinal edges of the sidewalls can be longer, shorter, or the same length as the respective transverse edges.

[0003] Due to the vast opportunities and advantages of e-commerce, such as the ease of ordering, fast delivery, high convenience, and ever-decreasing shipping costs, individual products are being ordered, sold, and shipped separately with increasing frequency. Beverages are also enjoying growing popularity and are being ordered more and more often through online retailers, bottled, packaged, and shipped. The products are usually arranged in primary or inner packaging and must be placed in further secondary packaging, outer packaging, or shipping containers for transport to the end consumer. Providing such outer packaging, and especially the step of additionally wrapping the already packaged product inside it, costs time and money.Due to logistical limitations in mail-order companies, individual products are often shipped in excessively large outer packaging. This leads to high transport, storage, and packaging costs, as well as large amounts of waste, which should be avoided for environmental reasons. Since end-consumer expectations regarding the design of primary packaging are simultaneously increasing, primary packaging cannot be used directly for shipping. Due to its specific design, it is often unsuitable for shipping, the printed image can be damaged during transit, or damage could even occur that affects the packaged product itself. Adequate transport protection is particularly essential when shipping beverages in glass bottles. Furthermore, the product information on the primary packaging does not guarantee neutral shipping.

[0004] From DE 20 2017 105 059 U1, a packaging device for shipping bottles is known, comprising a circumferential wall as an outer packaging part and an inner wall within it as an insert, which is arranged at an angle to the outer packaging part, creating gaps between the inner insert and the outer packaging part to provide protection against external influences. However, the insert cannot be used independently of the outer packaging part and therefore cannot be used as primary packaging for a product. If the product is to be packaged in primary packaging after shipping, it is necessary to use additional primary packaging before shipping or to place the product in primary packaging after shipping.

[0005] DE 102 60 916 A1 relates to a packaging assembly comprising an inner packaging for holding a packaged item and an outer packaging that holds the inner packaging. The packaging assembly has a first end and a second end opposite it, the inner packaging being attached at the first end in such a way as to prevent the packaged item from escaping at the first end. The outer packaging has a first opening at the first end through which the inner packaging can be removed, and the inner packaging has a second opening at the second end through which the packaged item can be moved. The outer packaging is closed at the second end in such a way as to prevent the packaged item from escaping at the second end. The inner and outer packaging are made in one piece from a paper material.

[0006] Combination packaging consisting of an inner packaging and a detachable outer packaging is known from US 1 943 074 A and US 4 083 454 A.

[0007] It is therefore an object of the present invention to create a packaging or a blank for such packaging which avoids the above disadvantages.

[0008] This problem is solved by a combination packaging with the features of claim 1. This packaging comprises an inner packaging and an outer packaging, wherein an outer packaging sidewall is connected at a longitudinal edge to a longitudinal edge of an inner packaging sidewall via a predetermined breaking point, wherein the at least three inner packaging sidewalls and the at least three outer packaging sidewalls are arranged in a row and connected to one another. In particular, the outer packaging sidewall is directly connected at its longitudinal edge to a longitudinal edge of an inner packaging sidewall, such that the two longitudinal edges coincide.

[0009] Accordingly, a first inner packaging sidewall is connected to a second inner packaging sidewall along one of its long edges. The second inner packaging sidewall is then connected to the third inner packaging sidewall along its long edge opposite the long edge connected to the first inner packaging sidewall. Depending on the shape of the inner packaging, it may have further inner packaging sidewalls. These are hinged to each other along their respective long edges in the same way as the first to third inner packaging sidewalls. The last inner packaging sidewall is then connected to a first outer packaging sidewall as described above.

[0010] The terms "side walls" and "lid" used to describe the individual walls of the packaging are not to be interpreted restrictively. For example, a wall referred to herein as a side wall may, depending on the orientation of the packaging, act as a bottom or a lid. It is also possible that, of several walls referred to herein as side walls, some may form a bottom or a top, depending on the orientation of the packaging, while others are actually located on the side of the packaging. Furthermore, a side wall need not completely cover an entire side of the packaging; it may also be designed as a flap that partially covers that side. In particular, several side walls may overlap and be arranged on one side of the packaging.

[0011] Inner and outer packaging can be made from a foldable material such as paper, cardboard, folding boxboard, or corrugated board. The inner and outer packaging can be made of different materials to meet varying requirements for strength, resistance to external influences, flexibility, design, and the like. For example, the inner packaging may have a printable or printed outer surface. However, it is also possible for the inner and outer packaging to be made of the same materials.

[0012] The combination packaging according to the invention enables particularly easy assembly of both the inner and outer packaging by simply wrapping the product to be packaged. In a single step, the product can first be placed in the inner packaging, and then the inner packaging can be seamlessly wrapped in the outer packaging. The arrangement of the inner sidewalls of the inner packaging and the outer sidewalls of the outer packaging in a row results in a particularly compact design, generating very little waste during production. This is therefore particularly cost-effective and especially preferable from an environmental perspective of waste reduction.

[0013] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer packaging side wall, which is connected to the longitudinal edge of the inner packaging side wall at one longitudinal edge, lies flat against the inner packaging side wall to which it is connected when the combination packaging is erected, and another longitudinal edge of this outer packaging side wall essentially rests against another longitudinal edge of an inner packaging side wall. The inner packaging can therefore be arranged within the outer packaging in a particularly space-saving manner.

[0014] In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner packaging has a first lid which is hinged to at least one transverse edge of one of the inner packaging side walls and closes the inner packaging from a first transverse side. In the case of a cuboid inner packaging, the inner packaging is then closed on at least five sides. A side is also referred to as closed if the corresponding side wall or lid has a viewing opening.

[0015] In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner packaging has a second lid on the transverse side opposite the first lid. This second lid is hinged to at least one transverse edge of one of the inner packaging side walls and closes the inner packaging on a second transverse side, so that the inner packaging side walls, the first lid, and the second lid form an inner packaging that completely encloses a volume. A product placed in the inner packaging, for example, a bottle, is therefore securely held within the inner packaging. An inner packaging completely encloses a volume even if one or more of the side walls and / or the lid have a viewing window.

[0016] In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner packaging and the outer packaging are manufactured in one piece from a single blank. The combination packaging can therefore be produced particularly easily and cost-effectively, since no further time-consuming work steps are required after the blank has been die-cut.

[0017] In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the blank has a top and a bottom, wherein, in particular, the top forms the outside of the inner packaging and the inside of the outer packaging, and the bottom forms the inside of the inner packaging and the outside of the outer packaging. By folding the outer packaging relative to the inner packaging when erecting the combination packaging, the outside of the inner packaging becomes the inside of the outer packaging. Thus, when erecting the inner packaging, the side walls of the inner packaging are folded along their longitudinal edges in a first direction of rotation, starting from the flat state, and the side walls of the outer packaging are folded along their longitudinal edges in a second, opposite direction of rotation. This allows the outer packaging to be designed neutrally as transport packaging without revealing any indication of the high-quality contents. Furthermore, this allows for the creation of an internal print on the outer packaging without additional effort, providing a unique experience for the end customer upon opening the packaging. In a further particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the combination packaging can also feature printing on the top surface of the blank. Additionally or alternatively, the underside can also be printed.

[0018] In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one inner packaging side wall has at least one viewing opening. Alternatively or additionally, a lid can also have a viewing opening. The viewing opening itself can be designed as a design element and, for example, contain lettering or simply allow a view into the interior of the inner packaging. A side of the inner packaging whose side wall and / or lid is provided with such a viewing opening is still considered closed.

[0019] According to the invention, the outer packaging has a length that is twice the length of the protective distance compared to the length of the inner packaging. The length of the outer packaging and the inner packaging is defined as the extension in a longitudinal direction, i.e., the direction of the longitudinal edges. Because the outer packaging extends beyond the inner packaging due to its greater length, it provides exceptional transport protection. In the event of an external force being applied to the outer packaging, it would first have to be compressed along the entire protective distance before any damage could occur to the inner packaging.

[0020] According to the invention, protective flaps are arranged on the transverse edges of the outer packaging side walls, preferably on both sides. The length of the protective flaps corresponds to the protective distance, and the inner packaging is held securely between the protective flaps of the outer packaging. The protective flaps thus ensure that the inner packaging is fixed within the outer packaging and therefore prevents it from slipping out of the outer packaging under stress. Furthermore, the protective flaps stabilize the outer packaging along the length of the protective distance to provide additional transport protection in the event of stress. This ensures that, in particular, a bottle inside the inner packaging cannot be damaged.

[0021] In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, lids are arranged on the transverse edges of the outer packaging side walls on at least one, preferably both, sides, which close the outer packaging on one side, preferably both sides. The lids can provide additional transport protection for the inner packaging, protection against the inner packaging falling out, and visual protection for the inner packaging.

[0022] In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner packaging has a fastening device, in particular a reversible fastening device, to fix the inner packaging in its erected state. The simplest possible reversible fastening device is a tuck-in flap, which is hinged, for example, to one of the side walls and can be inserted into a gap between two other parts of the inner packaging. The tuck-in flap can then be held in position by frictional forces, thus keeping the inner packaging in its erected state. The inner packaging is therefore held in its erected state independently of the outer packaging and forms a self-contained package separate from the outer packaging.

[0023] In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer packaging has a fastening device for fixing and / or closing the outer packaging in its erected state. In particular, the fastening device has two parallel self-adhesive strips with a predetermined breaking point between them. To close the outer packaging for transport, a first self-adhesive strip can be used, for example, to bond two side walls of the outer packaging together and thus close the outer packaging. At this point, a protective film can be applied to the second self-adhesive strip to prevent it from becoming sticky. After transport to an end customer, the end customer can tear open the outer packaging at the predetermined breaking point, thereby separating the first self-adhesive strip from the second self-adhesive strip and the remaining part of the corresponding side wall, thus opening the outer packaging. This allows the inner packaging to be removed from the outer packaging. Should the end customer wish to return the inner packaging with the product inside, they can simply place the inner packaging and product back into the outer packaging and remove the protective strip from the second adhesive tape to reseal the outer packaging. The second adhesive tape then re-glues the two side walls together.

[0024] The problem is further solved by a blank for a combination packaging as described above, wherein at least three inner packaging side walls, which can be erected to form an inner packaging which is preferably closed on at least five sides, are hinged to one another at their longitudinal edges, and at least three outer packaging side walls, which can be erected to form an outer packaging, are hinged to one another at their longitudinal edges, wherein an inner packaging side wall is connected at a longitudinal edge to a longitudinal edge of an outer packaging side wall via a predetermined breaking point, wherein the inner packaging side walls and the outer packaging side walls are arranged in a row.

[0025] Further advantages, features, and applications of the invention will become apparent from the following description of various embodiments and the drawings. All features described and / or illustrated, individually or in any combination, constitute the subject matter of the present invention, even independently of their compilation in the claims or their cross-references.

[0027] In Fig. Figure 1 shows the combination packaging 1 according to the invention in a flat, oblique top view. The combination packaging 1 according to the invention in a flat, flat state corresponds to the inventive blank for a combination packaging 1. The combination packaging 1 is made of a foldable material, for example corrugated cardboard, which has a top surface that is in the Fig. 1 is visible and a subpage that is in the Fig. 1 is not visible. The underside can be designed as a decorative side and may have printing. The combination packaging 1 essentially consists of an inner packaging 2 and an outer packaging 3 which are connected to each other via a predetermined breaking point 4. A perforation is particularly suitable as the predetermined breaking point 4. The combination packaging consisting of the inner packaging 2 and the outer packaging 3 can therefore be manufactured in one piece and, for example, die-cut as a whole in a single production process. A predetermined breaking point 4 can then be provided at the connection point between the inner packaging 2 and the outer packaging 3 by creating a perforation.

[0028] The inner packaging 2 essentially consists of five side walls 201 to 205, which are referred to as inner side walls 201 to 205. These are hinged to one another in a row at their respective longitudinal edges. A first side wall 201 is hinged to the second inner side wall 202 at its first longitudinal edge 206. The second inner side wall 202 is in turn hinged to the third inner side wall 203 at its longitudinal edge 207, which is opposite the longitudinal edge 206. In the same way, the third inner side wall 203 is connected to the fourth side wall 204 via its third longitudinal edge 208, which is opposite the second longitudinal edge 207. The fifth inner side wall 205 is again connected to the fourth inner side wall 204 in the same way at its longitudinal edge 209.The first inner side wall 201 and the fifth inner side wall 205 will lie parallel to each other when the inner packaging 2 is erected, thus forming a common wall of the inner packaging 2. The width of the inner side walls 201 to 205, which essentially corresponds to the distance between the longitudinal edges 206 to 209, is essentially the same. However, the first side wall 201 and the second side wall 205, in particular, may have a smaller width, since they only need to form a wall of the inner packaging 2 together. When the inner packaging 2 is erected, the side walls 201 to 205 therefore form a cuboid that is closed on all four sides.

[0029] The fourth side panel 204 features a viewing window formed by the letters "W", "e", "i", "n", thus spelling out the word "wine" as a decorative element and allowing a view into the interior of the inner packaging when the panel is upright. Alternatively or additionally, a viewing window can also be provided in another side panel and can, in principle, have any shape.

[0030] On the fifth side wall 205, a first insertion tab 221 is provided on a first transverse edge and a second insertion tab 222 is provided on an opposite transverse edge as a fastening element in order to fix the fifth inner side wall 205 to the first inner side wall 201 in the erected state of the inner packaging 2.

[0031] The inner packaging 2 also has a first lid 210 on a first side of the inner packaging and a second lid 216 on a second side of the inner packaging 2 opposite the first side, which close off the cuboid formed by the side walls 201 to 205 on the two remaining open sides, thus creating a completely closed inner packaging 2 that encloses a volume.

[0032] The first cover 210 has an outer wall 211, which is hinged to a first transverse edge 223 of the third side wall 203. A mounting tab 212 is hinged to an adjacent edge of this outer wall 211 of the first cover 210. The remaining edges of the mounting tab 212 are free edges and are not connected to any other tab or side wall. The mounting tab 212 also has a recess 230. A fixing tab 214 is hinged to the outer wall 211 of the cover 210 at an edge opposite the mounting tab 212 via a double fold 215. On the side of the fixing tab 214 opposite the double fold 215, a projection 229 of the fixing tab 214 is provided, which is designed in such a way that it can be inserted into the recess 230 of the positioning tab 212.The fixing tab 214 is also connected to the outer wall 211 only at one edge via the double fold 215, and the remaining edges of the fixing tab 214 are free edges. The first cover 210 also has a retaining tab 213, which is hinged to a first transverse edge 225 of the first side wall 201. The remaining edges of the retaining tab 213 are free edges. The outer corner of the retaining tab 213, which faces away from both the first transverse edge 225 of the first side wall 201 and the mounting tab 212, is rounded to simplify the assembly of the first cover 210.

[0033] The second lid 216 is located on a side of the inner packaging 2 opposite the first lid 210. This lid has an outer wall 217 which is hinged to a second transverse edge 224 of the third side wall 203. A positioning flap 218 is hinged to an adjacent edge of this outer wall 217 of the second lid 216. The remaining edges of the positioning flap 218 are free edges not connected to any other flap or side wall. The positioning flap 218 also has a recess 228. A fixing flap 220 is hinged to the outer wall 217 of the lid 216 at an edge opposite the positioning flap 218 via a double fold. On the side of the fixing tab 220 opposite the double fold, a projection of the fixing tab 227 is provided, which is designed in such a way that it can be inserted into the recess 228 of the positioning tab 218.The fixing tab 220 is also connected to the outer wall 217 only at one edge via the double fold, and the remaining edges of the fixing tab 220 are free edges. The second cover 216 additionally has a retaining tab 219, which is hinged to a second transverse edge 226 of the first side wall 201. The remaining edges of the retaining tab 219 are free edges. The outer corner of the retaining tab 219, which faces away from both the second transverse edge 226 of the first side wall 201 and the mounting tab 218, is rounded to simplify the assembly of the second cover 216.

[0034] The inner packaging 2 is connected to the outer packaging 3, more precisely to a first outer side wall 301 of the outer packaging 3, via a predetermined breaking point 4 at the fifth side wall 205 on one longitudinal edge opposite the fourth side wall 204.

[0035] The outer packaging 3 essentially consists of five side walls 301 to 305, which are referred to as outer side walls 301 to 305. These are hinged to one another in a row at their respective longitudinal edges 306 to 309. A first outer side wall 301 is hinged to the second outer side wall 302 at a first longitudinal edge 306. The second outer side wall 302 is in turn hinged to the third outer side wall 303 at a longitudinal edge 307, which is opposite the longitudinal edge 306. In the same way, the third outer side wall 303 is connected to the fourth outer side wall 304 via the third longitudinal edge 308, which is opposite the second longitudinal edge 307. The fifth outer side wall 305 is again connected to the fourth outer side wall 304 in the same way at a longitudinal edge 309.The first outer sidewall 301 and the fifth outer sidewall 305 lie parallel to each other when the outer packaging 3 is erected, thus forming a common wall of the outer packaging 3. The width of the outer sidewalls 301 to 305, which essentially corresponds to the distance between the longitudinal edges 306 to 309, is essentially the same. The width of the outer sidewalls 301 to 305 is slightly larger than the width of the inner sidewalls 201 to 205, in particular by twice the thickness of the foldable material of the combination packaging 1. This allows the inner packaging 2 to be completely enclosed within a volume formed by the outer packaging 3. In particular, the first outer sidewall 301 and the fifth outer sidewall 305 can have a smaller width since they only need to form a single wall of the outer packaging 3 together. When the outer packaging 3 is erected, the side walls 301 to 305 form a cuboid that is closed all around on four sides.

[0036] The outer packaging 3 has a first protective flap 310, which is hinged to the transverse edges of the side walls 301 to 305 via a double fold 311. On the opposite side of the outer packaging 3, a second protective flap 312 is hinged to corresponding opposite transverse edges of the outer side walls 301 to 305 via a double fold 313. Recesses are provided in the first protective flap 310 to facilitate easier erection of the outer packaging 3. Correspondingly, recesses are also provided in the second protective flap 312.

[0037] A fastening device may be provided on the fifth outer side wall 305 to fasten the fifth outer side wall 305 to the first outer side wall 301 when the outer packaging 3 is erected.

[0038] Fig. Figure 2 shows the combination packaging according to the invention in an erected state. The inner packaging 2 is arranged completely within the outer packaging 3 and is only visible through an open side of the outer packaging 3. The inner packaging 2 is positioned slightly recessed within the outer packaging 3, as its length is shorter than the length of the outer packaging 3. The protective flaps 310 and 312 secure the inner packaging 2 in its position within the outer packaging 3.

[0039] The combination packaging 1 according to the invention will now be described in the following. Fig. The individual steps for straightening the frame are described in sections 3 to 12. Some of these steps can be performed in a slightly different order.

[0040] Fig. Figure 3 shows a first step in which the outer wall 211 and the connecting attachment tab 212 and fixing tab 214 of the first cover were folded up by approximately 90° at the first transverse edge 223 of the third side wall 203. Similarly, on the opposite side, the outer wall 217, together with the attachment tab 218 and the fixing tab 220 of the second cover 216, was folded up at the second transverse edge 224 of the third side wall 203.

[0041] In the Fig. In the second step shown in Figure 4, the attachment tab 212 of the first cover 210 is folded inwards by approximately 90° at its connection with the outer wall 211 of the first cover 210, so that the Fig. 3. The lower edge of the attachment flap 212 rests against the second longitudinal edge 207 of the inner packaging. Accordingly, the attachment flap 218 of the second lid 216 was folded approximately 90° in connection with the outer wall 217 of the second lid 216, so that its Fig. 3 lower edge also rests on the second longitudinal edge 207 of the inner packaging 2.

[0042] In a third step, the Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the retaining tab 213, which is hinged to a first transverse edge 225 of the first side wall 201, is folded upwards. Similarly, the retaining tab 219 of the second cover 216 is folded upwards at the second transverse edge 226 of the first side wall 201.

[0043] In a further step, we in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the second inner side wall 202 is folded upwards together with the first inner side wall 201 at the second longitudinal edge 207. The second inner side wall 202 thus rests against the attachment tab 212 of the first cover 210 and the attachment tab 218 of the second cover 216.

[0044] Fig. Figure 7 shows a further step in which the first inner side wall 201 was folded downwards at the first longitudinal edge 206. The length of the first inner side wall 201 is slightly shorter than the length of the second inner side wall 202, so that the retaining tab 213 of the first cover 210 and the retaining tab 219 of the second cover 216 are arranged inside the outer wall 211 of the first cover 210 and the outer wall 217 of the second cover 216, and are parallel to them, but with a slight distance between them.

[0045] Fig. Figures 8 to 12 now show a slightly rotated top view of the combination packaging 1 according to the invention, in order to better illustrate the further erection steps.

[0046] In the Fig. In step 8, the fixing tab 214 of the first cover 210 was folded inwards by approximately 180°. Since the fixing tab 214 is connected to the outer wall 211 via the double fold 215, the fixing tab 214, folded inwards by 180°, has a slight gap to the outer wall 211, allowing the fixing tab 214 to surround the retaining tab 213, so that the retaining tab 213 is held between the outer wall 211 and the fixing tab 214. The fixing tab 214 engages with its projection 229 in the recesses 230, thus holding the fixing tab 214 in its inwardly folded position. Similarly, on the opposite side, the fixing tab 220 of the second lid 216 is folded inwards at the double fold so that it encompasses the retaining tab 219 of the second lid and lies flat against it.The fixing tab 220 engages with its projection 227 in the recesses 228, so that the fixing tab 220 is held in its 180° folded position.

[0047] In the Fig. In step 9 shown, the first insertion flap 221 of the fifth inner side wall 205 and the second insertion flap 222 of the fifth inner side wall 205 are folded upwards by about 90°.

[0048] In the Fig. In step 10, the third inner side wall 203 is folded upwards at the longitudinal edge 208 with the remaining parts connected to it onto the fourth inner side wall 204, so that the first inner side wall 201 rests with its free edge on the fourth longitudinal edge 209 of the inner packaging 2.

[0049] In a final step of erecting the inner packaging 2, which is in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the fourth inner side wall 204 is now folded upwards at the fourth longitudinal edge 209, so that the first inner side wall 201 lies flat on the fifth inner side wall 205. The length of the fifth inner side wall 205 is such that the first insertion tab 221 is inserted into a gap between the outer wall 211 and the retaining tab 213. Similarly, the second insertion tab 222 is inserted between the outer wall 217 and the retaining tab 219. The insertion tabs 221 and 222 are essentially designed as circular segments, so that the insertion tabs 221 and 222 can be inserted into the gap by a rotational movement along the fourth longitudinal edge 219.

[0050] After the inner packaging 2 has been erected, the outer packaging 3 is erected. There are basically two different ways to do this. One possibility is in the Fig. Figure 12 illustrates this process. The protective flaps 310 and 312 are folded inwards onto the side walls 301 to 304 of the outer packaging 3. The inner packaging 2 is then simply rolled into the outer packaging 3 in the same direction of rotation as when the inner packaging 2 was erected. This causes the second inner side wall 202 to abut the first outer side wall 301, the third inner side wall 203 to abut the second outer side wall 302, the fourth inner side wall 204 to abut the third outer side wall 303, and the fifth inner side wall 205 to abut the fourth outer side wall 304. The fifth outer side wall 305 then overlaps the first outer side wall 301 and can be secured there, for example, with an adhesive strip. In this configuration, the top surface of the combination packaging 1 blank forms both the inside of the inner packaging 2 and the inside of the outer packaging 3.One underside of the cutout forms the outside of the inner packaging 2 and the outside of the outer packaging 3.

[0051] Alternatively, after this step, the combination packaging 1 can be turned over and the outer packaging 3 rolled up and erected in the opposite direction of rotation to the inner packaging 2. This is shown in the Fig. Figures 13 to 17 show a slightly modified embodiment in which the viewing opening in the inner packaging 2 is not shaped in the form of the word “wine”, but forms an oval opening that extends over two side walls of the inner packaging.

[0052] In Fig. 13 was based on the condition of the Fig. 11. The combination packaging 1 was turned over accordingly, and the inner packaging 2 was already unfolded one step onto the outer packaging 3. The fifth inner side wall 205 thus lies flat on the first outer side wall 301. The protective flaps 310 and 312 were folded upwards onto the outer side walls 301 to 304. Since the combination packaging 1 was turned over beforehand, the protective flaps 310 and 312 are in the opposite direction to those in the Fig. 12 folded onto the outer side walls 301 to 304.

[0053] The Fig. Figures 14 to 17 now show the further erection of the outer packaging 3. Fig. 14. The outer packaging 3 is folded upwards along its longitudinal edge 306, so that the inner packaging 2 rests with its fourth inner side wall 204 on the second outer side wall 302. In Fig. In step 15, the outer packaging 3 was folded along the longitudinal edge 307 so that the third inner side wall 203 rests on the third outer side wall 303. Fig. In step 16, the outer packaging 3 was folded along the longitudinal edge 308 so that the second inner side wall 202 abutted the fourth outer side wall 304. In a final step, as described in Fig. As shown in Figure 17, the outer packaging 3 was folded along the longitudinal edge 309 so that the fifth outer side wall 305 rests on the first outer side wall 301. To secure the outer packaging 3, a fastening element, in particular a self-adhesive strip, is provided on the outer side wall 305, which is bonded to the first outer side wall 301, thus fixing the outer side wall 305 to the outer side wall 301 and securing the outer packaging 3.

[0054] Fig. Figure 18 shows an alternative second embodiment of the combination packaging 1' according to the invention. This consists of an inner packaging 5 which has three inner packaging side walls 501 to 503 and an outer packaging 6 which has five outer packaging side walls 601 to 605, which are connected to each other at a predetermined breaking point 7. In the second embodiment, the predetermined breaking point is designed as a tear strip. A first inner side wall 501 of the inner packaging 5 is hinged to a second inner side wall 502 via a first longitudinal edge 504. The second inner side wall 502 is hinged to the third inner side wall 503 via a second longitudinal edge 505.

[0055] The third inner side wall 503 is connected to a longitudinal edge of the first outer side wall 601 via the predetermined breaking point 7. The first outer side wall 601 is connected to the second outer side wall 602 via a first longitudinal edge 606. The second outer side wall 602 is connected to the third outer side wall 603 via the opposite longitudinal edge 607, which in turn is connected to the fourth outer side wall 604 via the third longitudinal edge 608, and this is connected to the fifth outer side wall 605 via the fourth longitudinal edge 609.

[0056] The inner packaging 5 of the second embodiment has a first lid 506 on which a projection 508 is arranged. This projection can engage in a recess 509 of the inner packaging 5 when it is upright, thus fixing the inner packaging 5 in the upright position. Similarly, a second lid 507 is provided on an opposite side of the inner packaging 5, which has a projection 510 that engages in a recess 511, thus also fixing the inner packaging 5 in the upright position.

[0057] The outer packaging 6 also has a first lid 610, which can close the outer packaging 6 from one side. A second lid 611 is arranged on the opposite side of the outer packaging 6, which closes the outer packaging 6 on that side. To fix the outer packaging 6 in the erect state, a projection 612 is arranged on the fifth side wall 605, which engages in a recess 613 when the outer packaging 6 is erect, thus fixing the outer packaging 6 in the erect state.

[0058] Fig.Figure 19 shows a third embodiment of the combination packaging 1" according to the invention, comprising an inner packaging 8 with four side walls 801 to 804 and an outer packaging 9 with five side walls 901 to 905, all arranged in a row. The inner packaging 8 is connected to the outer packaging 9 via a predetermined breaking point 10. The inner packaging 8 has a first lid 805 and a second lid 806, which close the inner packaging 8 on the respective sides. A projection 807 can engage in a recess 808 to fix the inner packaging 8 in its erected state. The outer packaging 9 also has a first lid 906 and a second lid 907, which close the outer packaging 9 on the respective sides. To fix the outer packaging 9 in its erect state, a projection 908 is arranged on the fifth side wall 905 of the outer packaging 9, which engages in a recess 909 in the erect state of the outer packaging 9 in order to fix the outer packaging in an erect state.
