Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a support structure for an electrical component.
[0002] In a vehicle, such as an automobile, an electrical component, for example a battery, can be arranged between a floor panel or base plate and the surface of a seat. In such a vehicle, the electrical component is arranged on a floor panel under a front seat and is located between a tunnel section, provided at a central point in the vehicle's transverse direction, and a side sill, provided at an outer end point in the vehicle's transverse direction.
[0003] An electric vehicle described in JP 2018-39483A is known as such in the relevant field. The electric vehicle described in JP 2018-39483A comprises a pair of left and right lower rails, parallel to each other in the front-to-back direction of the vehicle, at positions separated from an upper surface of a front floor panel to an upper side in the top-to-bottom direction of the vehicle, and a pair of left and right upper rails, parallel to each other in the front-to-back direction of the vehicle, on a lower surface of a front seat, and slidably supported by the pair of left and right lower rails. A battery for propulsion is installed between the pair of left and right lower rails.
[0004] Since the battery for driving is installed between the pair of left and right lower rails, which are parallel to each other in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle, at positions separated from the upper surface of the front floor panel to the upper side in the top-to-bottom direction of the vehicle, in the electric vehicle described in JP 2018-39483A, it is possible to prevent the battery for driving from being affected when the battery for driving moves to an inner side of a vehicle interior when the vehicle is subjected to a side collision.
[0005] German patent application DE 10 2012 005 585 A1 discloses an arrangement structure for an electrical component and an air conditioning line, which are arranged side by side under a front seat. The electrical component is mounted on a support that is supported by cross members and the floor panel. The support covers the component from above and has an inclined upper surface to protect and increase the footwell for the rear passenger. The patent does not show a bracket that lifts the electrical component above the floor panel by means of a pair of leg sections. Furthermore, the connector section of the electrical component is arranged laterally.
[0006] German patent application DE 11 2004 002 247 B4 describes a mounting structure for a vehicle battery pack located under a seat on the floor panel. A separate protective component, which can be a tubular protector, is provided behind the battery pack. This protective component protects the battery pack and a wiring harness from impacts, particularly from the feet of a rear passenger, and can also serve as a footrest. The protective component is attached directly to the vehicle body. In this structure, the battery pack is mounted directly on the floor panel and is not raised by a bracket with leg sections. Protection is achieved by a separate component located behind the battery pack.
[0007] In this case, such a device is connected to a power supply cable harness.
[0008] Accordingly, in addition to preventing damage to the battery structure, it is desirable to protect the wiring harness from impairment due to battery displacement in order to avoid electrical leakage due to impairment of the wiring harness and to ensure continuous power supply from the battery.
[0009] However, the technique described in JP 2018-39483A in the related prior art does not take into account the protection of the wiring harness at the time of the side collision extending from the battery, and the wiring harness cannot be protected.
[0010] One object of the present invention is to provide a support structure for an electrical component that can protect an electrical component and a wiring harness extending from the electrical component at the time of a side collision of a vehicle. Solution of the solution
[0011] According to the present invention, a support structure for an electrical component is provided, as described in claim 1. The other claims relate to further advantageous embodiments of the invention.
[0012] According to the present invention, the electrical component and the wiring harness extending from the electrical component can be protected at the time of a side collision of the vehicle. [0013] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a support structure for an electrical component is provided, comprising: a side sill extending in a front-to-rear direction of the vehicle at an outer end section in a vehicle transverse direction of a floor panel, a tunnel section extending in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle at a central section in the vehicle transverse direction of the floor panel, an electrical component comprising a connector section to which a wiring harness is connected, and a bracket arranged and configured between the side sill and the tunnel section on an upper surface of the floor panel to support the electrical component. The support comprises an installation section to which the electrical component is installed, and a pair of leg sections configured to support the installation section, which is to be detached from the floor panel to one side. The pair of leg sections extends parallel to each other from end sections of the installation section on one side of the tunnel section of the installation section to the tunnel section itself. Each leg section includes a fastening section that is attached to the floor panel at a distal end section. The connector section is located between the pair of leg sections and between the tunnel section and the electrical component. Each of the pair of leg sections comprises an inclined section on one side of the side sill relative to the mounting section, the inclined section being inclined obliquely downwards from one side of the side sill to the side of the tunnel section. Accordingly, the support structure for an electrical component according to the embodiment of the present invention can protect the electrical component and the wiring harness extending from the electrical component at the time of a side collision of the vehicle.
[0014] The support structure for an electrical component according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 to 12 are upper, lower, front, rear, left and right directions corresponding to the position when installed in the vehicle.
[0015] The Fig. Figures 1 to 12 show the support structure for an electrical component according to the embodiment of the present invention.
[0016] In the Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. A vehicle 1 comprises a floor panel or floor plate 2, which forms one floor surface of a vehicle body. The floor panel 2 extends across the entire vehicle 1 from one end section to the other in the transverse direction of the vehicle. Fig. Figure 1 shows the left half of the floor panel 2 of vehicle 1. The floor panel 2 is provided with a side sill 4 at an outer end section in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The side sill 4 extends in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle. The floor panel 2 is provided with a tunnel section 3 at a central section in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The tunnel section 3 extends in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle.
[0017] The vehicle 1 further comprises an electrical component 10 and a mounting bracket 20. The electrical component 10 includes a connector section 11 to which a wiring harness 12 is connected. In the present embodiment, the electrical component 10 is formed by a battery, which supplies power to other electrical components via the wiring harness 12. The mounting bracket 20 is attached to an upper surface of the floor panel 2 between the side sill 4 and the tunnel section 3 and supports the electrical component 10.
[0018] The vehicle 1 comprises a first transverse element 5 and a second transverse element 6 on the upper surface of the floor panel 2. The first transverse element 5 is located at the front of the vehicle relative to the electrical component 10. The second transverse element 6 is located at the rear of the vehicle relative to the electrical component 10. The first transverse element 5 and the second transverse element 6 extend parallel to each other in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
[0019] The first transverse element 5 and the second transverse element 6 each comprise base sections 5A, 6A at the upper sections of the left end sections. The base sections 5A, 6A support a slide rail 29L (see Fig. 10), which is attached to a lower surface of a seat (not shown). The first transverse element 5 and the second transverse element 6 each comprise base sections 5B, 6B on the upper sections of the right end sections. The base sections 5B, 6B support a slide rail 29R (see Fig. 10), which is attached to the lower surface of the seat (not shown).
[0020] The electrical component 10 is arranged between the first transverse element 5 and the second transverse element 6. The bracket 20 includes an installation section 21 (see Fig. 4), on which the electrical component 10 is installed, and a first leg section 23 and a second leg section 24, which serve as a pair of leg sections. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24 extend parallel to each other from end sections on one side of the tunnel section 3 of the installation section 21 to the tunnel section 3 and support the installation section 21, which is to be separated from the floor panel 2 on an upper side.
[0021] A circular hole 2C is provided between the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, penetrating the base panel 2. The cable harness 12, connected to the connector section 11, passes through the hole 2C. The hole 2C is located between a first mounting section 23A and a second mounting section 24A of the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24. A center 2D of the hole 2C is closer to the installation section 21 than a line connecting the first mounting section 23A and the second mounting section 24A.
[0022] A multitude of element sections, comprising a first element section 2A and a second element section 2B, extending in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle beneath the floor panel 2, are provided between the side sill 4 and the tunnel section 3. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, serving as a pair of leg sections, and the opening 2C are arranged in the transverse direction of the vehicle between the first element section 2A and the second element section 2B.
[0023] The first element section 2A borders the tunnel section 3. The second element section 2B is positioned where it overlaps the electrical component 10 in the top-bottom direction of the vehicle.
[0024] A reinforcing plate 7 is provided on the upper surface of the floor panel 2 and is attached to the first element section 2A and the second element section 2B. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, which serve as a pair of leg sections, are attached to the reinforcing plate 7. The hole 2C penetrates not only the floor panel 2 but also the reinforcing plate 7.
[0025] In the Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 has the bracket 20 mounting holes 20A, 20B and 20C for mounting the electrical component 10.
[0026] The connector section 11 is located between the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, which serve as a pair of leg sections, and between the tunnel section 3 and the electrical component 10.
[0027] The first leg section 23 is arranged at the front of the vehicle relative to the second leg section 24. The first leg section 23 comprises the first mounting section 23A, which forms a mounting section, a first inclined section 23B, which forms an inclined section, and a first coupling section 23C, which forms a coupling section. The second leg section 24 comprises the second mounting section 24A, which forms a mounting section, a second inclined section 24B, which forms an inclined section, and a second coupling section 24C, which forms a coupling section.
[0028] The first fastening section 23A and the second fastening section 24A are arranged at the distal end sections of the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24. The first fastening section 23A and the second fastening section 24A are attached to the base panel 2 by fastening bolts (not shown) at the fastening holes 20D, 20E.
[0029] The first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B are arranged on the side of the side sill 4 relative to the first fastening section 23A and the second fastening section 24A and are inclined obliquely downwards from the side sill 4 to the tunnel section 3.
[0030] The first coupling section 23C and the second coupling section 24C couple the installation section 21 to the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B.
[0031] The installation section 21 includes an extension section 22 at an end section on one side of the side sill 4. The extension section 22 extends to the side sill 4. The connector section 11 is positioned where the connector section 11 overlaps the first coupling section 23C in the top-bottom direction of the vehicle.
[0032] Installation section 21 has an opening 21A in its center. Some of the heat generated in the electrical component 10 is dissipated through the opening 21A.
[0033] Each of an edge of the installation section 21 and an edge of a second fastening section 26 has a flange section 20H that is curved towards a lower side.
[0034] The installation section 21 comprises an upper surface section 21E which is in contact with a lower surface of the electrical component 10, and a recess 21D which is recessed relative to the upper surface section 21E towards the lower side.
[0035] Between the upper surface section 21E and the recess 21D of the installation section 21, a stepped first reinforcement section 21B and a stepped second reinforcement section 21C are provided. The stiffness of the installation section 21 is increased by the first reinforcement section 21B and the second reinforcement section 21C.
[0036] The installation section 21 includes a cutout section 27, which is excluded from the end section on the side of the tunnel section 3 adjacent to the side sill 4. The cutout section 27 is formed at an end section of the installation section 21 on the side of the tunnel section 3 between the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24 and is positioned so that the cutout section 27 faces the first coupling section 23C of the first leg section 23 in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle. The provision of the cutout section 27 results in the overall length of the first leg section 23 being greater than the overall length of the second leg section 24.
[0037] Since the cutout section 27 is provided, the first coupling section 23C is arranged on an outer side in the transverse direction of the vehicle relative to the second coupling section 24C.
[0038] The installation section 21 comprises an extension section 28 at an end section on the front of the vehicle on one side of the first leg section 23. The extension section 28 extends towards the front of the vehicle. A front end surface of the extension section 28 and a front end surface of the first leg section 23 lie continuously on the same plane. An outer end section of the extension section 28 in the transverse direction of the vehicle is located on the outer side in the transverse direction of the vehicle relative to an outer edge section of the cutout section 27 in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
[0039] The bracket 20 comprises a first mounting section 25, which extends from the installation section 21 to the front of the vehicle and is attached to the first transverse element 5, and the second mounting section 26, which extends from the installation section 21 to the rear of the vehicle and is connected to the second transverse element 6. The first mounting section 25 is located on the outer side in the transverse direction of the vehicle relative to the second mounting section 26.
[0040] The first fastening section 25 comprises a vertical section 25B extending in a direction perpendicular to the installation section 21 from a front end section of the vehicle of the installation section 21 to an upper end of the first transverse element 5, and a first horizontal section 25A extending horizontally from an end section of the vertical section 25B and attached to the upper end of the first transverse element 5. The second fastening section 26 comprises a second horizontal section 26A extending horizontally from a rear end section of the vehicle of the installation section 21 to a rear of the vehicle. The first fastening section 25 has a fastening hole 20F for attaching a bolt or the like (not shown) to the first transverse element 5.The second horizontal section 26A of the second fastening section 26 has a fastening hole 20G for fastening a bolt or the like (not shown) to the second transverse element 6. The terms vertical and horizontal do not refer exclusively to directions with respect to gravity. The vertical is used in the up-down direction or a vertical direction, and the horizontal is used in the front-back direction, in the left-right direction, or in a horizontal direction.
[0041] The first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B are formed with beads 23D, 23E and beads 24D, 24E, respectively. The beads 23D, 23E and the beads 24D, 24E extend in the transverse direction of the vehicle. A pair of beads 23D, 23E is arranged parallel in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle on the first inclined section 23B, and a pair of beads 24D, 24E is arranged parallel in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle on the second inclined section 24B.
[0042] In the Fig. 4, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 surrounds the recess 21D and the opening 21A. The recess 21D includes a bead section 21F. The bead section 21F curves towards the second fastening section 26.
[0043] Next, a state of the supporting structure for an electrical component after a side collision of vehicle 1 is described. If an external force F (see Fig. 1) due to a side collision affecting vehicle 1, as described in the Fig. 10 and Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the side sill 4 is strongly deformed in order to penetrate an inner side of a vehicle interior.
[0044] The pressure from the deformed side sill 4 or similar exerts a load on the bracket 20, causing it to be displaced in the transverse direction of the vehicle relative to the central side. This load deforms the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24 of the bracket 20, causing them to curve and fold in the top-bottom direction of the vehicle. Therefore, the bracket 20 is horizontally displaced from the floor panel 2 towards the central side in the transverse direction of the vehicle by being slightly lifted, while essentially maintaining its orientation. This reduces the degree of displacement of the electrical component 10, which is supported by the bracket 20, both in the transverse direction of the vehicle and towards the upper side.
[0045] In the present embodiment, the support 20 comprises the installation section 21, in which the electrical component 10 is installed, and the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, which serve as a pair of leg sections. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24 support the installation section 21, which is detachable from the base panel 2 at its upper side. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24 extend parallel to each other to the tunnel section 3 from the end sections on the side of the tunnel section 3 of the installation section 21. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24 comprise the first fastening section 23A and the second fastening section 24A at their distal end sections. The first fastening section 23A and the second fastening section 24A are attached to the base panel 2.
[0046] The connector section 11 is located between the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, which serve as a pair of leg sections, and between the tunnel section 3 and the electrical component 10. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, which serve as a pair of leg sections, each comprise the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B on the side of the side sill 4 relative to the first mounting section 23A and the second mounting section 24A. The first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B are inclined obliquely downwards from the side of the side sill 4 towards the tunnel section 3.
[0047] Accordingly, when the external force F acts from one side of the vehicle, the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B bend in a mountain fold direction due to the external force F from the first coupling section 23C and the second coupling section 24C between the first leg section 23 and the first [second] leg section 24 of the bracket 20, which is fitted with the electrical component 10, and the first fastening section 23A and the second fastening section 24A bend in a valley fold direction from the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B. Thus, the bracket 20 can be prevented from moving excessively towards the central side of the vehicle. Therefore, excessive movement of the bracket 20, which would otherwise cause the electrical component 10 to collide with other elements and the wiring harness 12 to be pulled, can be prevented.
[0048] This protects the electrical component 10 and the wiring harness 12 extending from the electrical component 10 in the event of a side collision of the vehicle 1. Accordingly, it prevents the power supply to the electrical component 10 from being obstructed.
[0049] In the present embodiment, the installation section 21 includes the extension section 22 at the end section on the side of the side sill 4. The extension section 22 extends to the side sill 40. The first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24, which serve as a pair of leg sections, comprise the first coupling section 23C and the second coupling section 24C, which connect the installation section 21 to the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B. The connector section 11 is arranged in a position where the connector section 11 overlaps the first coupling section 23C in the top-bottom direction of the vehicle.
[0050] Accordingly, the external force F from the side of the vehicle can be received by the extension section 22 on the outer side in the transverse direction of the vehicle relative to the installation section 21 and the influence which is transmitted to the electrical component 10 can be dampened.
[0051] When the external force F acts from the side of the vehicle, the connector section 11 is prevented from moving excessively towards the central side of the vehicle. This is because, due to the external force F, the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B bend in a mountain fold direction between the first leg section 23 and the first leg section 24 of the bracket 20, which is fitted with the electrical component 10, and the first fastening section 23A and the second fastening section 24A bend in a valley fold direction between the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B. Therefore, the wiring harness 12 connected to the connector section 11 is prevented from being subjected to excessive tension.
[0052] In the present embodiment, the installation section 21 comprises the cutout section 27, which is an end section on the side of the tunnel section 3 between the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24. The cutout section 27 is recessed from the side sill 4 at a position where the cutout 27 faces the first coupling section 23C of the first leg section 23 in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle. By providing the cutout section 27, the overall length of the first leg section 23 is greater than the overall length of the second leg section 24.
[0053] Accordingly, when the external force F acts on the bracket 20, a portion of the first fastening section 23A and the second inclined section 24B bends into a valley fold, and a portion of the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B bends into a mountain fold, forming a mountain fold. For this reason, the connector section 11, which overlaps the leg section, moves obliquely upward and then slopes obliquely downward. Consequently, the connector section 11 can be prevented from moving excessively towards the central side of the vehicle.
[0054] Since the connector section 11 does not move much towards the central side of the vehicle, it is possible to prevent the wiring harness 12 connected to the connector section 11 from being subjected to a high voltage.
[0055] When the external force F acts on the bracket 20, the amount of deformation of the first leg section 23 is greater than the amount of deformation of the second leg section 24. Accordingly, the amount of movement of the electrical component 10 towards the central side of the vehicle can be reduced on one side of the connector section 11.
[0056] When the first leg section 23 is raised towards the top of the vehicle and the second leg section 24 moves towards the central side of the vehicle, the first leg section 23 is deformed and rotates counterclockwise around the deformed section. This prevents the wiring harness 12, which is connected to the connector section 11 of the electrical component 10, from being subjected to excessive stress.
[0057] When the external force F acts, the cable harness 12 connected to the connector section 11 is brought into contact with one end of the bracket 20 between the first leg section 23, thus preventing the cable harness 12 from being pulled or subjected to high tension.
[0058] In the present embodiment, the first leg section 23 comprises the first fastening section 23A, which forms a fastening section, the first inclined section 23B, which forms an inclined section, and the first coupling section 23C, which forms a coupling section. The second leg section 24 comprises the second fastening section 24A, which forms a fastening section, the second inclined section 24B, which forms an inclined section, and the second coupling section 24C, which forms a coupling section. Because of the cutout section 27, the first coupling section 23C is located on the outer side relative to the second connecting section 24C in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The connector section 11 is positioned such that it overlaps the first coupling section 23C in the top-bottom direction of the vehicle.
[0059] According to the external force F acting on the bracket 20, the amount of deformation of the first leg section 23 is greater than the amount of deformation of the second leg section 24. Accordingly, the extent of movement of the electrical component 10 towards the central side of the vehicle at the side of the connector section 11 can be reduced.
[0060] When the first leg section 23 is raised towards the upper side of the vehicle and the second leg section 24 moves towards the central side of the vehicle, the first leg section 23 is deformed and rotates counterclockwise around the deformed section. According to this embodiment, the wiring harness 12, which is connected to the connector section 11 of the electrical component 10, is prevented from being subjected to high voltage.
[0061] In the present embodiment, the first leg section 23 is arranged at the front of the vehicle relative to the second leg section 24. The installation section 21 comprises the extension section 28 at the end section on the front of the vehicle on the side of the first leg section 23. The extension section 28 widens towards the front of the vehicle. The front end surface of the extension section 28 and the front end surface of the first leg section 23 are continuously on the same plane. The outer end section of the extension section 28, in the transverse direction of the vehicle, is arranged on the outer side relative to the outer edge section of the cutout section 27 in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
[0062] Accordingly, when the external force F acts, a part on a line connecting the base section of the first leg section 23 and the extension section 28 is simply deformed, so that the first leg section 23 of the bracket 20 can be prevented from breaking.
[0063] In the present embodiment, the electrical component 10 is arranged between the first transverse element 5 and the second transverse element 6, which serve as a pair of transverse elements extending parallel to each other in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The first transverse element 5 is located at the front of the vehicle relative to the electrical component 10. The second transverse element 6 is located at the rear of the vehicle relative to the electrical component 10. The mounting bracket 20 comprises a first mounting section 25, which extends from the installation section 21 to the front of the vehicle and is attached to the first transverse element 5, and a second mounting section 26, which extends from the installation section 21 to the rear of the vehicle and is connected to the second transverse element 6. The first mounting section 25 is located on the outer side in the transverse direction of the vehicle relative to the second mounting section 26.
[0064] In this way, the external force F due to a collision from the side of the vehicle acts on the first mounting section 25 earlier than on the second mounting section 26, and the deformation of the first mounting section 25 is greater than the deformation of the second mounting section 26. Accordingly, the first mounting section 25 moves more readily in the transverse direction of the vehicle than the second mounting section 26. Therefore, when viewing the vehicle 1 from the front, a counterclockwise force around the electrical component 10 acts more readily on the second mounting section 26. Consequently, the wiring harness 12, which is connected to the connector section 11 of the electrical component 10, is prevented from being subjected to excessive stress.
[0065] In the present embodiment, the hole 2C penetrating the base panel 2 is provided between the first leg section 23 and the second leg section 24. The cable harness 12, connected to the connector section 11, runs through the hole 2C.
[0066] According to the external force F from the side of the vehicle, the connector section 11 can be prevented from moving far towards the central side of the vehicle, and the movement towards the central side of the vehicle overlaps the hole 2C. According to this embodiment, the wiring harness 12 can be prevented from being pulled against an end surface of the hole 2C and being subjected to high tension.
[0067] In the present embodiment, the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B are formed with beads 23D, 23E, 24D and 24E respectively. The beads 23D, 23E, 24D and 24E extend in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
[0068] Accordingly, the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B are reinforced by the beads 23D, 23E, 24D and 24E. Therefore, the first inclined section 23B and the second inclined section 24B are prevented from bending when an external force acts from the side of the vehicle.
[0069] A boundary section between the first fastening section 23A, the second fastening section 24A and the first inclined section 23B, the second inclined section 24B and the coupling sections is not provided with the beads 23D, 23E, 24D, and 24E. Accordingly, the stress caused by the external force F is concentrated on the boundary sections and the boundary sections are simply deformed, so that the extent of movement of the installation section 21 of the bracket 20 towards the central side of the vehicle can be reduced.
[0070] The groove 23D formed on the front of the vehicle of the first inclined section 23B can be longer than the groove 23E provided on the rear of the vehicle of the first inclined section 23B.
[0071] In this case, the beads 23D and 23E of different lengths formed in the first inclined section 23B can improve the resistance to deformation when the external force F acts from the side of the vehicle. Furthermore, the bead 23D, which is longer than bead 23E, can reduce the external force that moves the electrical component 10 towards the central side of the vehicle.
[0072] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been disclosed, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is intended that all such modifications and equivalents are encompassed in the following claims. 1 vehicle 2 floor panels 2C Hole 3 Tunnel section 4 side skirts 5 first transverse element 6 second transverse element 10 electrical components 11 Connector section 12 Wiring harness 20 brackets 21 Installation section 22 Extension section 23 first leg section (leg section) 23A First fastening section (fastening section) 23B first inclined section (inclined section) 23C first coupling section (coupling section) 23D, 23E groove 24 second leg section (leg section) 24A second fastening section (fastening section) 24B second inclined section (inclined section) 24C second coupling section (coupling section) 24D, 24E groove 25 first fastening section (fastening section) 26 second fastening section (fastening section) 27 Excerpt section 28 Extension section
